I bought 6 laser hair removal sessions, I currently have only done ONE out of the 6 sessions and I already see such a dramatic difference!! The hair is already growing so slow, thin and my ingrown are minimal! I see the skin evening out too! Just after one session ?!?! I can’t wait for me to finish all 6! This is so worth it!!!

I just finished my first session of laser hair removal and I have to say that Brenda is amazing. I called quite a few places not only for pricing but because I was apprehensive about laser hair removal. The reason I went with GentleCare is because of Brenda. She makes you feel comfortable from the start and answers all your questions. GentleCare was less expensive than most other places I called. They also have good deals, I purchased the 6 session package. Sharice at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. I will update my post at a later date with results. I would recommend going to GentleCare because of Brenda.

I have purchased the 6-session laser hair removal package for my face and neck, and yesterday was my 5th session. I have seen a huge decrease in my facial hair throughout the sessions! My acne has gotten a lot less too! Brenda and other staff members are very kind, knowledgeable and willing to explain. The clinic has a calm and clean environment. Easy to set appointments. Parking is always available. Prices are reasonable.

Dr. Khan and his Aesthetic practice are incredible! I have been coming here for the last few years for various spa treatments from botox to tattoo removal. I wanted to give 5 stars but because there is construction going on in the building and there are some minor issues with the building itself, I will deduct one star. But overall the experience of laser hair removal is amazing. Brenda knows what she is doing and keeps you distracted with the interesting conversations which makes you feel that pinch of laser less. I have seen good results with even single session and so I am excited to go through rest of the 5 sessions with her. I took group on and it really was not expensive so its value for money.Will update the stars as and when I feel there is any change in my feeling/experience with this place.

My experience with laser hair removal has exceeded my expectations. I originally came in looking to only remove the hair on my underarms and upper lip, but after my first session I knew right away that I was getting the hair removal done by the highest quality, most effective machine and the best laser esthetician (Brenda) possible so I decided to get even more hair removed. Brenda is a true professional, and made my experience very comfortable even when I decided to get my full Brazilian and legs done. She is very thorough and makes sure not to miss a single hair, and is also very sensitive to your own pain tolerance providing brief breaks and distractions without you even asking. After a single session I noticed a dramatic difference in my hair growth and now on my fourth session I can get away without shaving for quite a long time. Those multiple six session packages have been the best purchases (investments) I’ve ever made!

Try to schedule an appointment after you sign up, its been 2 months. Their phone goes directly to answering service, during business hour, all she can do is take your info but never hear back from them. Dont waste your money with these people. Total scam artist.

Dr. Tariq is really friendly, patient (I rescheduled my appointment within the same day and even arrived late to my revised appointment time), and efficient (I was in the office for less than ~30 min).

I’m getting Brazilian hair laser done here and it’s been a wonderful experience. I almost didn’t do it because I didn’t want to feel awkward but I’m glad I went through with it. Brenda is awesome! She makes you feel comfortable and it’s a quick easy experience and I highly recommend getting any laser hair treatment done here.

Whole experience was great. Front desk is friendly over phone and in person and efficient. Brenda is fantastic at what she does. A few months ago went to California to visit family. I was reluctantly looking to have a mole and skin tags removed. I was worried about possible issues having dark skin and scaring easily. My cousin told me about GentleCare Laser she said it was very professional, affordable and had the best machinery in the industry. Well first, I read all the great reviews, except for the silly one (some people like to just complain) I gave it a try, good thing. I first visited GentleCare Laser after purchasing a package for laser hair removal for my underarms and bikini. Brenda was my laser technician each of the 6 visits and she was amazing! She was professional, knowledgable and always made me feel comfortable even when she worked on the bikini zone! I always looked forward to seeing her :) I also sought IV fluid therapy with Vitamins B12/C and a Glutathione injection when my immune system and energy levels were very low this past February & I felt like I was coming down with another cold/flu. Dr. Khan was also very nice and knowledgable. I didnt feel much of a difference on that day but for 2-3 days following the therapy I had a 50% increase in my energy levels & I didnt get sick. The Glutathione injection made my complexion so light bright and radiant for about 2 weeks as if I had eaten zero sugar or processed foods! I was pretty amazed with those results and how long they lasted. I wish I could budget for that treatment more often! In short I highly recommend GentleCare Laser- thank you Brenda and Dr. Khan for being so awesome!

