So we had a good experience with Guild Mortgage.But after home completion and everything,we get a annual housing market net worth from the lady we worked with(Nora).Claimed our house value went down 2%.So I asked her about it and she backed up that bogus claim.When everyone else I asked said that was stupid,when all housing around here is going up.We will never use Guild Mortgage again!!We like to work with honest people.Not ones who like to make stupid bogus claims.

Extremely poor customer service and communication. I Started working with Guild on April 26th. I submitted the requested documents to them and never received a reply. I called two weeks later and was informed the file is on the desk It is now almost two months later and I have yet to hear from anyone from Guild Mortgage company.

I would definitely look into other options. We were accidentally sent an internal email. It was extremely demeaning and proves exactly how much Guild does not value their customers. I was appalled that someone would speak about their customer in such a manner even if it was supposed to be behind closed doors.

If your looking for a mortgage company that cares about their clients, stay away from Guild.
