I have been an active black cardember for the past 6 months and Everytime I have gone in they have allowed me to go in with both of my daughters, tonight I went in and Shay says I cannot do that, when I explained that I have been allowed to do that she she again told me no, then she goes and MOCKS me to the other employee for letting her know I have been an active member for 6 months and have always brought both my girls making fun of me with her hand gestures as well. She doesnt wait for me to leave it anything, she does it right their in front of me and my children. That was not very professional of her, and pretty rude considering I was not even rude in return. I have always been satisfied with PF but today being mocked and made fun of by one of their employees was not appropriate and disrespectful. People like that is what causes poor reviews for good companies.

Don’t get a membership here unless you plan on having it for years. I’ve had to call numerous times because I kept being charged after I cancelled my membership in April. It is now almost September. I had to explain myself multiple times in June and was told that it would get passed down to the manager, but when I called again a few days later, the manager had no idea what I was talking about, so clearly the information was never passed down. I explained the situation to the general manager and she said she would refund me the money and take care of it, and now two months later, I noticed that I was charged again for two months when the manager claimed that she would fix the problem. I called again today to speak to the manager and was told that I have to wait ten days to speak to her because she’s away. Why didn’t she do her job the first time around so that I wouldn’t have to call again for the millionth time? How much time do I need to waste because people don’t know how to do their jobs? Why do I keep getting charged every month when I cancelled my membership in person on April 9th? This is absolutely ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. I wish I never got a membership here.

I have only had the membership for a month but they have a great gym with everything I needed, and the app is nice to see how busy the gym is before you actually go over there (I don’t like going when it’s packed so it’s easy to check before I drive over). My only issues have been with the front desk employees. They don’t seem to have a lot of information, but the management has been very helpful!

Its a good gym. Nice to massage after. They have plenty of equipment. Good place to workout. Only bad point is at night the staff seams to dissappear which is irritating.

I work in Law Enforcement and getting in a gym routine can be tough while transitioning between days and nights. I wasn’t a fan of the limited weights that Planet offered however I could look past that due to their 24 hours of operation. I could get off at 6 pm and have time to eat and then lift late and while on night shift I could kill time by working out at 11 pm. Their new hours have killed this. Closing at 7 on Saturday’s and Sunday’s makes it impossible for me exercise on the weekends unless I have the day off. I was so thankful that Twin finally had a 24 hour gym again but I guess now it’s back to Gold’s.

Just started my membership with planet fitness and I already love it! This is a very easy to navigate gym with clearly labeled sections for different workouts. I love how all of the machines have diagrams on how to use them; it makes this place very welcoming. I was really scared to start a gym membership because I’m intimidated by new unfamiliar equipment but planet fitness does a great job of eliminating that anxiety with their posted written instructions.

I have been a member since they opened last over a year ago. I love how clean the gym is. The variety of equipment and great staff.

They will continue to charge your account fraudulently long after you have cancelled. You will need to hire an attorney to get your membership cancelled.

Theres pleanty of things to try out and do while still being able to social distance and stay sanitary. The equipment is labeled making the gym easy to navigate. All in all planet fitness is a great gym!

The GM Livi far surpassed my expectations in handling an issue when I first joined back in October 2020. She was super friendly and made me feel that she truly cared about the mistake that was made by a new employee in regards to me joining the gym. I travel a lot so the black membership is perfect. Everyone at this location is friendly and professional. 👍🏼

Im not sure if theyll see this, but I chose Planet Fitness because it was open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If I knew they were going to change the hours, I would never go there.

Love the staff at Twin Falls, they are friendly and helpful. The locker rooms and building are clean and inviting.

I travel for a living and have seen different planet fitnesses all over the country and this is one of the dirtiest I have ever seen. Bathrooms, equipment, and floors are all bad.

This facility allowed someone who was not a member in who happened to find my unlocked locker. The guy stole my keys, found entrance to my vehicle and stole a loaded gun from inside. Management would not communicate with me as they were fearful I would find out they let people in without checking them. When I was promised communication I got none but to say “sorry you didn’t lock your belongings.” The gun was used in a crime and the thief was a wanted criminal in multiple states. If you chose to use this facility do not expect help if something is stolen. Use a lock. Do not trust their security.

