Unfortunately had a horrible experience here. After being told by Michael that a rental I had for 52 days with a total payment of over $15,000, had a scratch. He requested a claim from my insurance and then rented the car to someone else before I could even leave the store. This is a clear form of thievery. The car was also already super scratched up. They clearly have no intentions of ever fixing it. Just taking additional money from everyone who drives it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!!!Id like to compliment one of your employees, Ms. Tiffani J. Greene, for the excellent service she provided me yesterday.  I arrived at the Enterprise on 29 Palms around 10:50 AM on Saturday.  She greeted me and was very kind, she was the only one in the office to perform customer service duties as well as running cars on her own while managing an office.  Once we started the process, immediately she made me aware that there were some errors that needed to be figured out prior to me being able to receive my rental.Ms. Greene helped me sort out the company I work fors accounting and billing situation we discovered that was within the system.  The rental paid for by my company wasnt pulling up on her end and she graciously walked me through as to why it wasnt despite me having my own personal receipt from my company.  She went further into explaining that due to Enterprises policy she wouldnt be able to even take billing information from my corporate office over the phone since it would be considered as fraudulent and against company policy. Nevertheless, she took the effort to walk me through my possible options - before we knew it time had flown by and it was approaching 11:15 AM. Going back and forth with my own company and trying to work a situation out, she stayed calm the whole time - assured me she would be able to help me and that I would be able to leave with the car once everything got sorted out.Finally, she was able to assist me by having the corporate traveler from my company over the phone; create a new reservation but for a different location nearby, then pulled the reservation up on her computer - then was able to settle it that way since the Yucca Valley locations store didnt close until 12pm.These days its hard to come by quality service and even when you do, few people will go the extra mile to ensure that the customers needs were met.  Some just focus on what they can do until they clock out. The 29 PALMS location closes at 11 AM on Saturdays, she stayed well beyond that to assist me and essentially helped me from the kindness of her heart since it was off the clock for her - technically.  Im so glad that it was her that day who had been my rental associate, had it been anyone else - IM SURE they wouldnt have known how to handle that level of difficulty and technical savvy.  IM SURE that though they wouldve made the effort to complete it, they would have stopped probably after their shift has ended or if they became impatient or the technical aspect of things was too confusing.She presented herself as a professional, held to Enterprises policies under good ethical conscience knowing good and well with her being the only one in office she couldve done otherwise to help speed my process along, helped explain my options to getting the rental that day and what would or wouldnt be in my best interest, maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire transaction and went above and beyond staying after her own shift ended; making sure I left that day with a rental.

Lets get 1 thing straight, this location is in the desert so expect dust in vehicles even after they clean them. So if small dust upsets you then dont rent a car within 50 miles. Secondly, the staff here try to do what they can and if you talk to them like human being and try to put yourself in their shoes theyll go far for you. My experience was phenomenal. Dont be afraid to ask questions, they know their knowledge so be humble and theyll work with you. Hundreds of cars come through this location, be understanding.

The Enterprise on base are very professional and courteous. Tiffani Is very helpful and respectful. She is the best! She is super patient and helps you get out on time. I got my vehicle on a Saturday and it was only her and another employee who handles the vehicle clean and care and she got me processed and out of there in no time!

I paid for a rental because my car was in the shop. The ladies were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a rental. If they dont have the rental you want they will be happy to upgrade you at no charge. This was my first time renting a car on my own.

If I could give you all a 0 rating I would. This isnt the 1st time Ive been disgruntled with Enterprise as a consumer. The hours listed are from 8am-5pm. I have called this location non-stop since opening at 8 until 10:30 when I finally got someone on the phone. Instantly i was told to hold with no name given as to whom i was speaking with, or no checking back in to let me know hell be right with me. I held intentionally for 20 minutes. I called back, the line was busy. Called again, no answer!!! I then call Enterprise Holdings which is their corporate headquarters to explain the issues from both locations(1 in Yucca Valley as well) and Cynthia in Escalations tried to represent the company in a way, but her uncertainty was apparently clear when I asked questions and sought out resolutions. I was told that my concerns after her constant apologies would be sent to the area manager and someone would contact me which I highly doubt. As being in a rural area you would think service would be better because its a closely knit smaller community, however its been the opposite. As I stated to headquarters the only way to recieve resolutions is to write letters addressed to appropriate individuals as this isnt a matter to be taken with a grain of salt.

Had absolutely no problems picking up or returning. No wait picking up or dropping off. Staff was super nice and helpful. The woman, also named Sarah made sure the car was good to go before I left. I rented an newer dodge SUV. Drove it to AZ and back. No problems and will be renting again from here soon.

Worst enterprise ever! We scheduled to get a car a week in advance and today when we go to pick up the car they denied us it. No letting us know ahead of time or anything even though we had orders saying that we were allowed to rent a car under the age of 21. Very disappointed Hertz accommodated us no problem and was cheaper too.

