Being a tech luddite, support always takes the time to help explain things is good detail for me.

Seen communication between customers and employees and be warned... this company has zero understanding for customer satisfaction.

Amending this review as Ive at least learned more about *why* things are so bad there. The business was sold and new owners may not have understood the level of customer care that Pacific provided...then they had a huge system failure and did not do a good job making things right afterward. Had they introduced themselves and kept people informed I think the good will would have carried forward, but the only person I spoke to about my change in service is currently with Pacific and looking to bail based on all of the above. Still one star, but maybe they will get a clue before too long and do better.

This company bought out our previous provider, and its been nothing but technical issues and extra fees ever since. We have to call frequently for technical support because of outages only to be told everything looks fine on their end. And thats the end of it. There is never an answer or solution to fix whatever problem we call about. Today, our internet went out AGAIN even though their pay-per-month router shows all the right lights working. Last straw was we werent even able to reach them by phone. Didnt even ring. Maybe their awesome phone system is out too. Finding another company ASAP.

High quality internet

Pacific Internet provides wonderful internet service. We switched from the other one in town because we were so tired of horrible customer service and paying too much for supposedly high speed internet that seemed to go down all the time. Pacific Internet is reliable and quite fast for us here in Ukiah. It meets all my needs as a graphic designer, which can be extensive at times! What I love the most about them is you get a real person when you call, and they truly care. They started the first internet service in town over 25 years ago and all the employees actually live in this area. Thats why they care! They have a knowledgeable staff that readily fixes any issues you may have.

These people and this company are completely incompetent. Ive had terrible service with Comcast before, and this company makes Comcast look stellar by comparison. They wont handle anything on their own and will push work off onto 3rd party agents to get things working, and even then they dont work. If you want your internet to feel like a 14k dial-up modem from 1996, then Pacific is for you. Hell, I think I had better luck with my 1996 dial up than with these jokers. Stay clear, theyre absolutely trash tier terrible.
