The owner James Michel is unprofessional and I do not think he is CPA professionally trained to handle taxes. last year he completed my taxes there were several errors several discrepancies that I provided him thorough paperwork and documents and they were still mistake where I was audited. James and his staffs are very unresponsive and lack quality. Please use a professional Tax services. I regret going to him.