If I am being really honest I go for the tanning bed and massage bed. But was feeling energetic so lifted a little today. I am not huge fan of corporations, however, the staff in here are really nice and the equipment is always clean.

Not open (apparently open NOW and probably operating at 5-star levels. My review was from the parking lot where i took the picture.) Would like to see more pictures. The Google still showing Hancock store.

It’s a great environment, they have very reasonable prices, friendly staff who are working hard to keep the place clean, plus the tanning beds and massage chairs are amazing! Started my membership a few weeks ago and love it. The black card membership is so worth it! I work out for forty-five minutes and then head for the hydro-bed and massage chair. I feel great when I leave! The facility and perks alone make it a four star experience! ❤

This place charged me 3 times for one month, this happened to my boyfriend as well. They aren’t very helpful either.

Chance signed me, my whole family and 4 of my coworkers up for a membership and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even let us use the spa chairs and took the time to explain them and the rest of the gym to us. He was very friendly as were other members that were there. Chance and his coworkers are very customer friendly and the gym and spa are very nice.

Lots of equipment variety, always clean, doesnt have a sweat smell which is always nice, friendly employees, the works! This is my favorite gym in town and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Especially for the basic membership at just $10 a month - what a small investment for such a great return!

First day at the gym and it went great plenty of room to move around plenty of machines to use. Staff was very helpful. Only a few things on the con list I wish that there was towels to use because Im sweating all over the gym. Also I wish there was a place to sit down outside while Im waiting for my ride. Justin benches would be nice but bolted down to the concrete. If its your first day coming in dont drink pre-workout before you sign up because its kind of a slow process getting signed in.

I have been going to Planet Fitness in Twin Falls since the first day they opened, and it has been a great experience! The staff in the morning is really friendly, and is willing to help anyone who comes in and answer any questions! I have also been to planet fitness in the evening time as well, and the evening staff is great as well when they are super busy they still answer any questions for customers!Also, the spa has been awesome they have had a few machines break down and they are still super accommodating to members! I’m glad that Planet Fitness is finally in twin falls!

Clean and well lit. Tons of equipment of all types. A few machines were down in the 30 minute work out area. Hope they stay current on getting them fixed in a timely manner. Love the massage options.

This is not my home location . It has features that my home gym does not have .The young lady at the counter needs to realize that many locations may not have the self serve kiosk and a bit of patience and instruction can go a long way

These people are worst then politicians. They are so corrupt. How can you run a business with telling nothing but lies. I will never recommend these people to anyone unless u want to lose money and they will beat around the bush and never give a straight answer.

Management needs training in professionalism, management skills, and manners. It was made very clear if you have children, you definitely “don’t belong.” The slogan is false; don’t be deceived. What a disappointing experience. I was really enjoying my workouts until I had to encounter the staff! Just plain rude. Membership cancelled! But don’t worry, management will state they now have 7000 members so they’ve decided now to start enforcing “policies,” and they could clearly careless if you cancel your membership. And don’t expect any apologies for their behavior or wrong doing.

I went in today for tanning. girl checked me in and i went in the room. tanning bed was not working. I had get dressed and come out twice! Girl rudely said it should be on, than a guy said hold on i will be back and never came back. Finally third person came up and said she didnt see my name in the system. I was on lunch and had to leave. Very rude and unprofessional!!! i will be closing my membership

I really do feel comfortable coming to work out. Even during the busy time it isnt hard to find something to work on. Could use more organization and helpfulness with the staff however.

Love how comfortable I feel going here. Sucks they just dont offer towels like other gyms do. Always walking out drenched in sweat. BUT THATS OK!

Overall, the gym setup and equipment is great. Unfortunately the staff is greatly lacking the most basic customer service skills. Youre lucky if you receive a greeting or help without annoyed reluctance. They turn on a ridiculous alarm if you make too much noise-as in my case, where I accidentally dropped a weight and looked up to find the staff laughing and the alarm blaring. Its really too bad that the staff at a gym would discourage you from visiting, but I wont be back.

Ive tried out every gym in twin over the past 8 years and honestly need to say planet fitness and the CSI rec center are the must, if your looking for a great price and also great amenities and gym equipment

The gym is great! Price is quite reasonable. However the manager Livi and some of the staff (day shift) who are very young, need more education on customer service.I will say Amanda and Lorraine are awesome and very friendly. They always answer my questions.

