Nu-Vu was not that great but Bree was great to work with. We had issues getting with ordering, scheduling, and communication. I had to be scheduled 3 different times. I had to call to ask if they had my quote, call to order my glass, call to see if my glass came in. I was told my glass came in and they scheduled me. When the installers were a half hour late, I called and asked where the installers were, they couldnt answer me and told me some one would call me back. 45 minutes later I called back and talked with Bree and she said I wasnt on the schedule. She put me on the schedule for the same time the next day. She called to inform me the next morning, the day of installation, that they didnt have my glass. Why would they schedule me if they didnt have my glass? My glass came the next day and they installed the day after the glass came in. I would not talk to anyone but Bree there. Bree is the only one that I could get a true answer from and that would fix the issue instead of passing it on. When I had any issues Bree fixed it. I hope the owner or manager sees this because you should train anyone that answers the phone to have an attitude of customer service like Bree does. Bree has exceptional customer service and a great attitude.

Taking almost 2 months to get a simple bedroom window. Blamed problem on vendor. Promises promises with no follow thru. Changed story from day to day....

Called for a quote and was told they would be there in 2 days and have the quote in 3. Over a week went by and nothing so I called again. No one had come out. They scheduled just didn’t show up. A few days later a technician showed up and after a minute left. No knock nothing. Only reason I know was because my kid saw them in the window. Waited another week and no estimate so I called and the technician still didn’t have the quote. They ended up just giving me a normal range price between such amount and such amount. I found entire replacement doors for less than the bottom price. They ended up coming and replacing it. The did a great job on the work but when I went out they had left broken glass all over! The work was good quick and easy but the rest is something to be desired.

They replaced my windshield and did a great job. Need a job done right, go see Chase and set up an appointment with Bree today. Very satisfied.

My husband and I had 4 windows put in 3 years ago had them come back and do 8 more. In April they are awesome and very clean and leave no mess behind I would say you CANT. Absolutely fantastic service dealing with these men women at this company. They always answer the phone during business hours and are quick to get to the point. They even give me a timeframe of when they should show up and if they work through the day pretty fast they show up earlier which is always great for me. I know not everybody wants them to show up earlier but when it’s convenient it’s amazing. Even when coming out to make measurements they were quick and on the point. Would always recommend them!!

About four years ago we had Nuvu replace most of the windows our home we purchased. When cleaning the windows I noticed they bowed a lot. A service man came to fix one of them. He said that was normal due to the size of the window. I clean at a school where there are much larger windows. The windows do not move when I clean them. I am not sure what he did, but I have the same problem. Plus there is a hand print between the panes. Now the caulking is cracking and separating from the windows. So disappointed!!

NU-VU was amazing from start to finish, very professional staff....Dorothy runs a very tight ship. Burke was fantastic in his knowledge and the install engineering for this project. The installers were very professional and clean, we will be working with these professionals again soon. Their pricing was very reasonable.

Well just had NU-VU glass install 12 windows in our home, couldnt be happier. Old windows came out and new windows went in like clock work. Both techs, were completely trustworthy and professional. Ronnie and Anthony did a superb job, with an eye for detail and workmanship. Hope to have them out to replace the rest of the windows on the near future. Best of all the wife is happy with all their work.

These guys are great. Got the windows I needed replaced. They had to rebuild one window sill as our home is older and they took the time to make sure everything was done well and it looked like they hadnt even been there when they left.

We have had 2 appointments for glass replacement with this company and they did not show up for either one. When I contacted then about the missed appointments, the secretary was extremely rude and made no apilogies for the missed appointments.

David and his coworker came to my house to replace a small pane. David noticed my front door knob was broken and fixed it while his coworker replaced the pane! These young men were gentlemen and went above and beyond the job I requested! They also fixed one of my Andersen windows at no charge. I have used them in the past and will always see them first in the future.

Dropped my car off at 830a for a new windshield. I was told 2 hours to install the new windshield, start to finish. They called after 3 and said the new window was cracked. New windshield was to arrive at 2p. Called me at 330 to notify me the car was done, no apology. Picked up the car. Debris all over the inside of the car from the process. That was pretty shocking. The top corners of the windshield stick out, not sure if thats correct. I also believe my odometer may have gone up by a couple hundred miles, but Im not totally sure.

They will give you several different quotes for the same house depending on when you ask for them, and their employees bad mouth their customers on social media. There are absolutely more professional businesses than this.

