We had significant ground water issues at a commercial property. Clear Choice gave a competitive bid, was very knowledgeable, and worked in a clean and safe manner in a high traffic area. You couldnt even tell they dug trenches through the lawn when they were done. Great work.

Weve been having record-breaking precipitation since Dec. 2020. Clear Choice Outdoors helped us install an extensive drain system timely in Jan. 2021, which prevented pooling and flooding from those heavy downpours. With this years extreme weather conditions, there are some significant settlements in the soil above the drainage areas. After we notified them of the issues, the owner of Clear Choice promptly sent two hardworking technicians to diagnose and repair the problem. The excellent customer care of Clear Choice is impressive and makes them an outstanding service provider in the area. We have been customers of Clear Choice Outdoor for 5 months maintaining our lawn and flower beds. Top notch service, in particular cleaning our beds of many fall leaves and then preparing the beds to put down pine straw mulch. In addition we had many bushes that suffered from the severe freeze this past February, 2021 and they have trimmed them back to promote new growth. We highly recommend Clear Choice!

The crew showed up when they said they would, installed the system in the time frame quoted, kept the work area clean during the three day installation, walked me through the installation, how to setup and make changes and left the yard cleaner than when they started. I just wanted to comment about the city parks! I take my daughter to some of the surrounding city parks all the time and when we went to a couple this week, they looked amazing! The guys that were working at the parks were really nice and made sure to wave at my daughter and myself! It made my day to see them working so hard but take time to acknowledge us and smile. The parks just look amazing and thank you for taking the time to clean them up!

I contacted Clear Choice to have them assess and give me a quote on how to fix my drainage issues. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their service! They made an appointment to stop by and evaluate the following day, had a plan and quote drawn up that day, and as soon as I agreed to it finished the work within 48 hours. I worked w/ Jose and Matt and would definitely calling them if you have any drainage issues on your property.

We had the Clear Choice team install a retaining wall in our back yard May of 2018. They did an excellent job, quality work, and Matt and the crew were awesome. Matt followed up with us during & after the job, and still even goes above and beyond to check on us when they have other projects in our neighborhood. We highly recommend them. There doesnt seem to be a job too large or too small for them.

Jose from Clear Choice Lawn Care called and arrived early to repair our irrigation system. He was professional and quickly made the repairs. He added on to an existing line and changed spray heads for better coverage. They even replaced the grass sod when they finished. Jose and his crewman did a great job!

Jose and his lawn sprinkler team did a fantastic job. I had a system installed by someone else and it quit working after two weeks. Jose and his team replaced the control box and repositioned it in my garage. They taught me how to work it. They were efficient and professional. I will definitely call Jose again for future work!

They communicate well and know what they are doing. I called Clear Choice to come out to service my sprinkler system to get ready for the summer heat. I set up an appointment and they were on time. Jose came out and was awesome. He answered all of my questions and explained very well what was needed to be done to get my sprinkler system up and running. He was able to get done in 4 hours what would have taken me days to troubleshoot. Making a payment was easy. You can pay online with debit or credit cards. This service was well worth it for both me and my yard.

We had Clear Choice put a drain in our backyard to correct a drainage problem caused by faulty design by the builder. Guys were prompt and worked hard to get the job completed. It was hot outside that day (98 degrees). Will be looking to them to do further work at our house.

The Clear Choice crew just left after installing a fix for a drainage problem I was having. I cannot say thank you enough to all involved. The work was as quoted, site was clean, just as if they had never been here, and done on time. They even demonstrated how the drainage would now flow! I would definitely recommend them.

I had noticed the Clear Choice office on my way to work. During the summer I decided I needed help with my project to get the backyard in shape. I had an enormous growth of Asian jasmine, along with an amazing variety of weeds to be removed. I called Clear Choice and met with Matt. His crew worked really hard, were exceptionally polite, and worked right through to the end. Matt visited many times during the process which was really nice to see. I ended up having Clear Choice landscape the area. What is way too cool is that they send you a graphic of your house with the finished look. It was great working with Matt and his crew.

I called Clear Choice to fix a irrigation pipe at our new house. The guy showed up at 8:00 in the morning, exactly the time the lady I talked to on the phone said he would. He fixed the broken pipe and went over the whole system and found another broken pipe and replaced 4 or 5 bad heads and adjusted the rest of the 6 zones of sprinkler heads. At each step he would ring the door bell to have my wife come outside and he would show her the problem and ask if we wanted it fixed. Little did he know I watched him from my office and could hear what he was telling my wife. I knew of every issue he told my wife about and that we had him fix!! He even replanted the tulips that he had to dig up to repair the pipes! Excellent and very trust worthy company to hire for any outside projects!!Good job CC!! And thank you!

I was very disappointed, with Matt, who came to my house to give me a quote, he said it would take two weeks, at two weeks no quote, when i finally got Matt to return my call, three weeks later, he said I would be placed at the top of his to do list, still have not received any quote. It has been four weeks, I guess business is good, and I was not a big enough client. Very poor business model.