Message to all franchises- STOP BUYING THE BULL—— Matrix machines and go back to Life Fitness! Someone is gonna break their back on that ergonomic nightmare of an obliques machine, and, waiver or not, that is blood on your hands.

Even though you only sign up for a $10 monthly membership, 2 months into paying the monthly membership you get charged $40 that is an annual fee that supposedly everyone pays? If I signed up for a monthly membership WHY am I getting charged any annual fees? Gives me bad and scammy vibes.

This place has horrendous customer service. The women who answers the phone has the worst manners of anyone I have ever encountered in a customer relations position. In fact, she was so rude to me that I decided to ask for her name to report her to her manager, and when I asked she immediately hung up on me. It is also incredibly hard to cancel your membership. She said I had to go in (during COVID-19) or email her manager. I will never buy a membership here ever again.

Chance was terribly awful at customer service. I used to work for planet fitness and it is appalling that after waiting so long they finally have a location here within driving distance but they legitimately dont want to sign people up for a membership. So yes, maybe have customer service? Just an idea. I am so grateful my PF Was based on exceptional customer service. I wouldnt ever treat a Customer that way.

The best gym by far in twin falls

Good morning I was just at planet fitness this morning and I took my wife for the 1st time and she wanted to learn how to work the equipment so I told her to go get one of the employs. She went and got them and 2 of them had no idea how to operate the treadmill that goes for the TV and the machine. It ended up the guy next to the machine helped my wife.us do it. I think its very disgusting that planet fitness employees dont know how to all break their own equipment. So I hope in future they learn so they can help the patrons to go in there to work out. Also while Im on their free advertisement of fitness training is a hoax if you want training youd literally have to pay for it otherwise you have to do their programs which is fine but they need to restructure their advertising on TV because it is false have or teizing in my mind

Plenty of workout equipment and no one breathing down your neck. Workout at your own pace. Love it.

I think there going to have serious problems at nights if they dont get someone that has adult supervision running the show. Tried the get in the massages chairs after working out and there are a bunch of kids in there taking it over when it appears there not supposed to be in there. Tell the staff and they do nothing. That was my appointment time. Love the faculty but your going to lose your paying customers if you dont get someone in there that can regulate the kids doing what they want. I literally saw 10 kids standing around the hydro massages just talking loudly. One more thing I have left 8 messages to there manager about resetting my tanning option and nothing has been done! They tell me she comes in at 8 or 9am but working the night shift I go to bed in the morning. Please resolve this so I can up my review to a 5 star because I really do like the faculty set up thanks.

Ive been going since they opened and I really like the environment and the variety of equipment. One thing that I have not been impressed with is the spa. I signed up and waited for a hydro massage bed. Went in, sat down and it turned on. 3 seconds later an error came up on the screen and it stopped. The full body enhancement booths are always full and I even tried to book it in the app but it doesnt offer it. Hopefully everything gets running smoother soon.

Some employees or one for sure less then friendly...Wii leave at that because there management.....I talked to the district manager twice about it in fact I believed they were laughing about my complant.. I asked for the owners phone number so I could tell him because my complaint feel on deaf ears .. District manager told me they is no local owner. To this day this management personnel is disrespectful. They are other employees who work there that should have this position. They know the importance of customers and are very respectful..

I love this gym its amazing so many workout stations and machines its awesome and the tanning beds included and message chairs and more for a great price and no contract .. its definitely a gym I plan on staying with..

The facility is wonderful. Clean, a ton of equipment and the perks of having a black card are awesome. However, customer service is awful!!! They don’t stick to the schedule. The change appts that you set if they are running behind. The staff has little to none communication skills when it comes to the public! I have been ignored while the staff stands around gossiping with one another. They need to train their staff like chick-Fil-a!!!! I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere!!

I love planet fitness in pocatello idaho I recently moved to twin falls idaho. I really like the twin falls pf with the new machinery and energy drink cooler. It is sometimes crowded at night. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the showers. I workout and then get s shower afterwards. The showers do not have pressure and the last few times have been luke warm. I understand it gets busy but when the showers are dry meaning they havent been used, it should be better than luke warm. The showers are clean though.Mark Tiede customer service is good. Thank you
