If you wanna go get a good haircut don’t go to Wes, came in to get a cut and it turned out being not even what I asked for. Came back to get it fixed from Eddy, and Wes had the audacity to sit and talk bad about me while I was sitting there. If you want a good haircut see Eddy.

We love this barber shop. My brother, my sons and myself have all gone here for quite a while now and have had nothing but a great experience every time. All 3 of the barbers are excellent, friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Decent haircut... super nice barbers very pleasant experience, price was a little more than I really wanted to pay. But I understand it’s in a mall and it was late on a Friday so I was glad to pay it because I really needed a haircut. I’d return if I’m in the area again and in a pinch.

The stylists know how to give you every kind of hairstyle you could want. Quick and competent service, a TV and mirror-lined walls to look at and great prices make this my main barber. Includes a blow dryer clear-off of all remaining gray hair from my head and shoulders at the end of the haircut and the offer of a hand mirror in front of a main mirror to enable you to view the entire circumference of your head to see how your hair turned out (which for me so far has always been excellent).

The barber with piercings walked in late and then proceeded to carelessly cut my hair, roughing my head up with clippers. Then he cut my neck up like a fish filet. And cut my hair and combed it to “his preference”. Mean less to say, if you are trying to get a good fade in a good environment, these fools are not the chose.

They made me wait for 1 hour. Let their friends and favors have a cut although they walked in after me. At the end, they had 2 barbers free and no one waiting but me. They walked in and out of the store, talked to the customers that were getting their hair cut, cleaned their booths and then sat down and watched TV while I just sat there looking at them for another 15 minsGot up and leftVery unprofessional

From Florida in town for work and They are amazing. Theres very detailed and professional at a high class level..There equipment is high end, Its located in the mall. That being said you get what you pay for.. Dont aspect a full haircut for less then $45...They will fix anything you dislike just be clear with your Barber.

My husband went to Texan Barbershop on 3/6/2021 for a straight razor shave. The barber did not use the straight razor as asked, and they overcharged him for the shave he did recieve. We called them as soon as he got to the car afterwards for a refund and were told that the owner was not in and to call/come back on Monday. When we got home and got a good look at the shave he still had patches of hair in several spots and the shave was generally uneven. On Monday I called back and I was told to call both the other shops to get in touch with the owner. I did so but was not able to reach him. I called once again after work to ask for a refund and was asked when I would be there to get it. I arrived as stated and was told I could not receive the refund, that there was nothing wrong with the cut but they could redo it, and was asked why I waited several days to come back. My husband does NOT want to go back to them to fix it and simply wants the refund as asked

Wes is very rude and unprofessional. I signed my name on the waiting list and he let now one but two people go in front of me and when I asked him why he said “I don’t no man”. Terrible customer service. I have been going here for over a year now and will not be going back.

Ive been going here for about a year, and Ive only had 2 guys cut my hair. The older gentleman is very professional and good at his job, does exactly what you need him to do and provides a clean cut. The prices seem a little iffy, but the cuts Ive had from here make them worth it.

Bobby is by far the best barber that we have gone to! He is very attentive and patient with my son and leaves him with a flawless haircut every single time!

Great cuts for amazing prices. I got a nice fade from a barber named Aaron. He really paid attention to detail without taking a long time. Dont get me wrong, he took his time but was obviously experienced and knew what he was doing. He listened to what I wanted and made sure it looked right before I got out of the chair. Thank you Aaron for taking the time. But most of all, Im glad Sergio, the owner has hired such a variety of skilled barbers.

Don’t let Sergio touch your head! This is $25 haircut and it doesn’t worth a penny! He also messed up around my ear as you can see in the picture.

I would shave my head before getting a haircut at this establishment, more than likely better off. Somehow they managed to skip every third hair on my head and took an entire hour. Do yourself a favor and give some scissors to your kid; better hair cut for free

Best cut in towns, Bobby, Wes,and the main dude Sergio have done my hair and beard, always very professional and they do a good job! They have a few perks like warm shaving cream on the back neck 😯, plus the straight shave is awesome! (Good place for beard trims).

Went into the mall today to get kids school stuff and hair cuts. These guys are amazing! Real old fashioned barber with a modern touch and good prices for the service. I will definitely go back to get my mop chopped up. I highly recommend these guys!

Love the modern and vintage style of the barber shop can wait to take my kids again for haircut they are next to jcpeenys. Plus you not allowed to seat in there barber chairs unless you are getting a haircut for safety reason which I understand. But they do have waiting area in the barber shop. All my kids haircuts were perfect and clean. This barber shop is old school. My dad has been here also he loves

They did such a bad job on so many people they day before that there was a line of people waiting to get their hair fixed. They guy changed the price of my husbands service after he did the cut which is illegal, and he wouldnt let me sit in a chair because they are 100 years old- despite 8 chairs being available and excuse me but, they were the same chairs they do the cuts in. Obviously they did a chop-job and we will not be returning.

Best barber shop I n Tyler I will be coming here for now on. I was reading the reviews before I decided to get my haircut. In other words I learned reading reviews don’t really represent the business especially the negative reviews. I learn that you should just go in and try out. Best decision I ever made. Barbers are human and you make mistakes and sometimes there is waiting list big deal Be patient I seen customers throwing the pin at the barber and using bad language because there a waiting list. What showing your kids to be rude to other people when you don’t get what you want. I be coming to Texans barber for now on they were very Professional and the barber was clean even there restroom. I like there barber shop decor is something different very clean old school especially the barber chairs. Check them out there next to jc penny’s in the mall

I love how this guy cut my son and husband hair! I was not happy how the other older man did my sons hair, it seem like had a backache, he gave my son like a rockstar look and he still had hair on his neck, i just wasnt happy with that. I felt bad to tell him i wasnt happy with it!

Apparently take a quarter inch off the top translates to take it All off but a quarter inch. Horrible haircut. Not sure if this is the normal, but I wont be going back.

Either didn’t listen to me or didn’t know how to cut my toddlers hair. Scalped him and ask me to come back in a few weeks to fix it... go somewhere else to get hour kids haircuts, unless you need a buzz.

My husband went in to get his hair fixed cause the guy told him he could if I did not like it and he told him that he is not fixing his hair nor is going to cut my sons hair because I said no to a “military hair cut” that he suggested to my husband and said I was being “rude”??? Cause i said “no” to a hair cut that he said.. and refused to fix his hair and to cut my sons. So I walked out.Thats the owners loss.
