Heather, Brad and Nate were fantastic to get me going in a rental vehicle and accommodated me every time my own car was not ready from repair. I will return there when I need a rental car. Excellent customer service, professional and perfect attitude.

Reserved a Toyota RAV4 or similar and on day of reservation was given a MINI VAN (since they sold the vehicle we reserved and could no longer rent it out to us) with NO other options available. Was VERY unhappy as we were headed to Tahoe and needed something with 4WD/AWD. Was told it would take us 5 minutes to switch vehicles with another enterprise. Low and behold the enterprise closest to us was backed up to 5 days after we would be leaving. Stuck with a vehicle that wasn’t going to be as safe as the one we initially reserved to rent, and it didn’t matter how much we were willing toPay to upgrade, both locations were out of choices. We were left cursing them every time we felt unsafe, very unhappy experience. Not to mention my family has probably rented 6+ cars In just the last year.

Our Ukiah Enterprise staff rock! They always make our rental experience as streamlined and enjoyable as it could be! They are friendly, know most repeat customers by name, and always treat us professionally, and with respect.I would not say we rent as frequently as some, and I still manage to get frequent free upgrades, or extra services. We had a Dodge Ram for 3 weeks and with use of points, it cost us about 200 dollars less than an economy car! And, yes, it did have a hemi!😄😄😄

This place has gone down hill fast. I was given a dirty car that they swear had been cleaned. I dont know how they can overlook tobacco on the dashboard and soda spills in the cup holder not to mention the filth on the steering wheel. I could go on but you get the picture. Not to mention the attitude I got when I demanded it cleaned out. They did oblige but had me wait for over 30 minutes. I just wish they were not so bad because I rent probably more then most people do.

I have to b honest!! i rented a truck for several months and i was not happy with the young man Andrew in ukiah CA .. He was rude and has no communication skills and in the end i was blown away with the way i was treated after spending so much money .... I will say the other young man Rick from Lakeport Ca was nice,professional and patient and did his best to explain the mistake that was made and even though i was still screwed from mistakes made by them!! i understood what happened ..

Today was the 3rd time i reserved a rental car over the phone and when i got there after 2 hours driving every single car was rented out.F”&k this place.

My recent rental car experience at Enterprise was absolutely fantastic. The wonderful, very professional associate, Cesear, made each step of renting a car so easy. I was picked up from Fowlers Subaru, where my car was being serviced, taken to the Enterprise office, paperwork done quickly...and I was off and running. Cesear was COVID careful, wearing a mask always. Returning the car was even quicker and again Cesear took me back to get my car, hes a great driver too! I would strongly recommend Enterprise Car Rentals if you ever need that type of service. The cars are clean, Covid clean, safe and the price of renting is very reasonable.

Great folks but after renting for four years and watching the turn over in staff, except for J.... who cleans the cars, the billing was messed up several times on my last trip, because of the TECH used and the new staff that dont know me. Seems silly but Management should know that in-order to keep good staff they should.........fill in the blank.

Well I ordered a car from the 1800 number on Fri for monday and went to pick it up on Monday and was told there was no cars available for me even though I had a reservation number and everything I ended up with no car

I rent vehicles frequently for work. I ALWAYS reserve at least a day in advance, two out of the four times I have attempted to rent at this location I showed up to pick up my reservation and they have NO CARS they dont even bother to call me before I show up, theyd rather waste my time I guess? One out of four times I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late for my reservation and they said we dont have your car here anyways but we have a pick up truck for you Im not about to drive a pick up truck 500 miles around CA that would use 200x the fuel. When I said that wouldnt work the guy at the location said sorry, thats just how the business works. HAHA what business? The only time I have successfully picked up a car here, it was a Camry with scratches from bumper to bumper on both sides, absolutely filthy on the inside; dirt on the dash, seats, floor, everywhere. I dont like leaving reviews like this but this place is a poor excuse for rental car location.

They are always very helpful, understanding and happy to help any customer. Very, very great employees at the Ukiah Thurston office. Im always happy to see their staff and joke around like family does. Thanks Guys and see you at Christmas Time 😁

Great customer service.But...Car was disgustingly dirty inside. Smelled horrible.Found empty beer bottles in the back filled with cigarette butts and joint roaches.

I have rented cars with Ukiah Enterprise multiple times over the past year and the customer service is always friendly and professional. They dont always have the biggest selection of cars because its a smaller location, but they are really helpful and trustworthy. Enterprise is the only Rental car company I would use in this area. The pick up and return process is easy too compared to other companies Ive rented in the past.

I have been renting from Enterprise Rent a car for the last ten years frequently around the county. Renting from the Ukiah branch for the last six quite frequently. All of the branches are outstanding, they are so professional, on the spot with assistance, and bend over backwards to help take care of your every need in fast delivery and speedy check ins. They are the best by far, and I have tried all the rental agencies but always go running back to Enterprise. Now I wont rent a car if it isnt from Enterprise..they have me spoiled.A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF THE PERSONNEL AT uKIAH cA LOCATION. EVERY MANAGER THEY HAVE HAD, AND NOW IT IS STARR WHO IS again one of the best. What a joke. They didnt have the car I reserved, so they clearly dont know what a reservation is. The price was way higher than what they had quoted me on the phone. And the only vehicle they had was a dirty, gas guzzling truck that I wouldnt dream of taking on the long trip I HAD planned. No big deal though, it only made me miss out on my dads wedding. Youre selling transport, if you mess up and screw someone over it can have major consequences for that customer. Either close shop or stop messing with peoples lives and schedules, its cruel.

