I didn’t really pay any mind to the negative reviews but I see some of them were well founded. I took my Jeep there and while the people there were friendly enough the job they did was not to standard. They left scratches in my paint as well as missed several spots on my interior. For 55 dollars I wasn’t really satisfied. The place is unprofessional and the work that is provided is disproportionate to the cost in my opinion. Probably won’t come back here. If you don’t really care that much about micro scratches in your paint, an unprofessional staff, or missed spots in your interior then I’d recommend this. Otherwise for people that do I’d suggest you either do it youreself or go somewhere else. All in all. Disappointment is what comes to mind when I think of this place.

Did a pretty good job but found alot of places they did not clean.

Saw the not so great reviews but stooped in anyway to have a 2017 Subaru done. My wife and I were so impressed that we brought our 67 impala in. And they went above and beyond - and have been every time we come back. Just bring cash and it all goes smooth!!

They were super fast, super sweet, and did an excellent job for a great price!!!

They usually do a great job, but when I took my new Challenger there last week, it came back completely scratched all over. It looks like they used sandpaper to dry it with and is now scratched ALL over. NOT worth the thousands I will now have to pay to get the paint fixed! What is going in with your crew Bill!?!? (Note: We always took our cars here, and this was a new crew of young kids. I was nervous about it, Bill usually keeps his crew well trained. Expensive and hard lesson learned!)

My car loved its bath. I only had him wash outside and clean my windows. She looks brand new again.

Every time I go to 29 I make sure to stop and get a wash here, they truly go above and beyond good price to go all the way, I know not many Texas detail shops will be this good of a price for the quality. Bill himself came in and spoke with me for a while, he’s a great man and a family man at that! I’m late posting this but man does he deserve it! Keep it up Mr. Jones!

Wont go anywhere else but to these guys. They definitely take care of my cars and my daughters. If something isnt the way I like, they make it right no questions asked. Love the guys that work there, theyre a trip lol They will always have our business!

I won’t take my car anywhere else. They do the best job in town for an incredibly low price.

The service is good the high prices, not so much.They went from $15 for a hand car wash to $35 overnight. Twentynine Palms isnt LA or San Diego.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Absolutely rude. I had been here before with my husband and they were nice and didnt do to bad. Just tried to go with my friend to get her car done (which was cleaner then ours) and they tried to charge her twice as much. I call bs.

I take all of our cars here and they do an amazing job. On busy days there’s a bit of a wait but it’s worht it for the hand wash. If there are any mistakes they miss they will go back and fix them. People say they are “unfriendly” but they just aren’t super talkative to you because they are actually doing their jobs and washing your vehicle which is actually what I prefer. Also, amazing prices for the work they do. Out in LA they would be at LEAST double so no complaints from me.

They do great work. Cars are always clean and detailed. Gary does a great job be sure to ask for him.

Two men came to my house to detail the inside of my vehicle and did an excellent job. They were friendly, curious and even honored a price that was misquoted to me. I happily recommend Bill Jones.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t super spectacular either, it’s just a good place if you want a basic car wash, they don’t wax or anything of the nature it’s just a basic pressure wash but nonetheless it’s not bad so I give it a 3 Star.

Horrible experience here I’m doing this review off my husband account. Today I felt unsafe at this place and had to pull out my mace and taser because an employee got mad. Because they had overcharged me twice I bring it to there attention everyone acts like I’m lying then he wouldn’t back my car out so I could leave. I left there today with a car I payed to be washed that looks nasty. Stay far away from this place it isn’t a good place at all.

Worst car was place I have ever been to. The owner himself will let you wait while he has side convos with others then slams the brush onto my car and starts cleaning it after waiting 15 minutes. They scratch up and mess up your paint here avoid this place like the plague!
