I brought my car and asked them to do whatever work they had to do to make sure my check engine light went off. The guy told me what all was wrong with it I came back the next day to get it fixed with all the money they quoted me on it. The next day not only was the quote wrong but they did not do the Job my light was still on. The mechanic CJ was nice And helpful so I can’t blame him because he wasn’t there the day they gave me the quote. Horrible Horrible place I’ll never come back and I will be sure to tell others as well especially women that tend to get over on us when it comes down to these cars. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼️

Arrived in time for my appointment at 1:00 for an oil change an 2 new front tires. Did not get out of there till 5:00. Worst experience ever. The worker had taken off front and rear tires 😒. Only wanted the front tires????. When I checked the tires after getting car back they werent the ones I had specifically asked for it was only when I was told they didnt have the ones I wanted. After 4 hours I had enough. Paid and got the hell out. Im a 74 year old woman so yes I feel that I was taken advantage of. Never again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST (Jonesboro rd in union city, GA)!!! They use bait and switch tactics!!! My sister was given a quote on 2 tires (Bridgestone run flat) $296. When we get there and confirm the tire and price, it was confirmed and we were told it was 6 people if front of us and the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. We left and came back 1 1/2 hours later and now they say they dont have the tires but have continental for $371! I asked couldnt they order the tires and he said yes BUT THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO HONOR THE PRICE QUOTED BECAUSE TGEY ARE HIGHER THAN THE CONTINENTAL!!! SO THEY WERENT EVER GOING TO SELL THE TIRES AT THE QUOTED PRICE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PLACE!!!

Before going to Mavis in Union City, I read reviews for most of the local places that do brake service. I saw the bad reviews and the good ones. Im a very picky person because I am NOT paying for bad customer service or bad quality work. From the moment I made an appointment online, Ashley called to confirm and get more info. Her customer service is really good. I missed my appointment. Called Mavis back days later and asked if I could drop my car off for an inspection and possible service. Ashley handled it once I got there. She called after the inspection, gave me a price and they started the work. A few hours later she called and said they are done. I had to wait in line a few minutes because they had other customers but nothing to complain about.I would bring all of our vehicles back to Mavis and if they mess up or if Im not happy, I would still give them another chance to make it right. And I dont do that for most companies because they should already be on point with customer service and quality results. Mavis does have good customer service and good quality work...and while they were busy with other customers too

Wish I could tell the world not to ever bring your your car here. I asked to have my car alignment tires balance and rotating which they did but I had to turn around after I pulled off because my car was shaking I was advised that the alignment was not straight with the steering wheel so they supposed to be fixed that I got on the highway and it was still shaking so I said something else was going so 2 weeks later I took it to another shop that said that I need it two new tires I shouldnt have gotten and alignment with those tires I should have been advised that I needed new tires but I wasnt advised that so I may not have needed I take it to the other shop it cost me 35 dollars just for them to tell me I needed two new tires I come back too lMavis I have to pay $169 for new tires which they should have and I might not help me get an alignment. I was told that the person that did the balance overlooked that I needed tires how can you overlook that.364.00 that I probably didnt have to spend time

I used to be a die hard NTB customer when I lived in Marietta. I moved to this area and naturally went to the company I loved. Sadly they did not hold the same gold standard of customer service as other locations. As a result I stopped coming here, I would rather pay extra and take it to the dealership.Today, out of necessity, I had to contact this location (MAVIS). Mike answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and was very professional and courteous. I dropped my car off and he remembered who I was and what we discussed. When I came back to pick up my car Mike got me into my vehicle and out the door in a matter of minutes. I must say he has restored my faith in NTB, now Mavis, and I will be back again! His customer service definitely deserves 5 stars and this location is better for it.

This was my first experience with Mavis Tires in Union city location, I went there had a nail in tire, technician Mr Donny inspected, he wasnt sure if nail will come out easily since nail location was almost to the edge, he recommended lets try it out or may have to change tire, he tried and worked. My point is this place have honest people working and good customer service. I would recommend this place .

I would give them no stars but one will suffice. First off —my car sat out front until I said I was leaving then all of a sudden they were quick to inspect my car. I guess they pick and choose who they will do HONEST work for. I went in for new brakes. I was told I needed way more than I actually needed. They quoted me $1500 for work they said I was in dire need of. According to them I needed NEW rotors, shocks, you name it —I needed it. Went to another mechanic who cleaned the rotors I had and replaced my brakes. This location was trying to get over on me. I looked over the print out receipt they gave me of what my charges were going to be—I see labor charged twice and parts charged twice for things I only needed one of. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Be sure to look over your receipts.

I came in on Dec 13th 2020 for an oil change. The guy at the desk was rude and IMO lacked customer service and professionalism, however I still went ahead and the let them perform the oil change. After two hours my vehicle was ready. My vehicle is a 2020. When I get in the vehicle I notice that its making a noise after starting it. Im a diver my trade and I felt incredibly uneasy with my vehicle making the noise. So I park it. Next morning I come outside to oil all in my driveway. I pop the hood and realized that whoever performed my oil change didnt empty the oil pan and didnt put the cork on the oil cover. Oil was seeping the the grill of my car. Devastated I called corporate. The manager called me back and insisted on fixing it. He said thats not how he runs his establishment. He did rectify the issue by redoing the oil change personally and giving me a car wash. I have never been back and would never. I gave a 2 because of the manager. However, even he could use a course in customer care.

