These people refused to turn in my application for my insurance. We drove maybe 2 months. Paying the bill. Only to get my policy CANCELED because THEY REFUSED TO TURN IN MY APPLICATION! When I had the insurance on the line, he got Cost U Less on the line. The guy refused to help due to me not being on the policy. When in FACT I AM. Then he HANGS UP ON US after putting us on hold. For NOTHING!!! I now have to go elsewhere for insurance. Oh. 3 hour lunches are NOT LEGAL. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!

Worst experience ever. The broker fee was supposed to be $125 they took almost $300 extra out of my account. When I called to complain about it the refused to help or transfer me to a manager or complaint line. Very unpleasant very hard to work with.