I also will continue visits to see if there are improvements.As of right now, I would warn everyone to save themselves the hassle that is this place. I saw the wonderful reviews and that it was in a medical plaza and thought, hey, this is the place for me!I should haves realized that reviews that are two sentences long probably are not the most reliable.Live and learn, but there were red flags from the get go. Even when making my first appointment, the girl working asked if I could call back later, sounding frazzled and annoyed. My dumb self thought, wow, this place must be in high demand! Well, I guess it could have been that. Or that the front desk is mismanaged. Who knows. When I called back the annoyed girl asked if I would be put on hold, and of course that was fine. I was sitting in traffic on my Bluetooth, as far as I was concerned, I had all the time in the world. Well after 12 minutes of being on hold, the phone clicked over and.......I was hung up on.Okay. Thats a first. A few minutes later I called back, and the line rang to no avail. Okay. I called back again, same thing. Maybe the building had burned down. Maybe she won the lottery and quit on the spot. Maybe she hung up on everyone she had on hold and went to lunch. Well miraculously my third call was answered and after I, a little annoyed, explained what I had been through trying to call, and shockingly, she owned up to it and was kind and accommodating. And I made my first appointment! Yay! And theyre going to give me a courtesy call to remind me! Wonderful! The previous being hung up rudeness must have been a fluke! (Spoiler alert: It wasnt.)Well, that courtesy call never happened, and in my appointments Ive only ever received one. Annoying, yeah, but not terrible. Its only the business failing to make a minor commitment. To be fair, the hanging up thing never happened again either. The front desk decided to just not answer calls. And when I did manage to get the call through, it was like I was asking for their first born when I was curious when my appointment was again. I get it. Its annoying. I should know that myself and its a little extra thing you have to do in the day. So I get it. Very unprofessional to be rude to a customer over it, but I get it.But today... the over the phone service I received today... Im done. Sophie was incredibly rude over the phone, when she did not need to be. I get that youre booked until January, when I say Ive already paid for services, Im hoping youll value youll value my business and say maybe I can squeeze you in in a few weeks. But Im not expecting it. Were booked til January, what dont you understand about that? Is probably not the best thing to say to a customer. Thats just how I train my staff though. Probably shouldnt continue to be rude to the customer after that too, but, Sophie, you do you.On a non-customer service note, one thing people ask is, does the laser hurt? And the answer is: it really depends on where it is. Leg no, crouch yes! But its just pain, they dont damage skin here. And the Doctor is great when he explains the procedure, though hes not the one performing it, but still. Him and the service staff are the one star on here.Well, who really cares about the staff if it works? I have to say, Ill change my review if I see better results, but a few treatments in and theres no difference. Treatment staff is kind and trained, and Doctor is great and very reassuring, but the front desk and lack of results kills it for me. If it had worked wonders the consistently rude front desk staff would have been fine, but no, Im basically paying to have the pleasure of a painful laser and front desk staff that could care less about my business. It was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. My advice; try a doctors office that values your business. And if you try this place, dont buy a multiple services until you know what this place is about. Boy do I regret it!

My experience with Gentlecare Laser Aesthetics was really a great one. I still have a couple more laser sessions, and even though I moved to 29 palms, the drive is still worth it, because its really the best laser place Ive experienced in the California area.The name really matches the treatment, there is alot of thought and care put into the process, and Dr. Khan is really great at representing that. He treats you like family, listens to your comments/concerns, and kindly responds to emails even if you have alot of questions! I personally went to Dr. Khan to do laser treatment for my scalp so I did have a lot of questions, and Dr. Khan cared to answer every one of them. If there is anyone else going through a laser treatment for the scalp it can be very difficult, but Dr. Khan does best to help you through it. In terms of pricing for scalp laser treatment, I paid around 100-150 a session, nice in comparison to other places, and competitively priced. And below Ill share the effectiveness of the laser-with pictures to illustrate, and what to be prepared for, for those interested in that information.The laser does work effectively and one of the questions I asked him when trying to decide on a place, was actually about his laser, I looked it up, and found it works great like other Yag lasers. The most important thing though, that made me decide on this place, was the care I could tell Dr. Khan would spend to make sure the lasers at the proper setting, and that the skin doesnt burn or get damaged. And sure enough Dr. Khan did make sure the setting and skin was fine before proceeding, something sadly not every place does consistently. Note though there will still be pain and burning smells from hair, and note for patients treating their hair on the scalp, depending on how thick your hair is on the scalp it can be around 50-100 times or more dense then body hair! So that means around 50-100 times more pain then the body! And the darker the hair equals also more pain, why? Because more hair and more darkness equals more heat absorption thus, more of a burning feeling, and pain. So just be expecting lots of possible pains and burning smells, that are not from the skin, the Dr. makes sure of that. Also about 2-3 days growth is best to help Dr.s keep track of places the laser targeted, through hairs burned vs. hairs not burned. Otherwise if the hairs are too short they will not clearly show as burned, and then the only other way to keep track is by eye from the redness of the skin, which is more difficult. 1 day still works though, and Dr. Khan also does touch up sessions if the laser did miss a few spots or hairs(A picture below sent for a touch up session shows the laser effectiveness outside that outline & also how to send something for a touch up session).The first session in all cases whether scalp or body will be the worst in terms of pain. It gets better after that because there is less hair. Now to be detailed with this specific laser, what I noticed occurs after every session is that all the hairs fall out within 2 weeks, then the hairs that made it through start to grow back. So dont think you are done, when all the hairs fall out, all the hairs just get shocked, then only the ones not targeted by the laser grow back, which should be around 80% regrowth for the body and about 20-50% regrowth for the head. So I can tell you for sure for the scalp, because there are more hairs in the susceptible anagen phase, the results are very noticeable right from the first session.In all a successful laser, I still do have a few more sessions after about a year, and below I attached pictures of results after about 4-5 sessions.
