Tommys Express is the best car/truck wash in Twin Falls by far. The manager and all the staff are always friendly, and polite. Its a very quick and efficient car/truck wash. The car/truck washing equipment and detergents always do an excellent job on my vehicles. The vacuums, which there are plenty of and more than enough room between them, are very powerful and the mat washing machines (2) do a super job on even the dirtiest mats. They also have very reasonable pricing with single wash and unlimited monthly wash prices for a quick wash to a super everything wash.

Super friendly employees! I recently was on a road trip and the front of my car was completely covered in dead bugs. I took my car through the wash and It didnt get all of the bugs off. After I exited the wash a supervisor saw me wiping my grill with a napkin to try and wipe the bugs off. He came over and asked if everything was alright. I said that I was just trying to get some more of the bugs off and he offered me a second time through the wash free of charge! I was so impressed and appreciative! Thats a fine example of making sure your customers are happy! 5 stars!

This place is Awesome! One stop shop for vehicle car wash services! Pay, drive thru the wash, pull around to the free vacuums to finish off. They even give you towels to finish drying off the car.

Tommys staff is excellent. Donald the owner is involved with operations and customers. The building looks great. Im a little biased, I helped build it. I ran my Subaru through, and was offered a free second run to get insect debris off the windshield. Our car was damaged at Rocket Car wash. Tommys staff made sure our car was safe. We made it through with no damage and a clean car. Highly recommended.

This is the back of my car after the $15 premium wash. I drove from the car wash 2 miles. The rest of the car was OK, but completely skipped the rear.

Really good job for the $7 wash. It was busy but it didnt take long for us to go thru. The guys working there are friendly. If we lived in the area, we would sign up for the membership.

Great new car wash in Twin! A little different roller system when entering but seems easier than the others. They smoothed out the curb at the entry so no curb checking when entering! Good vacuums and great customer service!

Fantastic car wash in Twin Falls. Not having traditional tracks for the tires is the only way I can take my low slung car through a wash and not worry about anything on the undercarriage getting damaged. Also cheaper than the other wash I used before and this does a better job.

I do the monthly planSo I get unlimited washs and vacuuming. Good place. And most of all it doesnt beat your ride like those other places. They use a soft cloth on their brushes and it comes out looking clean and marvelous. Shiny new

Everything was fine. However, I went through two times already. The first time I went through my front license plate almost got pulled off, was hanging by one screw. The second time, after securing my front plate tightly, the corners of my plate were bent afterwards. Everything else seems great.

I have been going to a different car wash for some time. I stopped by to give this one a try out of curiosity. I am impressed with the management. He saw that I had a competitors sticker and gave me a free wash to try it out. I loved it so much, I signed up for an unlimited plan on the spot.I am happy that they use a conveyer belt. I have some scratches on the bottom of my car that I think could have been caused by the rail system in other set ups.#newlifetimecustomer

The goal was achieved both of our cars were clean very well. There was Matt cleaners, plentiful supply of window cleaner cloths, and high quality vacuums with adjustable nozzle also.

Love bringing my car here, fast, vacuums are great, floor mat cleaner does a great job.I have the ultimate unlimited and there is rarely a line, so I can get through quickly. The car wash itself does a great job, there are always towels available to dry with and the vacuums have great suction. The staff is friendly and they strike up conversations, check if Im satisfied, ask is I need anything. Its a great experience every time. It makes having a clean car ready. Great addition to Twin Falls.

I brought in a very dirty work truck. The crew was very understanding and accommodating in giving us the highest possible service. They even sent us through a second time for the best results.

They use a ‘magic carpet’ belt system that is a lot friendlier on lower profile vehicles. Also, great customer service and super clean.

What can I say... its a carwash...nothing special. I do like they offer towels to dry off areas still wet and wipe down your dash. Its comparable to Epic Shine and The Rocket.

This place is fabulous, little pricey. Buy does wonders on your cars

New equipment, does a great job getting your vehicle really clean. If it misses the 1st time, go back through free. Vacuums are super strong and a mat washer gets your floor mats looking like new.

The automated machine actually did pretty well. Still had duty in my bumper, but that is expected by these systems. Good job, Ill be back. 👍

Tried this car wash for the first time.My car was pretty clean...I guess that the it’s job.I like the access to the towels for public use. I used them to clean the nose prints off my windows from my dogs. I’m sure others use them to get the excess waste off their car. 🙃I haven’t seen this at other car washes in town.

I am a newer member, i joined about three months ago. I am new to the area. I generally prefer, and actually enjoy washing my own car. Unfortunately, the hard water here in Idaho makes it almost impossible to get my car clean without impossible to remove water spots. That being said, i decided to try several car washes in the area. After trying multiple car washes, i decided on Tommys. My vehicles come out beautifully and being able to dry in the parking lot helps reduce water runs. Ultimately, nothing replaces a good hand washing, bit this is a very close second. I also really like the staff there, Ive interacted with a number of different people, but the experience is always the same. Everyone is always pleasant, friendly and smiling. There is nothing better than a clean car, and overall. Tommys does a great job!