With eight years of monthly experience with Ukiahs Enterprise I can say that this office provides great customer service and attention to my needs. I am impressed with their staff and the cars and 15 passenger vans that I rent are clean, safe and low mileage.

A friend was involved in a serious car accident quite a distance from his home (near Eureka, Ca). but close to mine (Ukiah, Ca). Car was totaled, but all riders made it alive. All his belongs were left in the damaged vehicle and the occupants were taken to the nearest hospital (Willits, Ca)We recovered all his belongings from the wreck. Having just returned from a ten day trip with his family, there were a large number of supplies to be recovered.He called Enterprise in Ukiah, and requested an SUV. He was told that they had one. When asked if they could hold it for him the agent responded that he could. Friend supplies his credit card information . Friend goes to pick the vehicle up at the designated time and is apprised the vehicle had already been released to another patron.NOT WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Made reservations 3 days in advance for a truck showed up at Enterprise half an hour early the truck we reserved was not there an employee took it home the night before turned out the employee lived half an hour away up the freeway and could not get the truck to us in time due to a car accident on freeway we had to accept what they call an upgrade and take their tiny SUV which we did not fit in very well thats why I reserved a nice big truck they did give me the truck price for the rental of the SUV but was not happy about not getting the vehicle that I had reserved. We had our dog with us luggage and children we did not fit in that tiny SUV they gave us I was not happy I think they should check the reservations online before they let employees take Vehicles home that are supposed to be rented out the very next day at 4:30 p.m. he would think if their office opens at 9 and the vehicle was 30 minutes away he had all day to get it there no one at the office had a clue the vehicle was supposed to be rented at 4:30 p.m. that day so at 4 p.m. when we got there they started calling around to find the truck and then realized what happened it doesnt take a genius at the office to figure out check your rental reservations for tomorrow before you let an employee take a vehicle home today

Very helpful and friendly. I was picked up and taken to the Enterprise office and given the car that I had pre-ordered. The driver was very considerate and called to ensure I was ready or if I needed more time. The car was in great shape and ready to go.

Only concern was they told us no pets in the vehicle and we return the car n they rent it out to a guy with 2 dogs that he loaded up n left with as we were leaving. Other than that this place is awesome n habe helped us in a pinch.

On our way to visit family for Thanksgiving, we ironically had a turkey fly into our car and smash the window. Our car was un-drivable. At 5 pm on the 22nd - with all cars already rented for the long holiday - Tera found a way to honor our invalid online reservation made 20 minutes before arriving at her store. Amazing customer service!

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Ukiah was fantastic. The staff was always friendly and helpful, even giving me a free upgrade. They made renting a car a breeze and gave me a ride home after I returned the car. I will be a return customer for sure.

My car wound up in the shop in Fort Bragg, CA. Unfortunately, there were no cars available in Fort Bragg near my mechanic. This is usually true and is my one complaint. I was able to get a ride home (one hour away) and then a ride into Ukiah (also one hour away) to rent a car. Tera Means, Ukiah Branch Manager, was wonderful. I wasnt thrilled with driving a Chrysler - I have a Toyota - but it was easy to drive and performed well. I was allowed to return the car to Fort Bragg, which was a relief. I got a ride to my mechanics from Enterprise so that I could retrieve my car. Had a car been available in Fort Bragg I suspect my experience would have been perfect.

They reserve cars for you but when u arrive they tell u theyre out of cars and take your deposit. HUGE waste of time. This location is the reason I stopped using enterprise. Always a problem with them. They need to change the way they do business.

We rented a car on the 9th of March and returned it in the 11th by leaving the keys in the drop box as directed. My husband got multiple phone calls asking why we had not returned the car and when he said we had, they said they could not locate car or keys. He had to take time off of work to go down to their office to deal with this. When he went in they had found car/keys, but did not bother to call him. Then they said they needed his credit card info to bill him for his rental (that should have all been in file because I was required to give that to them to reserve the vehicle). Then they tried to charge him for the days that the car was sitting in their lot and they couldnt find it. I think he should have been given a discount for doing their job for them!

Would not let me rent a car while my car was being repaired as I live 27 miles away from the rental place, not 20. This is a rural area, went to hertz, no problems, good rates.

We have always received above average service. Our most recent rental was an upgrade. Nice surprise

Nice people and great pick up/drop off driver

Not great. After being called about what car I would like, they had only a pick-up or a Dodge caravan. Why bother calling and growing through all the possible types and sizes, when you cannot deliver? Also, having to settle for a pick-up truck, I was told that I would get a call as soon as sedan-type car was returned. Never received a call. Cannot believe one never was returned over the week I had the rental. Why say it, if you cannot follow-through? Very disappointed. Will go somewhere else in the future.

Entered office days earlier and requested a full size car for going out of town, get there today and Im told that the car I was to get was extended and would not be back until a later hour therefore i was offered an upgrade (?) to a mini van? (Car not Van!) Or a smaller car! This sucks pond water... do I take the mini van or smaller car Im being held hostage!

My car broke down in Laytonville. I got towed to Willits and stayed there in a motel. The motel owner, in an unusual offer of generosity, gave me a ride from Willits to Ukiah so that I could pick up a rental car THAT I RESERVED. Enterprise Rent-A-Car RENEGED on the reservation and left me stranded.

I know nothing about this location. But the company as a whole is a rip off
