Went here to get my propane tank filled because they are one of the few places to have supply. The workers here are wonderful. A man had a medical emergency and the teamwork that was displayed was outstanding. The workers helped the man in need and notified the manger. What great leadership and compassion these workers displayed.

Seems like reasonable prices with decent variety. Overall good service too but we were only there for a few minutes looking for something very specific

There is only 2 hardware store in 29 Palms area. Builders Supply is your place to go for all your construction or home remodel needs. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Theyve reopened and seem to be slowly restocking. We always call before we head down there to make sure they have what were looking for. Most of the time its oh, we havent gotten that in yet. Hopefully soon!

Personally, I much prefer Desert Hardware. The staff at this particular Builders Supply are simply awful -- rude, and unknowledgeable. I only go here in last resort situations!

So happy that this place is open again, and I cannot even tell that there was a fire. Much larger selection than Desert Hardware, but between the both of them I rarely have to go to Home Depot or Lowes anymore. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite staff.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. They either have everything you want or they can get it. What I like most is that every single person there is “nice” and “friendly”. It’s always easy to find a helpful worker too. A++

Unknowledgable cashiers, poor selection, pushy lot workers. Lot worker did not wear a mask when helping me. Overall disappointment.

Store said it was open until 530pm, but I was turned away at 520pm. They also said the register was closed down, while there were people actively at the register. If they want to leave at 5:30pm, they should change their hours instead of misleading customers.

Convenient place for tools and supplies. Smaller store, sometimes they dont have what I needed, but I was looking for some pretty unusual stuff. Good neighborhood store.
