I only had my new computer 5 days when a button popped off. Vance and Matt tried to fix it but determined it would be better to replace my computer. I was very appreciative of their service and professionalism. They were awesome. I had considered buying my computer online and Im so glad I didnt!

I did bought the screen protect they replace if it breaks. The screen protector did NOT protect. I did not even drop it! I came in to get it fix and the wouldnt. I had to go buy a new phone!! The next day I came in to get a new protector on the new phone, with the receipt, and they refused. I had to drive 45 minutes to get a Guarantee new protector which the refused to work with me AGIAN! This is the second trip Ive made to them and they refuse to work with me. Do not buy the glass protector with the warranty. They have horrible customer service and did not work with me at all to get my situation fixed.

Love geek squad. Something went terribly wrong with our dyson vacuum. We got an appointment set up and it was fixed with no problems whatsoever.

So I bought my girlfriend a remote start for her suburban and had these guys in Twin install it because the manufacturer required it. They returned the truck with no power to the drivers side. The power window, power mirrors, seat controls and door lock do not work anymore.
