Most unprofessional customer service when I called for a price quote.

Had great service with them last year. And now whenever you try to call to make an appointment you just keep getting told that theyll call you back to make an appointment. And they never call back. And its just a Neverending loop.

Answered immediately. I had called 3 other places, got voicemail, left message, never got a reply. Cooks was right on top of things and I was able to get an appointment within 4 days. Thank you Cooks!

They have been very rude since the very first time they arrived at my house they never informed me of correct information or instructions. I have been getting nothing but rude snarky remarks from what I assume is the manager/owner and I would not recommend this to anyone I would highly recommend going to a much higher rating business that charges less and does a much better more professional job and handles their customer service much better.

We called their office. They responded immediately. Robin was very professional and kind to my 93 year old mother. She said we would see a night and day difference. It took a couple of days but she was right. It has been several weeks and we have not seen any mice. I would definitely recommend them.

Called and the gentleman hung up on me and said he was with another customer. Hopefully you don’t treat your current customers like this I have no idea how you get new business

They get rid of pests, explain how, and do it safely. They are very kind. Would call them for pests in a heartbeat, if they werent so far away.

We had them take care or a HUGE mouse problem two years ago, and it lasted up to about 2 weeks ago!! I never thought it would last that long, Robin is amazing! She explains about extra precautions to take with bait she places in certain places because we have kids and a dog. I never think of calling anyone but these guys and tell everyone I know to call them it they need it. Update: We have had them do maintenance and I have still not seen one mouse! This is my company for life!

They came out to spray for wasps last year and we never saw another one after that. We will be having them come out again this year, the price was reasonable as well.

I had went into labor and informed them, they called saying they would be there between 4 and 5 I said okay. I was heading home, missed their call due to me driving at 4:05 I called them back at 4:10 letting them know I would be home in 5 minutes. They had already left and told me they wouldntnjnow when they could come back out, they just called me and Tiffany argued with me that my times were wrong and talked over me. Very unprofessional, rude and unreliable.

Terrible customer service. We called twice to have them come over and they didnt show up either day they said they would. Its now been two weeks and still no word.

Every year I call them when I need a spider barrier they answer show up 2 days later and spray piece of cake. I don’t see spiders the rest of the year and I don’t have to be home when they spray. Plus there a local business not corporate owned even better.

If I could give less stars I would there customer service is absolutely horrible. They yelled at me. Yeah because thats how you get more customers yell at the ones you have. Dont go through them I guarantee you wont like it.

He is not very courteous and he is pushy. We had to cancel our appointment because it is hard to get a house ready to spray for pests. I called the day before and because he did not listen to his voicemail I was in turn charges a service fee even though no service was done. He then went over our heads and called the landlord and got a key to get into the house and gave us 24 hours notice to get ready for him. We are very busy work and have a big family he was not understanding of any of it. I feel that he wanted his money so he pushed to get it done immediately. When we own a home if we ever need pest control we will not ever call his place of business. I would not suggest calling him or ever having anything come up because he will not work with you at all.
