I have always taken my business to this location and have always had a great experience with the repair itself. Last week, my laptop decided to go out on me and I gave them a call to see if they could help. The girl on the phone said they would be able to get me in at 4:30 and my husband left work early so we could make it to the appointment on time. When he arrived they told him the repair itself could take a couple of weeks but they didn’t have time to do a diagnostic to come back tomorrow. I called them and asked what the point of the appointment was if they turned him away. I called the following day and asked if I could drop it off during my lunch since they didn’t honor our appointment time and I was told yes. I was also told that the diagnosis would take a couple of hours and that I would get a call back. Fast forward to 7 hours later I called to see if they had an answer because they never called me back. The representative on the phone told me they would take a couple of days to tell me what was wrong. I was already annoyed that they failed to honor my appointment, told me it would take a couple of hours, and now I’m being told days! I went ahead and left the laptop there and called back 4 days later to check on it. I was told by another representative that they would take WEEKS before they could even look at it. The representatives were all very polite but their communication was lacking. If I was honored my appointment and was told it would take them a couple of weeks to even look at it, I would totally understand but they didn’t communicate that to me at all. Every time I called them their story kept changing and it was very frustrating. Communication with your customers and being upfront from the start would’ve been great!

Asurion having their own website is great for claims, but having a UBreakIFix in town is wonderful and convenient. I was informed there would be a wait but it was expected during the claim process and was reiterated again by Braden when I went in. Super helpful, he made it simple and easy. As soon as I came back, he assured me it would be finished in a few minutes. As I waited those few minutes my notification to receive a text to let me know when my phone was fixed went off and not even 10 seconds later he came out and had it ready to go.

Brought my Pixel 3 in after it refused to hold a charge. Being 2,000 miles away from home without a phone, I stopped in. Braden was extremely helpful and just talking to him about the phone I knew within the first minute that he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about inside and out. Within 3 hours I had a fully operational phone again. I hope I never have to come back, but Im glad there here if I ever do.

Had a screen replaced on my s9+Not a cheap repair, but the quality of the repair seems to be good. No issues. Took longer then stated initially to get fixed, not sure why.But overall Im satisfied.

We took my daughters Google Pixel 128GB and my wifes Pixel XL in for a new battery. We were told that batteries were no longer available for the XL, but that they would order one for the Pixel 128GB. They required prepayment, which is reasonable, and we left the phone with them. Two weeks passes without a response from them. When we called they said the battery had been shipped, but they didnt have an expected time of delivery. (Dont they use tracking numbers?). We picked up the phone and another 7-10 days passed without a call from them. I called them and was told that the pre-paid Pixel 3 battery had arrived. Of course when we took the phone back to have them install the battery they discovered that, whoops, theyd ordered the wrong battery. We took both my wifes phone and my daughters phone to PhoneFixation and they ordered both batteries. Time will tell if their service is better.

Should be ZERO stars. BEWARE of this TwinFalls ID location and its store manager Giovanni. This location is a franchise establishment and its management does NOT follow the uBreakiFix corporate business ethics or guidelines. This manager that accepted my phone and agreed to fix it is dishonest with questionable business practices & ethics, is deceptive with warranty info, and is quickly defensive rather than supportive and inviting when questioned about any of the repair process. Also, the staff wears no form of identification, business cards have no names or positions within the establishment, there are no forms of technical certifications or staff photos posted or available, and the so-called manager refuses to provide upper management /ownership contact info or names (other than his own, Giovanni).During the weekend, Samsung Care+ created an appt for me at this TwinFalls location. Monday morning, I called this uBreakiFix and spoke with a very friendly female who looked up my info and found my appt and claim, and explained to me when asked about the cost to fix my cracked screen would be NO charge to me via my Samsung Care+ protection plan. So, she personally instilled a confidence in me to continue with the appt of Wed 08-04-2021 noon-3pm.All-in-all, 3pm picking-up my phone, a different gentleman reveals himself from behind a closed wall upon my entrance and greets me and offers assistance (this was a pleasing exchange). I advised picking-up my phone and he offered to check the back for my phone. Then, Giovanni appears and of course NO welcome or greeting from him but instead places my phone on the counter and begins the transaction for me to pay. I was comically dismayed by Giovannis extremely poor customer service but at same time happy to simply get my phone back to never return here. When I was about to pay for my phone repair, Giovanni deceptively and unprofessionally asked me when I would be back in the area (which I thought was a product or service sale pitch) so I questioned as to why, and Giovanni advised the machine had broken my phones back-glass and would need to be repaired. I was shocked & disgusted because why didnt he first advise me of this altercation as soon as he approached me, and of course, NOT one Sorry or acknowledgement of the inconvenience.This is when Giovannis true deceptive and criminal skills became apparent, and he was disgustingly prideful about how I no longer had any choices because Samsung could no longer help because the warranty is now void via him so-called repairing my screen, and heres the coup de grace, he explained he was doing me a favor by giving me my phone back rather than confiscating it and sending it off to Samsung (without my approval) because it didnt pass Samsungs tests. I immediately retorted asking as to why he refrained from sharing that info about my phone before requesting payment. Of course, Giovanni just criminally grinned and refused to answer any of my questions about my phone.This is when I began requesting management information, which he advised to be. So I requested store ownership info, which he pridefully refused to provide any names or contact info (other than the stores business phone and his first name only.)I had no alternative but to take my phone and from the parking lot began many attempts to locate the owner(s), which I did: Brian Meddock, Rick & Caralyn Olson, Ryan Olson, and Darren & Brandi Cook. However, all BBB contact phones or LinkedIn contact info for all of them are no longer in service.Assuming the store would have a District manager, I called a different uBreakiFix location and was greeted and provided amazing phone customer service. I explained my dilemma and the phone associate investigated my account. To his dismay, he explained my service repair visit has NO notes other than being paid and ended, meaning according to him no more service necessary. This other store store associate agreed to help connect me with the proper corporate management to resolve my phone repairs and complaints.