Never got back to me about the window I was wanting to get replaced in a timely manner and never said anything when they came to give me a bid about it taking 6 to 8 weeks to get here.

I purchased windows for my house 5 years ago. Since the instalation of the windows all the caulking has cracked and leaks a lot of air and moisture. My windows have a lifetime warranty and after contacting nuvu about my problem they told me it is under the lifetime warranty but I would still have to pay a $45 service call to get it repaired. What kind of lifetime warranty makes you pay for fixing a problem they caused in the first place. Not to mention they are already 2 hrs late for my appointment to fix the caulking. My review should be 0. Dont use nu-vu for your window needs I am sure you could find a better company that actually stands by their work.

I had Nu Vu come to my home to measure for a glass shower door and window back at the end of Nov 2016. They said that both the shower door and window were going to have to be cut a little bit different since the walls werent 100% square. After measuring they were told to place the order. I was told that they were super busy and that they wouldnt be able to get this installed until the 2nd or 3rd week in Jan 2017. I called the 2nd week of Jan wanting an update and I was told that they were waiting on me to place the order. The order was then placed and the glass came 2 weeks later. The Door was cut to fit but the window was perfectly square and didnt fit. Once again had to wait another 2 weeks. They were allowed into the house unsupervised and got a call that they broke my new tile. I also found a broken piece of glass but the window wasnt left. I notified the manager and they paid to fix the tile and I mentioned the piece of glass I found. I was informed that my glass was fine and not damaged. I had my contractor fix the tile and then I notified NuVu so they could come install the glass. Turns out they ordered the glass for a 3rd time, I asked why and they told me because they wanted it to fit better. (Probably was broken and they lied to me) The appointment was scheduled for a Friday in the morning so I took work off to make sure I was there and no body showed so I called and was informed that the glass hadnt come in yet and that the appointment will now be Tuesday morning at 8:30. Once again I took more time off work and was waiting for them when I received a call from my contractor who said NuVu called him and they doubled booked the appointment and wouldnt be at the house until 9:30. I also want to mention that I specifically asked the manager for a certain person to be onsite and I also asked for a specific person to NOT be onsite and that I never wanted him on my property again because the multiple screw-ups were his fault. Guess who showed up at my house? You guessed it, the guy I said I didnt want on my property. You can probably guess that I will never EVER do business with NuVu ever again. 3 Month job and I wasnt compensated a thing but the tile repair.

Nu Vu came highly recomended to me to replace two windows in my home via insurance replacement, I only wish the service I received went as quickly and easily as getting it approved through my insurance. The first appointment that was made to look at my glass, the person was late by over 45min, the second person who showed up to measure was also late by 1hr, when the glass was to be installed the wrong glass and i had to call when no one showed up. I certainly understand mistakes are made in any business, but as a business man myself, my time is equally as valuable as the next guy. So I waited for the second appointment for installation to be made, going through a holiday and again understanding the delay, I finally received a call several days in advance to install my windows. Again I have to cancel my day because I was informed I needed be home for the install, 30min past the appt time, I again had to call them, because no one ever bothered to call and say what the problem was, but again no install. So I have had to make 4 appt with this company and change my day each time, never one call as too why they were late or couldnt install, but when speaking with the secretary she said the manager was supposed to have called me and didnt, I asked for him to but when he did, he played a cat and mouse game as if he knew nothing of the issues, when I had been clearly already told he did! He didnt seem to care about me going to another company for service, which is unfortunate because, I am in constant need of glass in the business Im in, and this was my first and last experience with nu vu. I do not recomend them in Twin Falls idaho.

I went in one day looking for a window, talked to a guy and set up an appoitment for a technician to come to my house the next day. Nobody showed up the next day so I thought they had scheduled it for the week after that. Nobody showed up either was upset and dissapointed with them. Ended up going to fast glass they set up an appoitment the next day for me the technician showed up priced my window out, and now just waiting for my window to arrive for installation.

Good customer service. Good family owned company.

Week and a half ago I scheduled to have my windshield replaced today, Friday the 3rd of November 2017 at Nu-Vu Glass on Eastland in Twin Falls. Show up for my appointment lady tells me its going to be 2 hours. 1 hour and 15 minutes after taking my car she comes out and tells me that my glass didnt come in. And then she asked me if Id like to reschedule. Of course I told her no. and notified my insurance company that it would be a good idea to no longer deal with them.
