A big shout out to Moon fencing!!!! They were SO awesome to work with!!! We purchased a home that had fence was falling down & severe overgrowth had taken the fence down.... they came and set post on Wed and last Friday in severe cold weather they came and put up fence... never stopped! The Better Business Bureau is nothing but an antiquated bribery system that attempts to leverage your public reputation for an annual fee. They post and retain false and baseless complaints that we have proven to be baseless lies. Even after proving the false nature of the complaint, they will not remove it and claim they do not own the content. That is a complete lie. Even better, they attempted to threaten us with it will be posted in the paper.This is 2020. Nobody cares about the BBB. When we were paying their annual fee, they were willing to discuss disputes and did the right thing. The second we stopped seeing the value in their service, and discontinued a membership, they decided to defy us and protect provable false complaints.Today, we noticed another complaint that is entirely false. A person claimed to have called us 26 times, of which we have no record of. We could investigate further but the BBB has no name for this complaint.Effective today, we will be pursuing BBB through whatever legal action necessary to remove our business entirely from their directory. We do not buy into the bribery and scare tactics of It WilL bE iN tHe PaPeR and demanding a fee to discuss details. We did not ask to be posted to their page and do not want to be on their page. Their phone line says they are closed during their posted operating hours, and nobody speaks with us. I have no idea how the BBB is still in business, but its time they are held responsible for the unethical method of business they operate on.They have pending lawsuits and continuous investigations on their poor business practice. (See the $200MM lawsuit by Brookstone Law). There is a reason many of the most successful and renowned Fortune 500 businesses do not pay their fees and have poor ratings on the BBB... nobody cares.

Southside Furniture is a business that stands behind what they sell. My couches were 1 1/2 years out of warranty but they took care of my problem very quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

4 Stars are for the man I talked to at BBB.CALVARY PLUMBING called me 3 times by 3 different people using 3 different #s claiming someone reported that I had a gas leak. Which I dont! They used a name who reported this bogus leak who does not even live in the neighborhood.I suspect its a way for them to sell thier un needed services or to case your home. This is highly suspicious to me. Fair warning to all. Unsolicited calls or in unrecognizable #s should be rejected.

ROSE CITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!!! They are very unprofessional and speak to homeowners very rudely. Instead of calmly discussing issues, they get very angry and even tell homeowners to shut up. They say the work at the discretion of the homeowners association board, but they dont. Very sorry they ever managed our subdivision. Not even worth one star. Their BBB rating needs to be an F.

The Country Place Apartments off Beam Road in whitehouse have fantastic employees. I had the pleasure of speaking with Marcy through the leasing process and she was beyond helpful. They have absolutely no problem with answering your questions to the fullest and make sure you are comfortable with the outcome of your new home. Nothing but kuddos for this place!

This one star is to high for the Weed Man of Whitehouse tx. They did some unauthorized work on my lawn and went I didnt pay. They then turn it over for collection. Be careful if using The Weed Man

Country yard place apartments are very nice they have a very sweet lady named marci very understandable and helpful im so excited to be apart of this resident. very spacious and liveable I give this place nothing but good talk

I am having a problem with the Super 8 Motel on 323 northside. My wife and I stayed here the night of the 17th of March. We checked in and after giving credit card to desk guy discovered his printer was not working, he could not give me receipt and said to get it in the morning. When we checked out he gave me receipt for correct amount. When we got home discovered they had billed me on both credit cards. I called and they said it was a mistake on part and would give credit on one of the cards. After 9 days and 3 calls i have not received credit. Next call to parent company Wyndom Hotels and Tyler Better Business Bureau. Also the WIFI didnt work in the morning and breakfast had no eggs or bacon.Can you please help me.

I have great experience with Better Business Bureau. BBB really helped to solve my problem.
