I bought a used riding mower last year from them. Told it had been serviced, would work like a new one etc. Just weeks after buying it, it became hard to push the handle up to start the blade. Then it finally stopped Turing the blade on at all. Mind you at this point it had only been 1-2 months since buying it. I had them come get it take it in and fix it. They didn’t care I just bought it and charged me full price to fix it. And now 1 month into the season it is doing it again. Trying to support local business. But. Wasted a lot of money! Should have bought a brand new one from a chain store.

I had been all over Twintucky looking for a Zero-Turn Mower. When I got to Clearwater, Jason came right out and helped me understand features and benefits and I decided on a CubCadet ZT2 50 Series for my yard. When it came in, they gave me a comprehensive instruction course on how they work - I had never driven or owned one before. When I got home, it took a couple of minutes to figure it out...but my 3.5hr lawn mowing went down to just under 1 hour to mow 2 acres. I cant thank Jason and Clearwater enough for pointing me in the right direction.

They come well recommended. Ive taken two things to them and so far they havent fixed either. Ended up in the junk pile. Beginning to wonder if they can fix anything. They are very slow, especially with things you need quickly. Its obvious they know what they are doing but so far I havent got anything Ive taken in there fixed. My stuff is old and my stuff is important to me. Staff is very nice, professional.

Tired to return an item that had a 30 day warranty . They stated we had to pay for a new one and wait three weeks for a refund. And then made rude remarks stating we had hit it something any way and it was out fault. Never even asking what had happened. The sales clerk would not stop make remarks about how rude. I didnt know asking question about policy was rude. We just did not agree. The clerk continued making comments even after we tried to leave and walk way. It was extremely uncomfortable. She was making comments even as we left the store We will never go back the owner will not back the product and staff rude.

Slow and full of BS. Dropped off a honda generator for carb work over a month ago said it would be a week or two came in at the three week mark they are giving me a line on back ordered parts ( Amazon and eBay have the part in stock) they promised that it would be ready Monday afternoon now it is Wednesday after noon and still no generator! They SUCK! Dont tell me lies.