I learned the hard way that you can’t cut corners when it comes to fixing drainage or erosion problems. If you want it done right, Clear Choice is the way to go. After battling a drainage and erosion problem that had progressively gotten worse over the past two years, my wife and I reached out to several landscaping companies in town for bids/plans on how to address the issue. We quickly learned that theories and price ranges can vary widely when it comes to solving a complex issue like ours. Matt put together a great plan that involved removing a large amount of dirt and re-slopping our back yard, installing a retaining wall, and multi-level drainage system that incorporated a French drain, several catch basins, and down spouts from our roof gutters. He put together a great 3D presentation of the project that helped us better understand how the he planned to tackle every aspect of our problem. Once the project started, his crew was at our house by 7:30 every morning and didn’t leave until nearly 6:00 every evening. They were great about explaining the process to us each day and getting our feedback. They wrapped up the project by re-installing our sprinkler system and laying sod throughout our entire backyard. The end result looks phenomenal and we are now able to fully enjoy our backyard. Although this was a large financial commitment that we were not excited about, I’m glad we trusted Matt and his crew to take care of us.

Matt Thiessen was a pleasure to work with. He came and saw the drainage and erosion issue at our house and gave us a prompt estimate and timeline for repair. The crew showed up as promised and delivered a large job on time and on budget. We have since had a torrential down pour and the repair work was a success and took the water to the road instead of neighbors driveway! I highly recommend them for any drainage, and yardwork as they are professional, courteous, and deliver what they promise.

Great experience. After waiting a month for another company’s quote for a drainage issue, I called CCLC. What a difference! Matt came over the next morning at the time promised & I had a quote by the end of the day. The work was started the next week and done in 8 hours. Hard working crew. We contacted Matt and told him we needed to get some help with our lawn. They had us on the schedule 2 days later and set us up with a great plan. Their team came out while we were at work and took care of mowing, trimming the bushes, edging, and even cleaned up the flower beds. We asked for a simple mow and edging job, but they went above and beyond our expectations.Only lawn maintenance company in town Ill use!!

Called CC asking for an estimate for yard service for a single family residence in Lindale. Dalton came out in the morning (8 or 8:30 am) & spent about 35 minutes with me & advised he would get back with me later that afternoon with a couple of different estimates for a couple of lawn services. That was on Wednesday. After not hearing from him, I called and left a voice message on his cell on Thursday. Friday I get a call from Dalton apologizing for not getting back to me & advised they had an emergency & had been working all day Thursday & they are back at it now who had some type of worms in their yard. Dalton advised he would have the estimate to me that afternoon. Not sure worms in a customers yard excuses someone from a 5 minute phone call to advise they are busy, but I wont judge. Today is Wednesday, a week from the day Dalton came to my residence to give me an estimate for some lawn services and I still dont have it & havent received a call from CC or Dalton since Friday.Not sure about other new customers, but for me, if I cant count on CC calling me back with a simple estimate, not sure I can trust them with putting chemicals on my yard & doing the work when they say they will.After completing this review, I received a call from Matt, owner/operator of Clear Choice (CC) inquiring about my review. He apologized regarding Daltons lack of communication skill & advised he had discussed it with Dalton on ways of improving those skills. Matt assured me that Dalton was one of many CC technicians that were very good at lawn care & asked if I would consider giving CC & Dalton a second chance. Im all about second chances, so I have agreed & have hired CC to manage fertilization & weed control of my residential yard. Today was the first application that was applied by Dalton. He was very thorough & a very polite & knowledgeable young man. Time will tell.I will try & post a 12 month update on their progress.

We had recently moved in and we tried many different people off of craigslist thinking we can save a bit of money. But we were not satisfied and I was pregnant with 3rd child, desperately needed someone reliable. They made it so quick and easy to sign up two days before due date.They come for 15 minutes and get ALL of it done, mowing, weeding, and blowing. We have a huge concrete slab and that was my favorite part of having the concrete blown clean.There was even a mistake two times and they swiftly corrected it. One mistake was a gutter got knocked down and they fixed it within the same week.They are super professional and worth every penny.

Great customer service. They always show up when they say they will show up. Clear Choice is excellent in every way and I have the best looking yard in the neighborhood.Stay away from TruGreen and switch to these guys. I had TruGreen for a few years and they have really gone down hill. TruGreen always advertised that the same technician would come out and that was never the case. I had a different guy come out every time and a few times TruGreen actually treated my yard on accident when I didnt even use them anymore.

Theres nothing better than coming home to a mowed lawn. And for a yard nerd like me, a diagonally cut lawn!

Horrible company! No structure at all people abuse drugs on the job. They lay you off wothout letting you know. They are just money hungry snakes

They purchased a phone number from a defunct company in North Richland Hills, TX and represented themselves as having an established company in North Richland Hills, TX. They are actually in Tyler, TX and sent an independent contractor out. The payment went thru Clear Choice and now Clear Choice will take no responsibility for the contractor / different companys action. Rip off company as far as Im concerned.
