This place is convenient for dropping off your packages from FedEx or UPS.With not much being in Twentynine Palms it is good to have such a place like this. With out having to go down the hill.However my several times and visited this establishment I have noticed that it gets the job done I am able to send my packages with UPS or FedEx however the customer service is severely lacking. The employees there seem as if they are not happy to be there and just want to get home. The customer service really needs some serious work!Other than that the place allows you to get your stuff sent.

Friendly and helpful . they dont charge as much as the other place down the street who charges 10 bucks for tape

I just went in to ship holiday packages and they were $20 more expensive than what it would cost for me to create a label online and then drop off at their store. Dont get me wrong the people are friendly, but that doesnt mean hike up the cost of shipping. I used the dimensions they used and the weight and the same delivery date, so where does that extra $20 fee come in?

These guys are wonderful! A lovely couple owns 29 postal now. They are professional and perhaps the best thing is that they are very kind. You can pretty much do anything that you want there with regard to shipping including receiving packages. You can also send and receive a FAX as well. These guys are just wonderful. I highly recommend them

The owner, Dakota, is a soft-spoken, giant of a man, who knows all aspects of his business and like the owner of the old-fashioned general store, supplies a crucial need to his community. He cares about his customers and it shows. His pricing for faxing and copying are lower than any other office-mailing store Ive used, and I think that goes to show how he really wants to provide a needed service to 29 Palms. He offers all UPS, FEDEX. and USPS functions, and is a full-service operation. 29 Postal Plus is just that with an emphasis on the Plus. Dakota and his store are a true asset to this small high-desert and Marine Corps base-town community. An old-fashioned gem and jewel of a store. Courtesy, care and competence, those are what youll find at 29 Postal Plus. Five Stars Plus! Jon G.

Dakota was patient and super friendly. He was honest about options and prices. He deserves 5 stars after wrestling a massive box of mine for over a half an hour all the while being pleasant and making it a great experience.

This place is good to go! I was able to drop off my package and use the computer to print out documents. I will recommend this place to a friend. People here are very nice and good customer service provided.

Exceptional customer service. Not only did they let me know it was cheaper to send FedEx than UPS, they also packaged my items well, were very friendly, and kept me from leaving my credit card on the counter! Bravo!

This place up charges so bad. Went there with one package that was not large or heavy and was going to get charged 100plus dollars to ship. Went to a different place with 2 packages with medium boxes and medium weight and was only charged $76.00 for both. Theyre definitely ripping people off. Wont go there again.

I really like this place. The people here are friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my packages. I recommend this place as the go to mail center if you live in 29.

Very convenient for in and out service. they provide computers with no time limit but you have to pay for print outs for a reasonable price. I was also able to complete a notary with no issue.

Zero stars - Unfortunate employee failed to place a critically needed package in the right outbox on time for the shipper to pick up. Shipping Store claimed zero responsibility for this error and refused to do so much as consider refunding the cost of sending (meanwhile this has resulted in the personal loss of $1000s in work due to the 3+ day delayed delivery).

These guys are the best! Wether its office supplies, postal, or simple general inquiries.The energy is always good and customer service is second to none!

They sell post office stamps at .55 cents a piece instead of face value (.49 cents). They dont tell you that. They say the price of stamps went up. Do your research.
