Received a water usage violation notice on my doorstep. Upon further review it was a marketing flyer from Boone. I can see how an elderly person may get worried and confused and call Boone to get this violation resolved. Its a shame how they have to deceive home owners with fictitious violations to get a phone call. So I will leave a non fictitious review.
