Best barber shop in tyler

The first time my boyfriend went here everything was great. The barber was detailed and listened to what he wanted and delivered a perfect execution. He returned a few months later (2-5-19) and had exactly the opposite happen. The same style he had gotten at this shop before was not performed correctly. His hair was cut unevenly and the back of it was not shaped at all. Literally one side is higher than the other side. The first time the barber made sure everything in the back was straightened up and this time he didnt. The shop was busy as opposed to the last time however, that isnt grounds to do a bad cut. Everyone is a paying customer. Sorry to have had such a bad experience because now more money will be spent fixing his hair. Nice people but horrible experience

This is a one stop shop where everyone is welcome. These young men always doing positive things for the community. Check them out if you havent. You will not be disappointed.

I have recently visited Mass Connection and am very pleased with the service. There is a strong sense of humor and great fellowship. Everyones respectful and polite. Mass is now my barber, permanently. Rashad is just as awesome. By the way, what I was most pleased with is that no one used profanity, not once! Excellent job guys!