My initial interaction with the representative was common, I was placed on hold. However, after about 6 minutes (according to my call log) the representative must’ve became overwhelmed by his current situation and accidentally forgot that I was there, so he hung up on me. So I called back only to have no one answer (from my cell phone again). I decided to call from my office phone on base and had my question “what is the required age to rent a car on base” answered. A different representative answered this time though and when I asked my question, he asked “Why, how old are you?”, which was a great question by the way, especially since I’m calling for my students. As much as I like the hilarious moment, I preferred the 5 minute answer he gave me on 21 and older requirements. Well played Enterprise, well played indeed.

Great access for the military community. Variety of vehicles available. Its best to make your reservations online, then be flexible or call ahead to confirm vehicle class is available.

Trying to call and confirm reservation for this weeks rental. We need a 7 passenger van to accommodate 3 car seats (which we have). From prior experience I know vans go to the military first!.. However NO ONE ANSWERS the phone !!! SO how do /can I confirm. This is an important reservation and need to know a vehicle will be available unlike a prior simi resent experience of not having one available . What has happened ?? This place use to be top notch and on top of things.. We have been renting from Enterprise since Enterprise has been on this base!!! Frustrating to see the lack of ..... :(

Whats the point of making a reservation if they will never have the vehicle youre requesting, even if you give them weeks notice. My experience was this, and the vehicle they gave me was filthy and I didnt even get a discount, they just gave me the Thats all we have, take it leave it speech

Charged me over $150 extra because they didnt check the car back in when they said they would, spent months trying to get it back, but to no avail. Even corporate says They are hard to get a hold of. Weekly calls to the regional manager about the problrm never resulted in anything. $25 bus ticket to PSP would be worth it. Its obvious their Business is driven by sales, not service. Will not go back.

Very helpful with getting the rental and was even able to upgrade without much fuss. Only issue we had here is the rental we got was less than a quarter tank to start with. Other than that the staff were very friendly and the car was clean.

They called me a half hour before they closed, the NIGHT before our reservation to tell me that they cant honor our reservation because they wont have a car for us and to make other arrangements. Lol. By the time I listened to the voicemail of course they were already closed but calling them wouldnt do any good anyway. The next closest enterprise is at Palm Springs airport. I called them and reserved a car for tomorrow. I really hope they have a car because it seems too good to be true.

So first off, you have to have military pass to access this rental car. Enterprise Rent a Carlets you find this out for your self. They dont tell you you cannot rent a car if you dont have a military base pass, or someone that lives on base that can come and pick you up and give you a ride in to pick up the car. We are stranded in Twentynine Palms needing the rental car to take us to the LAX and Enterprise would do not one single thing for us. We reserved the car one month in advance. Enterprise Rent a Car knew that we would face this problem of base pass, but never contacted us. No-one from Enterprise car rental would drive the 3 mins to the gate to drive us in as a guest to pick up our car. Yucca Valley Interprise Rent a Car were just as unhelpful. Were stuck here trying to figure out how we are going to get to LAX, were hoping theres an Uber. Shame on you Enterprise!!!!!

This is the absolute worst place to rent a car from. I reserved a car two months in advanced and got there for pickup and couldnt rent a car due to some BS policy. Fat Latina was rude, unhelpful, and half laughed at me when I got upset, I emailed corporate telling them shes worthless. RECOMMENDATION: rent from the location in Yucca Valley, theyre friendly, helpful, and give upgrades when they can.

No cars in stock (or your on a wait list) and you need to reserve a week out to ensure that you can have the vehicle there. Yes this is only a valid option if you dont need a rental last minute.

I made a reservation a week ahead of time and when I arrived they did not have ANY vehicles. After waiting for over an hour, luckily someone returning a car showed up so I was to have hers. It was filthy and had zero gas. It has been four days since my rental and I still do not have my deposit back either.

I had a terrible experience with this place the employee who assist me shes not very nice(Sarah) thought i was civilian and my race i would say,i had a terrible Monday morning and has no good attitude towards customer.she asked me a personal questions that i never been asked before,i rented cars before never been treated like this..poor customer service.need to go to school for customer service is bad reputation for a employee like this..great customer service is an asset to great company.i donot recommended this place at all,you represent this company bad because of person like you.

Reserved a car and when I went to pick it up they couldnt give me one. Didnt offer to take me to another location or to have a car delivered. Dont know if its a problem with their system specifically or the entire Enterprise reservation system but they shouldnt allow reservations to be made if nothing is available for that date.

Absolute worst service!!! Sat in store for over an hour waiting for one person named Ken. Every time I asked when is he coming in, all they said was that he is usually on time. No employees could get a hold of him. Another customer ended up leaving because he was waiting for almost 2 hours.

Theres seems to be a new person behind the counter everyday.To me, theyre not as helpful or friendly as a non- military car rental place would be.And, I second the person when they say that they never (and I mean NEVER) answer the phone.
