Has a very relaxed atmosphere from when you enter the building. The wait was a bit long, but I suppose thats to be expected with 3 people working. The attitudes were a bit stuck-up for my personal taste. However, they did a great job on my wifes haircut. Will be going back, but will keep conversation at a minimum.

Poor customer service… we have used there service before many times, since 2017, but this Ms.Lateria. She was so rude to my boy and me, she doesn’t know how to take care of customer. She gave the service as if she was giving it for free.. I didn’t said a word to her if we behave like her then there is not difference between her and me..! Never go to her please.. customer before us who she was giving the hair cut she was so over sweet to them. Probably big tip !!! I felt that i have been treated stereotyped…

Generally I have a much better experience than this last time. I just spent a while having grown my hair a little bit longer than I normally do because I wanted to style it. I told him to just trim it, and she ended up cutting it short saying that shes been doing hair for about seven years and has a feel for what looks best for people. So needless to say very disappointed with how they did not listen to what the customer wanted. Granted while the hairstyle still look good, its not what I wanted!

My son has always used the same barber but she is off for medical reasons and he has picture day in a couple of days. I choose this location because of the other reviews. I was scared to try something new but it was fast, cheap, and she did a great job!! After leaving, I realized that I didn’t ask for her name. My son said that he thinks it is Amanda.

Find a favorite, then call ahead to get on the list. Works out great. My get bad trim here or there but hey, its supercuts! Just tell Phyllis and she will take care of ya

I went to get my undercut fixed the first time it was great I loved it but the second time I got a recut the lady made my lines too close together and then my other set of lines too far apart plus she messed up my already shaped cut on the left side. If I do go back I will definitely go when the girl that first did my hair is working.

Ive been going to Supercuts since before they had a salon in Tyler. I would get my hair cut in Mesquite, I think, when I had to go to Dallas for anything. I dont know their secrets, but they get my hair to behave. Its all in the cut. The Broadway location is next to the Walmart parking lot. I didnt see it from the road, but its right behind Cheddars.