Dropped off Samsung Watch for diagnostic evaluation was told that they would text me within 2 to 3 days. Never heard anything from them so I went in to get my watch and they said they had left a VM which they did not. Worst customer service experience.

My IPhone 8 was not able to be repaired, but they tried everything and were very nice.

My husband took his watch in Sunday for evaluation. He was told it would take 2 days to evaluate. On Tuesday afternoon he called for the status and was told that a tech started working on it and would call him back the next day. He picked it up Wednesday afternoon and was told he was called and told it wasnt worth fixing. There was no call. This was very disappointing.

After submitting my insurance claim for a cracked screen, I was directed to their store. They did a fantastic job! The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as they answered my questions. The work was completed on time. If I ever need to repair a phone they will definitely be my first choice.

I went in for a screen that was breaking away from the backing on my laptop. The guy at the counter told me they would have to replace the entire screen and it likely wasnt worth the cost. He was probably trying to do me a favor and not gouge me on pricing. However I went home and pulled the screen free myself and found the screen was fine, it was the back cover that had broken where the hinge connects. The replacement part was $50. I appreciate the honesty but it would have been nice if they had taken a minute to better diagnose my problem.

Had an amazing experience don’t go anywhere else they will save you a lot of time and money.

The guys were super helpful and got my S20 repaired quickly for no more than my device insurance deductible. Not only that, they stuck around after closing so I could pick it up. Ive worked in customer-facing positions for 20 years, and these guys courtesy and professionalism is excellent. Highly recommend.

So I had a crack in my iPad Pro screen. No other damage and working perfectly other than the crack. I choose uBreakiFix as they were $130 cheaper to repair the screen than apple and could do it same day whereas with no apple store in Twin I would have to mail it in. They completed the repair in 5 hours and all seemed well. Everyone I dealt within the store was friendly and professional. The repair job wasnt the most professional with left over adhesive (?) left around the edge of the screen but hey I knew I wasnt paying for an Apple level quality repair. I then took it to work out of town the following day and it totally froze up and the screen was completely unresponsive. Then suddenly it worked again and I figured it was all good. Nope! Went to use it again today and once again a completely unresponsive screen. I got back into town after they were closed so will be contacting them in the morning to see how uBreakiFix will respond to my complaint. Either they will repair it and get it back into working order or if my quest to save some time and $130 I let them trash a $1000 device. I will update my review once we see how it goes with customer service!Update! Went from 2 to 5 starsThey went above and beyond to fix the issue. Made sure I was kept up to date on what was happening and the time line. They did a better job on the screen this time with no sticky residue left on the edges.

Simply put, I got scammed. I took my phone in for a screen repair and was told it would cost $400. When I picked it up, the same person told me that the receipt could not be printed there and would be emailed. When I finally saw the receipt with itemized charges, I discovered that the phone repair was actually only $300, and I was charged $70 for a screen protector and $30 for a USB cable, neither of which I asked for or wanted. Curiously, I was also there to inquire about uBreakiFix doing the repair work for my workplace’s 800 IPads, and he still went ahead with the con. That opportunity will go elsewhere. Trust is essential in our business relationships. A surprising and disappointing experience.

