The professionals at Caliber restored my car to the point that it looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. Their personal service and professionalism is as good as it gets, as are their repair techniques. They work super well with the insurance company and everything was so smooth and uncomplicated. If you damage your car, go to Caliber, absolutely.

Had my truck in there last year. Never again will I go with them. Quoted a month took forever for minor repairs. They procrastinated until the last minute to get it all done and all they were waiting for was a rim I told them I was coming to pick the truck up finished or not and what do you know! It was done a couple days later wild! The employees were very professional and good folks but timeline killed it. Also you will run into the same cluster I ran into which is that no one in that shops knows whats going on.

Took longer than quoted for minor damage. Can still see slight evidence of damage/repair . Didnt replace weather stripping properly and damaged strip including taking a small chip of paint off of trunk. 6 months later and still not made whole. If you live out here then you probably used to businesses out here taking advantage of the small town mentality. None of these small businesses, except for maybe a few ethnic ones because they hustle, would make it down the hill and at larger cities.

I was involved in a accident near the Caliber shop in 29 Palms, CA. Unfortunately it occurred on a Sunday when we were in transit back to Colorado.Your employee named Carlos Remeriz just happened to be at the shop and saw our situation as we brought the truck into the parking lot. He would have been completely within rights to advise us that the shop would be open on Monday and leave it at that. Your website is filled with references to customer service, Mr. Remeriz implemented by example. He contacted his management to receive authorization and helped arrange it so that we were able to start the formal process from our home in Colorado. His initiative helped us when we needed it most.Your employee named Kyle Jarrard contacted me every week providing an update as to what had been performed and what task items were next. Not once did I need to initiate contact with him. This is how project management gets done. He stayed on top of everything from parts and installation to painting and vehicle delivery, keeping me updated at each step.People who walk the walk do so because they believe in what they are doing and feel they provide real value with their efforts. This does not happen in a vacuum. Your employee Lindsey Royer has obviously developed a team that knows the value they deliver. Her skill in insuring that all functions are brought together to completion for a successful delivery demonstrates she sees the whole picture.I hope CC Corporate values such a lengthy response detailing how its brand is meeting the pavement. I hope even more that three people are rewarded for delivering Customer Service.

I dropped my friend off, she seemed mad when I picked her up, but they have great parking, so I cannot speak to the rest of the experience. Her AC is still brokenI told her to chill, she smacked me.

Turned my car in and figured that it wouldn’t be done for a long time after they promised but they had it done ahead of schedule and also cleaned the outside of my car very well. Have and will continue to recommend Caliber.

Clean place to take your vehicle to for body repair. Quick on repairing your vehicle.

This is a big corporate owned shop and will price you as one. They will say that theyll give you a usaa and military discount, but theyll make it up somewhere. Parts alone here will cost a couple hundred more than other places. To compare and find a place accomadating to my schedule, went to cobbs, closer to base, saved over 500, and they didnt have to say there were special discounts applied.

Great and awsome customer service. Kept me informed the entire time. Droping off my car and getting a rental car was no problem as well as picking up my car. Every time I called they were professional and curtous. I asked alot of questions and they answerd all of them. Would definitely recomend them.
