I really love aikido so much with all my heart. Heck, even with all my soul. It has completely changed my life in a very good and powerful way. I have gained a lot more confidence in myself, I am more sane, and I am a lot more happy now. I also have learned a lot of great and helpful life lessons to help me to be a happy and successful person. Aikido is a such an awesome place to make new friends and finding a pathway to peaceful energy and harmony together.

With capable instructors, friendly and committed students and a large Dojo, Ukiah Aikido is a tremendous opportunity for anyone in this County to train in a martial art for the betterment of themselves and those they know.I recently received my Shodan (first black belt) and find myself more committed than ever and enjoying my practice on an ever deepening level.
