I got my daughters passports renewed here. A very easy process and the USPS employee was so helpful/friendly. Just remember to go in the door around to the left (not the normal entrance). You can pay the acceptance fee of $35 using a credit card whereas the normal passport charge has to be with a debit card. We were in and out in 18 minutes even though our applications were a bit more complex. Thanks again USPS in Twin Falls!

They say they have tried to deliver a letter for 3 weeks? Wow that’s amazing you’ve never once knocked on my door do get a signature!!! Only to go in to the office and be disrespected by employees that clearly don’t care about there jobs. Postmaster has the personality of a nail…. And they wonder why people are using other services!!! 🤔

I signed up for the online post office postal service updates and the post office sends pictures of my mail to my email showing whats supposed to get sent to my address. Ive been keeping tabs and on the look out of my mail and I got a picture showing that I was supposed to get the child tax credit check on friday the 17th of this month and I still havent received it yet. I have a screen shot that I took off my cell phone of the child tax credit check that I havent received yet with this being said its still in the hands of the mail carrier or in the process of it being lost. I need it for my baby boys since they are entitled to it if I dont get the child tax credit check for my sons Im reporting.

For the 2nd time in 6 months I enter a tracking number and the USPS says my package was delivered to my neighborhood mailbox. I open my box, no package and no key to the big mailboxVery angry with the incompetence of our mail carrier.

The automated phone system is an absolute joke, their service hours are terrible for anyone who works for a living, and I am extremely tired of getting mail for people who don’t live at my house, when a different address is clearly printed on the mail I’m receiving, and the genius postman I have will not take someone else’s mail back. Careful USPS your government side is showing.

Wonderful service, Josh Netz was wonderful at explaining my delivery options. He also informed me I could renew my passport without having to go through post office. I am extremely impressed with his customer service. USPS is lucky to have someone like him working for them.

Alot of problems the post office said they would call me if I had any mail because the carrier quit Never got any calls as a result I lost my health insurance because the Medicare couldnt verify my address

Always great service. You have to be really careful in the parking lot when its busy, a lot of people dont pay close attention. The staff is always great!

I am super disappointed in my post office. We are a lending business and we have been waiting on sensitive documents for over 3 weeks and all they could tell me was I should receive them in a few more weeks. I just had a gentleman walk in that had over 19 envelopes put into his P.O. Box. All the envelopes clearly had our business address in Twin.At this time I am super worried that I cannot trust our local post office to read what they are handling? My goal is going in showing them the proof and hoping to find what mail carrier was actually responsible for this 1 week ago and at least a write up. Very unacceptable !!!

Any time the postman put it in the mail and stuff wrong mail box couple times i lose my stuff two days ago i ordered phone cases and post man put in the wrong mail box i got the gmail from seller my items already delivered at mail box when I go check the mail box is empty

The prepaid postage machine doesnt accept cash, they have tons of priority mail and express mail boxes but no normal regular envelopes. dont waste your time here after hours
