Rude ...not enough staff always long waits ..no kiosk to pay bill now....made me give my passcode outloud when store full ...said not corporate anymore and wont honor upgrades 6 months. I am going to arbitration Fair Shakes will get you started with formal complaints. Verizon and ATT owned by same Corp . Worst

Store is very short staffed. Lucky for me I was the first person there when the doors opened because there was only 1 employee working named Jerry but he was great. Jerry helped me with everything I needed. Hire more people ATT!

I was helped by Jerry, this is my second time coming into the AT&T store due to my Auto Payment not going through both times Jerry was super helpful & professional throughout my entire experience. The first time I came in the store I was approached by Gabriel who was not attentive to my issue & seemed VERY uninterested in his job! He told me that “I could just set up Auto Pay myself online” I told him I had tried that” & “my plan is still not working”, He then told me to try again which I did But my plan payment was still unsuccessful, After this his exact words were “At this point I’m sorry Ms but I cannot help you, just call the AT&T help center & they can assist you” I was shocked because I know that there had to be a way to deal with the issue & that he simply did not want to help. By his facial and body posture I Could tell this employee didn’t wanna deal with it the issue. How can you tell a costumer to pretty much figure it out on they’re own?!!!!!!!!!!! I came into the store for a reason not to just be told “try again, and call the help center” I have never experienced someone so unprofessional & uninterested in they’re job, how can you work at an At&t store and tell a costumer that I was about to walk up and switch to Verizon if Jerry had not been so assistive and helpful. Jerry called costumer service for me, talked to them, explained the issue & was able to solve the problem BOTH times. He spoke to the AT&T representative & made sure I could keep my $20.00 discount from my $65.00 plan which is set us through auto pay. I got this plan during the holidays which is why I have the discount for $20.00, If you happened to be in this store I recommend this employee because Gabriel will not help you if you’re issue is too much work for him.

The manager and sales person name Reid are a 10 on the scale of 1 to 10 unbelievable service more importantly knowledge when Ive seen it happen if I think youre seeing memo reviews of the stores people walk in there working with or waiting on somebody or working with somebody it was people just expect them to drop it now they want to pay a bill they have a box for you just put it in the box but you may want to give the bill through sales person well if theyre waiting and working with somebody else what are you going to do it as a Boxster minutes amazing if some people get upset because I want to buy battery chargers except the sales people to wait on them while they already working with somebody youre setting up phone business of the store just cant do that to me its like unfortunately its a great corporate Store will go stand in lines but if they are busy you just have to wait in line small store they have 4 to 5 salespeople plus the manager to help you sometimes you have to wait though its life or phone if theyre not busy they answer the phone and they do call you back so I dont know what thats all about but so Ive been my experience believe me if I go on the phone all the time never had a problem on saying is this is the last corporate store for CA to Oregon on highway 101 honey I hope this helps but theyre great people and my husband just your says they really are Chester and Morgan

I recently became an ATT customer because I purchased a Moto locked phone. I dont go to this store often. The staff are not user friendly unless you are buying a phone, updating service...in other words, if you are having service issues and have questions, you will be left wanting.

Avoid at all costs! Signed up for Home Wireless Service and had my primary phone number ported over to AT&T. Signed up for service on 6/19/18 and it took a few days to have the number ported over and activated. Once the number was active, the service didnt work. It had very poor connection to the wireless network and you could hardly communicate with anyone through the crackling in and out. We were also not receiving phone calls when people tried to call. I tried customer support and after 5 days of missing calls and terrible quality, the service did not meet my needs at all. I started the process of porting the primary number back over to my original service before cancelling the AT&T service so I didnt lose my number. After my number was ported back, I went back to the Ukiah AT&T store to return the equipment on 7/2/18. I had the service for a total of 13 days, but only got to try it out for 5 days and it didnt work. I was charged a $45 restocking fee for the equipment and was also stuck paying for the first month of service, a $30 activation fee and all taxes and fees. Ended up being about $115 for 13 days of service that didnt work. So it was a little upsetting, but not the end of the world, even though the AT&T representative said I had 14 days to cancel with no charges(load of BS). What became upsetting and a total nightmare is when I received a bill a few weeks later. The bill for $266 claimed that the equipment had not been returned. I have the return receipt, including the $45 restocking fee, so I called up and explained the situation. They said that a support ticket would be opened up and it would be resolved. It was not resolved and so I went into the store where I had purchased and returned the equipment to. They did the same thing and opened up a support ticket and said I would get contacted within 48 hours. Never was contacted. Tried on the phone again multiple times and went into the store 3 more times. Spent more then 11 hours on the phone and 4 trips into the store and the issue has still not been resolved. I have the receipt, the Ukiah store manager has the receipt and the equipment and has been unable to rectify the situation. Now the bill has been sent to collections even though I have proof of the equipment return and the Store manager keeps contacting corporate and letting them know he received the equipment back. Worst customer experience ever and will never do business with AT&T again. Also, do not trust the sales people as they will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Total scam.

I have never been in a store where so much money is spent, yet the customer is treated like total crap. Employees are rude, some dress very inappropriate and they will not uphold any of their defect policies. They never answer the phone or return any calls they say they promise they will. How AT&T lets these people still work here, I do not know.

If I have a choice of very poor I would have chosen it. This att office is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT from the beginning..... the staff are unfriendly, rude, would not even acknowledge when a costumer comes in and waiting to speak to a representative to just even say someone will be with you or have you been help. I know that they are busy but at least acknowledge the costumer, instead of just look at you and say nothing and pretend that they did not see you. I was there for 45 minute and up going home so pist off

Been an AT& T customer for over 1 year. Paid all bills on time.Went to sign up for service at a 2nd location and they wanted abackground check on me. Refused and told them to turn off theprimary account service. They are scheduling 12 hour appointmentsand not showing up (happened 3 times=36 hours wasted of my timewaiting for their install tech). They are continuously lying on the phone,not sending service confirmation emails are the tip off that they have nointention of showing up to scheduled appointments (leave no paper trailphilosophy).At & t, heres what to expect:Fraudelent billing practices; tell you ddnt receive payment on timeforcing consumer to call them whereby they want to sell other services.Scheduling appointments they have no intention of showing up to.Hazing cutomers; reniging on committments, deals and contracts.Throttling service; forcing consumers to speeds so slow that internet is virtuallyso slow its not possible to conduct business, not communicate effectively.Watch them ruin your business.Complaints to BBB & FCC go completely ignored = corrupt balance of power.Recommendations:File lawsuits, keep evidence on AT & Ts practices, get every appointment, conversation,change on account in writing, give them no warning and file civil complaints no matterhow small their mistake, oversight or error.Join consumer class actions to force the govt. to change at & ts total practices and openup home internet and phone service to additional providers, to create competition to thisdinosaur which is ruining american businesses by slowing speeds so slow that people beginto lose money, time and life...
