The popcorn lobster and katzu chicken were both outstanding. Prices are good, service was good and stuff was ready quickly. Vi recommend them to any fan of Japanese food visiting the area!
On Easter sunday I was in desperate need of a cab while at 29 palms, called the number and all I got was a msg that someone would get back to me in 1pmin or less, it has been more almost 2wks and nothing, luckily I was able to get a ride. If in need, do not call this company. Find a more reliable service to fulfill your need.

I called and he said 15 minutes which was great then after 15 minutes goes by the taxi drives by us so I call him and he said we weren’t even outside then proceeded to argue with me when I told him we watched him drive by! Poor customer service, no wonder this service only has 2 stars
I’ve always been a loyal and frequent customer to American Cab I’ve always left a tip and have been very friendly with drivers. So it was very surprising when I called for a ride like usual they told me it would take 25-30 minutes which was a bit too long for my liking I politely said “Nevermind than, thank you.” And I was hit with a “Whatever bye.” And then was immediately hung up on. This shocked me because this was very unprofessional and not very good customer service wise. That is definitely the last time I’m using them. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because they’ve helped me out in a jam once or twice before and they deserve some sort of recognition for that.
I work there now and am a driver. I realize there are problems and see it better than anybody else that jumps in for a ride. The fact is all cab companies have problems maintaining and keeping their cabs clean due to a number of circumstances the least not being our magnificent heat here and the other one the conception that a driver is not responsible for maintaining the vehicle or it’s cleanliness, but we try hard to do that here. The ones that don’t left or work someplace else now.This business is supposed to be about transporting customers safely and comfortably from point a to b and any taxi wars and derogatory statements by employees or management are embarrassing and disgusting. If American Cab becomes unsatisfactory in my eyes, at least in how I’m able to treat my customers, then I will quit and post my own derogatory statement rest assured.
I was a driver with the company and was in cab 811 then ended up 803. I was with the company just over a year and saw the turn around in drivers and then they go work for another company. Some have put negative marks on the review. Each cab has been getting better and getting work done to them and is getting better upkeep now then they were. When you call just ask who you are talking to and they will give you there name so if there a problem it can be addressed and fixed faster and all the drivers that get the dispatch cant say it was not them. Yes at time they have a long wait time or not enough drivers on to cover all the rides and they try to get as many of the rides that they can with the drivers they have on. Most of the bad drivers they dont have anymore with us. The drivers now all have their names on the side of there cab so if you have a problem with a driver just look at the door of the cab when you get out and give the company a call and they will try to fix the problem as soon as they can

Worst cab company ever! Sergio is rude and obnoxious! The cabs are dirty on the inside and some smell like cigarettes! The a/c doesnt work in all of them and the wait time is horrible! Best bet is if your in 29. Palms call All Around Cab Co
Although, the driver was nice enough, I did not appreciate getting into a cab that reeked of smoke. It was beyond unpleasant.
This is the worst taxi service in the San Bernardino area and it smells like summer bounce that ass!!
Too bad I can’t give negative stars for talking to my wife, a once potential customer, the way you did. Customer service, or whoever answers the business phone, needs to learn business etiquette when talking to people and answering legitimate service questions. Won’t even attempt to use again.
Refused service dog for shedding on the last ride use any other company if you have an option.
The worst cab company around, they lost the base contract and sadly are still driving...Real scumbags....Will charge per person and that is against the law!