By far the best Mavis around metro Atlanta . Fast working and great customer service . Leijoy is the only person I let work on my car . 10/10 highly recommended

Poor workmanship; they overfilled my car with oil on 6/25/21. This resulted in a build up of oil in my pipes and engine parts. Therefore, I am not satisfied with the service I received here, to say the least.Update: Very poor customer service as well. I was informed by customer service that the regional manager, Darryl, would contact me on 7/19 to discuss my issue. However, Darryl never contacted me. No one even asked to review my documents and actually investigate my concern. I purchased my car in April 2021 and I got my first oil change at this location. My car was in pristine condition prior to the oil change; which I have documented. However, since no one bothered to even review my documents, I was not given the opportunity to show where/how the oil change from Mavis damaged my car. Mavis made what was an exciting time (my new purchase), a nightmare. I am now out of $515.98 for damage that they caused and theyre not willing to take ownership. I would never recommend them to anyone. Between poor workmanship and horrible customer service, Id pass on going to them for anything.

Every time I come here they get me right. Got brakes done here n many more things but in particularly I had a headlight problem.. headlight bulb kept goin out but Donnie told me the problem in detail, and the solution. With some patience it was all solved.. for half the price of the dealership. Deebo the truth. Lady at the front desk nice and understanding too!

The front office staff were nice and professional. I went in to buy four tires and upon replacing the tires, the technician had a problem with the lugs on one tire and other minor issues. The Manager, Mr. Jawon told me not to worry and he assured me that he and staff would make sure that I would be satisfied when service was complete. He was a man of his word and completed the job timely and to my satisfaction. I recommend this company for any tire service needs.

Ordered a tire with them to match the other 3 good tires. They siad they would have it in a week. Called a few days later and was assured it would be in on the quoted date. The day the tire is supposed to be there all of a sudden nobody knows anything about the order. Make them look the tire up again and they say we cant get or order this tire. I have been waiting for a week for no reason. Im infuriated by their incompetence. They at least made an effort to reach out and try to fix the problem after.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I set a 12 o clock reservation to have my battery replace. I wasn’t seen until several hours later. Mavis doesn’t honor your reservation. Mavis bought out NTB stories. I purchase a battery from NTB with a warranty and when I tried to get my battery replace under the warranty, I had to pay for another battery. The service was terrible overall. Please don’t wast your time going to this Mavis location in Union City, GA.

Listen, I almost wrote Mavis Tire off as an incompetent organization, Ive patronized Morrow, Fayetteville and Newnan locations. I had bad experiences with the product but mostly customer service.However, when I mistakenly called Union City location to gripe about my problems the manager Jawon not only diffused the situation, he also provided a fair solution to the problem. Hats off to Jawon he really saved my whole outlook on dropping Mavis Tire. Give him a raise because he just saved you hundreds of clients.Salute

I went to Mavis to have the air in my tires checked. I was mostly concerned about one of my rear tires with low pressure. The worker who checked the tires noticed a screw in the other rear tire. A suggestion was made to have the tire replaced. Renee removed the screw and tested the tire to see if it was loosing air. The tire was okay. Renee checked all the tires and adjusted the air pressure. She did not stop until the problem was resolved. Thank you Renee for your services!

Received oil change which I was impressed with Marks customer service however, had to make a return visit due to someone flagging at vehicle saying oil is all on top of the hood. Mark opens the hood to my surprise oil is everywhere because the oil cap was left off resting near radiator. Another oil change was given, oil cleaned up inside and out side of vehicle. Mark gave free oil change for next oil service when due also, stated if I have any issues to bring vehicle back to them upon my inquiry of being concerned oil spill could cause other damage.Five days later on road trip in Alabama vehicle doesnt start. Called Mark who says have vehicle towed to a Mavis in Al which Mavis will be responsible for towing and any repairs needed. Ladies and Gents I was appalled to be informed a starter was needed which was unbelievable. Expressed to Mark vehicle has been properly kept and well maintained/hadnt had issue of this sort until oil change was done. Had to spend $493.00 to have starter repaired. Did not argue w/Mark after he says oil damage wasnt the cause to the starter which I only said, I disagree. Now, I have a very serious issue to further pursue...to be continued. Retracted the 5 stars. Only 1 star. Oh, Clint did the oil change.

This location can do better. I had a nail in my tire and asked could it be patched. When I picked up the car and asked was my tire patched I was told yes. The next day I found out the nail is still there and the tire is deflating??? On another occasion I waited 3 plus hours for them to fix something THEY messed up. Never going back again. I called about my tire pressure light being on and asked do they have free air as well as getting my tires checked. They delivered. I was able to watch as the serviceman discovered the problem. He gave a great consultation. The receptionist was very patient with me and they was able to repair my tire. Im glad I came and more than likely will return.

Originally came in for service on Sunday 1/3/21 at approximately 12:30 to get tires rotated, yet I ended up purchasing 4 tires due to the manager Mark informing me they could not be rotated due to the wear of tires. I opted to purchase new tires. I did not leave the store until 5pm, due to me having to wait another 10-15 minutes to charge the order to my credit card. There was a lack of communication regarding the credit process and why it took so long to replace tires. Secondly upon driving away with my vehicle I heard a scrapping in the rear of my vehicle in which there was none prior to the work that day. I called back to the location and was told by Mark the manager to bring my vehicle back to shop during the week in which what brings me back this morning 1/8/21, Renee greeted me and took care of my check-in and Mark had my vehicle inspected with no problem 😉. I applaud their efforts to make it right 😊
