Maytag was producing a foul odor and leaking water underneath. Decided to call a company that checks and fixes appliances. We found this company on Yelp, based upon their positive reviews and decided to give them a try. Denny and Derek came the very same day we called and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a bad water valve which they had to order since the machine was old so in two days, they can back to replace it and now it functions correctly. Professional and polite folks with a lot of experience. Highly recommend.

These guys work very hard, careful and deligent. They are also reliable. They managed a difficult problem with our very old commercial stove that we love. Had an issue with the heating in the dryer over the long weekend. I tried fixing it, but couldn’t make any progress. We found Sunny appliance who were the only ones who responded quickly. They immediately sent 2 professionals - Danny and Derek who resolved the issue very swiftly. They also had put this as a one man job, which required two folks actually - but they decided to just charge us the lower rate for one person.

I called Sunny to help fix a newer Bosch dishwasher that would stop a few minutes into the cycle and would not drain properly. I had tried to clean the drain myself and was not able to make it work. Danny and Derek were quick to respond to my request and came out the very next day to fix the problem. The dishwasher is now working fine and I was very happy with their quick and effective service. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone with an appliance issue.

Recently installed a Nest thermostat by myself, but it do not function (thermostat was smart, me not so much). Our 15 years old Frigidaire fridge stopped working barely yesterday and the temperature went up to 55 degrees. We decided not to risk and get some real air help. I have Subzero refrigerator model 550 that is 12 years old and I had problems for the first 2 years only and since then it has run beautifully until April 8th. So I called these folks to come check it and we got Danny and Derek come here. They added freon that time and warned me that the compressor is no good and can die at any time which has happened just yesterday. So I called them again to come check it because it was still under the given warranty. Derek confirmed the compressor needs to be replaced and we are still thinking if we want to do that. But if we do, we would definitely call them for that service. Thank you for being honest people

They are the most incompetent, unreliable, incapable, uncontactable organization I have ever encountered.Situation:My LG refrigerator stopped dispensing ice. A “service technician” took one quick look at the refrigerator and said that the circuit board at the top edge of the door needed replacing. He said that it would be ordered and said they would call when the board was delivered.I spent over 3 weeks trying to call them about the status of my repair. Every time I finally got ahold of somebody I would be told that they will look into this matter and I would be called back.They never called back.I finally found out that the board was never ordered.My refrigerator was finally fixed after calling Sears Home Service. Their technician actually trouble shot the problem talking to a factory technician who has access to a schematic and drawings. They diagnosed what the repair actually required, ordered a part and then fixed the problem.The “Appliance Repair” companies that you find on the internet do not have these kind of resources. The factory technicians will not talk to non certified repair technicians. And, BTW, the problem was NOT the circuit board that their technician “Diagnosed” as being defective. It is still there, in use.These people are only competent at fixing something extremely simple, like a Visibly broken or loose part.If you Decide to use these people anyway, and they determine within seconds of looking at your appliance that they need to order something, other than a visibly broken part, it is their language for:“We do not know how to fix this, you will never hear from us, goodby”

I called Sunny appliance repair to fix my washer that wasn`t spin. Actually, I couldnt even get another repair service to come out. Sears was able to come out only in 2 weeks! I called in Sunny appliance next and the guy named Alex was available and arrived within an hour. He checked my washer and told me that it would be $140 for new part installation and service call is free - would apply to repair. He was so nice and explained every step to me. He even had the part we needed on his truck. In lees than 40 min my washer was fixed! I would highly recommend Sunny Appliance repair for anyone who need any appliance repair and I definitely will use him again if needed.

Derek and his technician came to replace a cooktop We didn’t know the cutout size, and of course the new cooktop didn’t fit. Derek went through the options, including doing the install ourselves, which didn’t seem as daunting once they had opened everything up. In the end we found a cooktop online at Home Depot that fit the cutout, and Derek came back to do the install. The first go round, he only charged a diagnostic fee, and then applied it to the final install price. All looks good and we are very happy with the results.

We have a Maytag dryer that stopped working recently and wouldnt turn on, so we called Sunny Appliance to come and check it. Danny and Derek showed up the same day and quickly diagnose the problem it was a burned fuse. They had it in there van and replaced it within 15 min. So now the deyer is back on,but we were told that this problem has happened due to clogged vent line. Which is very long in our house. And we need to clean ir as well. And they were right because next time when they came and started cleaning it we found bird nest in it. So we had to remove it. They did a great job. Were happy with the sevice they provided.

When my washing machine stopped spinning I wasn`t quite sure what to: go get a new one or fix the one I had. Luckily I found Sunny appliance repair right away. They were able to send the tech to my house on the very same day, nice guy named Alex. He explained that the problem I had wasn`t a serious issue and otherwise my washer was in good condition. Just decided to share my experience with Sunny appliance repair. The repair guy (Alex was his name) turned out young but very qualified. He found the problem in less than 15 min! (it was defrost timer on my fridge). Then ordered the part and came back to install it in 1 hour! So my food hasn`t even spoiled! His price was more than affordable. I can recommend this company for everyone!
