Very disappointed with this staffing firm. A gal called me last week and was talking so fast that I didnt catch her name, nor which company she was with. When I asked her to repeat, she was annoyed with the fact that I asked her to do so. I got a declination for the position today. One in which I am more than qualified for. It seems to me that you are chosen based on a one and a half minute conversation with someone who may or may not be qualified for the position themselves. Again, disappointed.

Brelsford is filled with great, genuine people! They truly want to match you with the right position and company and they do whatever it takes to achieve that. I love my new job and company and am thankful for the experience with Brelsford that helped me get there.

When I was looking for a new position I was referred to Brelsford but never got the opportunity to meet with them just because I received an offer prior to applying. I know several people that have been placed at wonderful companies through Brelsford and will not hesitate to use them if ever I am in need again.

Very unhelpful. They have you come in, fill out some forms, take a test drive to demonstrate your skills, and never follow up with you. I called them 3 times now and left messages, I send emails, and no response. It’s been 5 months since I last saw them. It was honestly a waste of my time.

I worked for Brelsford Personnel right out of high school, and was blown away consistently by the level of attention, kindness and compassion that the owners gave towards individuals searching for employment. BP offers FREE services to individuals who apply for and qualify for the jobs that are available (who says nothing in life is free?). You wont find a more welcoming, respectful or kind reception - they have one on one time with you, and do not treat you as anything less than what you are. Very impressed with this agency!

My experience with Brelsford was outstanding! Both Driedra and Gates are extremely attentive. Someone close to me recommended this agency and I can see why. My process take longer than expected but I was looking for a more specific job and in the end they helped me into a job where I couldnt be happier.

The matchmaker of employment.Brelsford Personnel have been such an amazing group to deal with. They didnt just help me find employment, but made sure I felt comfortable with the company I was preparing to interview for. Driedra called me directly and made sure to answer any questions I may have before my interview and called me afterwards to follow-up.Ive been in the position they placed me for two months now and the staff have checked on me (making sure I still feel the workplace is a good fit, that I am enjoying it, etc) two or three times. They didnt just want to find a job for me/fill an opening they had, they wanted to help secure a career and find a perfect match.If I am in need of employment in the future, I would definitely go through Brelsford again (and would recommend them to any friend/family member in search of the same).

One star by the above reviewer? Nowhere close. Five-stars all the way. The ownership even called me on a Sunday speak to me over an interview. I had my resume in on a Sunday, and a callback on Monday. Then I had the job on Wednesday. This is the very definition of efficient. I cannot say that for 95% of Tyler, TXs employers, with their ads and waiting until they have a talent pool (sometimes months) before calling someone back. Could not recommend more that 5 stars or I would.

Very unorganized, very intrusive, almost no one at the office has a clue... Will never recommend this job agency to anyone or use the service. I could go into more specifics but rather not consider this your warning for the type of service you receive.
