I started used Comet after having multiple problems with the dry Cleaning Company. and let me tell you, I will never go to ANYONE else. I have never had a problem with this cleaners. Everything comes back perfect. And the customer service is astounding. They treat you like family up there! I enjoy going in and getting greeted by their smiling faces. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

Love this place! This location is ran by very professional and outgoing employees who go above and beyond on a daily basis. During my encounters for work, Cassy, who is an outstanding manager, takes care of her guests routinely. I recently moved away, but will continue to refer anyone here. Cheers!!

I just started using this cleaners. At first I was very impressed with the way they did my collar on my work uniforms. They did them right the first 2 times. Now I cant get them to do them right. I even took a picture and showed it to them. They did monster starch and when I called them and I told her they didnt do my shirts right the lady going to try to get smart with me and tell me they did monster because she was standing there. I said maam I am talking about my collar that was my main concern thats why I took the picture. How they do it right the first 2 times and then get them wrong the last 4 or 5 times I am so done with this cleaners. Not very happy. So I will take them somewhere else. Somebody else can get my hard earned money.

4 day turnaround time on a Thursday at 9am. Really? Customer terrible. Definitely isnt Arlington! Drove way across town for some dirty clothes. This is a lesson learned about patronizing....

I have used Comet Cleaners for a few years now and never had an issue until last month. Unfortunately, they lost 3 of my nice dress shirts. They think that my shirts were put with another order and whomever picked them up did not return them. I completely empathize that mistakes happen. I appreciate the workers being in communication with me about the search..even though I had to call and remind them a few times. However, I am very unhappy that the owners are not willing to offer proper compensation. The amount I was offered is FAR below what I paid for the shirts. Perhaps they should be more transparent about their replacement/refund policy. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, however, I thought it was important to share that the owners of this business are not willing to be fully responsible for their errors. The owners never contacted me personally either. Everything was through their employees - whom do a good job. I know this kind of stuff happens everywhere, but not this kind of response. I would be cautious entrusting them with clothing.

They do great work on your clothes or other items. Fast too.

Employees are not wearing masks. They are endangering themselves and others. Request for the employee to put on a mask in the drive through was denied. This is unacceptable and against the Texas mandate.

I like the convenience of this cleaners, but try having mens jeans washed and returned with NO crease. I resorted to stapling their blue tag ( which states NO Crease) on the jeans myself- this morning all 3 pair of jeans, with blue tags attached, were returned with a crease. Someone does not care about the quality of their work. Redoing the jeans is not the answer.

The staff is very professional and I haven’t had any issues with any of my clothes being damaged or lost. I always feel welcome when I go into the store and will continue to do business here.

Originally I had my shirts starched heavy, until I grew tired of the cardboard box texture. I’ve been telling them for over a month to dry clean my shirts to get rid of this heavy starch. I’ve received my shirts back 5 or 6 times since then with the exact same stiff feeling that came w the heavy starch. Either there’s a disconnect between the cashier/cleaners or they just don’t care.

Heres the truth I have been using this cleaners and they continuously periodically dry clean my shirts and wants to charge me $5 per shirt. This is totally unacceptable time to look for a new cleaner

If I could put zero stars I would. I gave my jacket to them, 2 days later I go back and they say they’ve lost it, they can’t get my money back, cause the owner is supposedly in the hospital, they didn’t say sorry and had no regard or care. THEY SUCK
