I was skeptical about and dreading getting sugared again after a past experience (with someone else in laguna Niguel) but Emma at Boho Sugar in Tustin was an incredible experience. She was human, kind, professional, clean, safe, considerate, time efficient, and all the good things. As a professional myself in the beauty industry, I really value customer service as well as technicality. Emma really does deliver both. Not only does she prep and finish your skin, she is so real with sharing advice and product info. Her touch is wonderful. Even in the most tender places I wasn’t in pain. I don’t think she missed 1 hair, nice and thorough. It’s been about 2 hrs since the service and every red spot/bump is completely gone. Had the most amazing experience with Emma at Boho Sugar. I was well overdue for a Brazilian and underarm wax, really wanting to transition to sugaring and my first experience could not have been any better. After weeks of searching reviews and calling spas, I got no where. Luckily I messaged BoHo Sugar through Yelp and moments after Emma responded with an opening that night. 20 minutes later and she was working her magic on me at her location on Chapman Avenue. Not only was the sugaring less painful but you can tell Emma is an expert at what she does. I love that all of the products she uses are natural and effective. My stubborn hair was no match. It is no exaggeration when I say that not one hair was left behind. Her work was immaculately done, even days later I still feel amazing and smooth everywhere. I wouldnt even considering going somewhere else for hair removal. I am convinced shes the best of the best. Also, Emma offers a discounted rate if clients come back for service within the recommended time frame. She is considerate, accommodating and thorough.