People there are very friendly and knowledgeable I purchase two gift cards for the car wash and they got me all set up with everything I needed to do very friendly people I love when my wifes car comes out and my truck as well nice and clean dont have to worry about spraying her down myself car Wash does it all they even have a machine that takes the floor mats that keeps the car clean I like it,pull right up fast friendly service thats a Plus in my book 😎

Great place and definitely needed in Idaho! The road salt and sludge will ruin a paint job if left on too long. We have the unlimited monthly wash plan. We drive through every time we are in the area.

Ran my car thru the wash it Tore my bumper off My carThey said they would get back to me on it and its been a month and have heard nothing from them the kid who helped me put it back together was very nice and accommodating thank goodness for that.

I took 2 vehicles there and my honda, which yes had paint coming off, but tommys took alot off it and took paint off my new financed subaru forester so wasnt pleased at all and no one has reached out after me letting them know! Wont go back!

Wow! So many great things. 1. The customer service is fantastic. Always polite and nice. 2. The wash is great. I love the no-rail tire guide. It doesnt mess up my alignment. The drive is smooth. 3. Facilities are clean. 4. I love the towels to dry down your car and the vacuums are great. I dont love the large head - prefer the crevice style but it does a good enough job! 5. Somehow they get a plastic covering on your back windshield wiper which is nice. 6. No pressure to sign up for membership or up sale to better wash. Love that. 7. Their app is awesome as it lets you just do visit to visit payments - dont have to buy unlimited monthly membership to use it. 8. They have a special line for app users. 9. I drive away feeling good! This place is where you need to take your car for a wash, drive through and when you come out the other side the vacuum and drying towels are included in the price. My car was filthy from the haze from the road caused by the snow and rain, ran it through and shined it up like a new penny.

I have tried other carwashes and I was highly impressed with the service I received at this carwash! My car shined more and smelled better, not to mention the vaccums worked great! Top service to make your vehicle look good for sure!

This place not all that,I paid 15 for what, vacuum? More suction from a straw, still had bugs in the front and will never go back

Overall the wash has met our expectations but I forewarn all that go through to check your statements and make sure they do not double or even triple charge your account. We went in and I could see they were having troubles behind the window but when we attempted to call 2 managers and corporate to still only get 1 of the 2 extra charges refunded it just put a bad taste in our mouth. Still havent seen the 2 refund so I guess we will just have to have our bank do the work and count it as a fraudulent charge.

WILL NOT EVER return to this establishment. Went thru the wash, windshield did not get clean. Returned to let them know that it wasnt clean. An employee proceeded to argue with me...I mean argue!!! He may have been some sort of manager. Since when is the customer not right? There are several car washes to choose from in Twin Falls...I chose Tommys because I had errands in their neighborhood. BAD CHOICE.

Best deal in town for a full truck wash. Have a regular size truc 1500 and most wash places leave dirty missed gaps or you have 2 re-wash just 2 kinda clean the whole vehicle.

Maybe a flute or maybe like all other car washes they just cant clean car rims...will let you know if my rating does go up or down after my next visit....stay tuned. I love finding a good car wash. Going thru a car wash is just a nice moment to breathe and calm my anxieties about the world. Its like coming home to a made bed at the end of a bad day. Seeing and getting into a clean car just feels like something good happened in a day. And Tommys Express gets my car so clean. I tend to drive a lot on dirt roads and I have 2 dogs and a messy child. Having access to a good vacuum and towels helps me maintain a clean and fresh car at all times. Their prices are reasonable even tho Id honestly pay more for the quality of clean my car is. I love the easy load into the wash. I just cant say enough good about this car wash. Definitely the best in town. Theyve stolen me from Rocket Express and I didnt think anyone could win me over them. Super happy with this wash, if I havent said it enough.Oh and I want to add one more thing. Whatever rain guard they use on the windows, works better than Ive ever seen. Washed my car like 2 days before it rained and holy cow I was tripping at how the rain just glided right off my windows. It took a good long time and super heavy rain before I had to finally use my wipers. Amazing 👏

Its just the best wash in Twin. Im a member there and Im able to stroll on through the MEMBER LANES and get my car washed in 2 minutes.. Thats crazy fast. Plus they actually care about our cars and watch us go through the wash and spray the brushes off when a nasty vehicle goes through. Who else does that? NO ONE.

Left my car cleaner than another car wash I have been going to for a number of years.

I took my sister-in-law‘s car through the car wash to do a nice deed and it’s still super dirty. I went to another place afterwards.

Not a good wash. Not a good experience. Basically looked like the car got hosed off and thats it. 15 bucks should get your car reasonably clean. I wont ever go back. Its 5x cheaper to wash your own car and it will actually be clean. Go to a self service wash.

Staff is very freindly and attentive when they ran out of towels. My truck was pretty dirty but left dirt on the truck. The vacum could also be more more powerful.

Honestly I was not enthralled. I know you can go through again if its not clean but Id really rather have it clean the first time. It didnt even clean my windows all the way. There was also mud on bottom of my car still when it was supposed to clean the bottom. At least the staff was very friendly!