For the same service that uBreakiFix in Pocatello wanted less than half.I thought the price sounded super overinflated so I called Kelly at the Pocatello store who quoted me less than half. Its true its a free market they can charge whatever they want and they over inflate their prices. Buyer beware!!!!!! Save yourself some money and drive to Pocatello.

Waaaaay too expensive! I was quoted $380 plus tax to replace a One Plus 8 screen! Every other phone repair store in the area quoted me $180-220 for part, labor and tax. Might as well buy another phone for that price!

These guys are awesome! We brought our Mac Book Pro to them after an accident. They replaced parts and tried to get it going. After a lot of work they found out it would cost more for us to repair it than to buy a new one. We went in to pick it up expecting to pay something for their time and work, but no, not one penny! The deal is if they can’t fix it you don’t pay!!! I’m so grateful they were honest and tried their hardest. Later we brought our kids iPad in because we could not fix it ourselves. Very nice man working today. Somehow I managed to get my phone stuck in accessible mode. It vocally repeated every move as well as required a double tap to access each screen. But it wouldnt scroll down. So when I finally got into settings, I couldnt get scroll down to fix it. After messing with it for about an hour I stopped in here to have them take a look. Took him about 2 minutes to fix it for me. Thank you for making my day!

Biggest mistake I ever made... this company wasted 23 days of my time.. this was a simple screen replacement for a moto g5.. when I first came in, they took the numbers from the phone and ordered the part.. 7 days later text messaged me to bring in my phone.. I brought it in, only to be told, the wrong part had been ordered...they reordered the correct part and never contacted me... after 12 days, I came in. They said they emailed me,which they didnt.. they took my phone in the back, had it for 2 hours, only to say, the proximity sensor wasnt working.. as they tried to fix that problem, they broke the new screen..they ordered a new screen, 7 days later it came.. I was contacted, I dropped it off, 2 hours later it was given back to me with silicone all over it which I had to clean myself.. still the proximity sensor not working.. long story short.. Im out $90.00 I had to buy a new phone ( $250.00 ) a message to management.. dont bother to reply to this as I know youre not going to refund my money or time.. and not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.. AND SHAME ON BEST BUY FOR RECOMMENDING THEM..

Fantastic experience! I took my 4 month old computer back to Best Buy where I bought it to have it repaired (1 year old decided the computer would be a fun thing to throw on the ground). Dont take your laptop here. They had ours for about 2 months, they fixed the screen when it was cracked easy. But we had a problem with the battery holding a charge and the graphics glitching terribly. They would call and tell us what part theyre replacing and they basically replaced almost everything in the laptop but it continued having the same problems. Now we have wasted a lot of time and money for them to give up. They are refunding us all of the money, and placing all of the old parts back into it. We wasted 2 months here trying to get a solution. 2 stars because they are good with communication, refunding and admitting when theyre out of their depths. But I wouldnt waste the time.

Everyone I have been in contact with has gone the extra mile and I won’t go anywhere else for any on my phone needs. Give them a shot that have fair pricing and they are amazing to deal with.

3 weeks since I dropped my phone off and paid $248 for a screen replacement. Have been given 4 different dates on when it will be done. I call in after the dates come and go and get a new date. Today they couldnt even find my phone when calling in to check on it. Not impressed at all with their service. I may edit this if I ever get my phone back.

UPDATE: the management rocks at this location. Immediately after I posted my first review (which Im leaving) they reached out and did whatever they could to fix it. The biggest reason I was upset is the ipad we use for business and with it being fixed for over 2 weeks we lost money and our owners were very upset. But they did perfect making up for it.Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. WASTE OF MY TIME. They have had our iPad for almost 2 weeks and it wont be fixed until maybe next week (at this point I doubt it) their employee broke our home button on our ipad and now we wont have touch ID. And now something else is wrong. I wish I would have read reviews and talked to people before I took it there. Dont waste your time coming here. Every day we call and get put on hold for a while and no one can give us a solid answer and every day its always something else wrong and a new day it will be ready. We use the ipad for our restuarant and our system online system is down because they have had our ipad for so long. Seriously so disappointed, we went in for a broken screen and now its just a gaint mess.
