The Machine didnt have the type of Key I wanted so it Sent the Scan 2 a Technician 2 have it made by Hand . Then I got a Redund Saying they cant Make this Key :(.Not happy about that . But Happy about the Serves. If it was a Key they can make I would of been Happer ;)~. Very Professional about there Key makeing ;).

Great service! The machine made a mistake and didnt make all the keys I paid for. They reached out to me and refunded my money as well as pay for the next key I make. Great customer service!

Actually, the keys didnt work after trying it two times; however, the customer service was excellent. The Representatives were very polite and helpful and there was no problem with refunding me as the keys didnt work. They said it may have been a scanning issue. Anyways, the customer service was excellent.

Someone gave me a copy of their key, made at the Safeway kiosk. And it is useless. It resembles the correct shape but will NOT lock or unlock the door

The worst. Theyre a call center that routes you to a locksmith in your area. Mine was routed to the wrong location so I was never able to talk to anyone.

Never returned my call.
