Walked and I seen Jeremy sitting down on the phone. I specifically asked for edge up and don’t touch anything. He was too busy on his phone trying to set up his Bluetooth. When he started cutting I told him only a edge up but somehow pushed me back and still messed up. I go to this shop a lot it’s a good shop just don’t go to Jeremy he doesn’t listen well. Stick to everyone else except Jeremy also don’t get in his chair if you don’t have cash app.

I tried a new cut and the barber nailed it. Affordable and clean atmosphere.

Eric got me in and even worked with me on the time. It was my first time there and got a fresh cut. Will go back.

Just feel like I wouldnt work on there

Take my 15 y/o son to Larry every time. He’s always respectful, knows my son by his name and helps my son feel like he’s important. Never had an issue with his cuts and always does a great job. Won’t go anywhere else.

Well we walked in around 10:30am. Saw we had about 3/4 people ahead of us. I was fine with that as I know it was later in the day on a Saturday. It was getting close to our turn. I asked the guy how many people where ahead and he said 2. Once he was done with the 2 people he walked up to me and said well my appointments are coming in now I won’t be able to cut your son’s hair. I wish he would have had more professionalism. After waiting for 1 1/2 for nothing. Very upset. Tried to give them a 2nd chance. Won’t be back.

The atmosphere was friendly and the price of the haircut was decent, just $15

Love One Stop Barber Shop. It was the first barbershop I went to since moving to Texas and they have not disappointed. My Barber Jeremy is quick and thoroughHe gets me and sons in-and-out timely!

Went yesterday to get bald fade. I told the barber high and tight meaning skin close shave and I told him to use a shavor. He said he didnt have one but the barber next to him did. Fading couldve been better and my edge up was crooked. At the end I give him a 20 and wait for my change which wouldve been 2 dollars. He kept the change and just said see you next time and come again. Im never going to this shop again!

I scheduled an 1130 appointment with Larry 24 hours in advance. He confirmed and told me to walk up to him to let him know I was there for my appointment being that he is the only barber with a long beard. I arrived to the shop on time, and approached Larry confirming I was here and he looks at his phone actIng confused and dumbfounded due to him not adding me to his schedule. I am a crisis nurse working in Tyler and only have 1 day off a week. This was extremely unprofessional and the fact that he didn’t apologize makes it worse. I wish this company the best but this was a horrific experience for me!

Been trying different places around town and this place definitely feels like a good spot. Never much waiting and the prices are fair. Went in for a fade hoping they knew what that was and definitely got my moneys worth. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is the nicest most laid back shop around. Drama free with happy vides. Me and my boys will always get our hair cut here!

Ive gone to several different barbers in Tyler since I moved here. A couple were ok, however, One stop has been the best by far. Im white with blonde hair and have several cowlicks and they were able to give me a good Fade that didnt look weird once my hair was dry ( everywhere else seems to just soak my hair with water and it looks good until I get home and its dried) Ive now gone twice, once at thier old location and now they have a new location. Its more open with several TVs and my 4 y/o son loved their big fish tank and couldnt stop showing off his haircut. Prices are also fair $18 for mens cut $15 for kids and worth every penny.

My first and last time ever going to one stop barber shop. I got there at 5 on Saturday and there were 4 heads in front of us. Every time it would be my sons turn the barbers would just pack up and leave this happened 3 times until there was just one barber left at 7pm!!! He was the only one willing to cut his hair and it was the worst haircut my son has ever had. Needless to say if u are new they will treat u bad and probably will leave when its your turn. DONT GO IF U ARE A NEW CUSTOMER U WILL GET TREATED POORLY!!!

Man couldnt stay off his phone, took an hour to do my head and beard, paid an extra $5 for straight razor and didnt get that service, and he butchered my beard. THIS PLACE CANNOT CUT BEARDS! Absolutely terrible.
