Customer Service is A-1! I had an issue with a delayed shipment so I emailed the company. Within 12 hours not only had they replied to me personally, but had already sent a replacement out! It was a pleasant surprise after being so use to getting pushed off and re-routed by so many other online companies. Will definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service, and the new Evel Knievel stunt cycles are a carbon copy of the original Ideal models. If you have the spare cash, I highly recommend you peruse these guys wares.

YES ITS BACK!!! I finally have this toy in my possession! This thing is awesome! We got the Evel Knievel stunt cycle from CA Creations and our kids absolutely love it. We took it to a local church parking lot and had a blast. We raced it, took it off jumps and had Mr. Knievel in all sorts of riding positions.I was surprised how well this toy held up. Seems like a lot of toys today break after taking a beating. We rammed both him and the cycle into curbs, had a few crashes and off a lot of jumps and it still works like a charm.Love this toy, very addicting and gets my kids outside using their imagination and having fun. Thanks California Creations!

No response from customer service. I ordered the Evel Knievel Stunt Cycle for my 8-year old, but it came broken. The handle bar was broken and the launcher gear was slipping to the point it didnt even work. I sent customer service an email...nothing. I even made a video of us opening the toy and discovering it broken and the launcher not working. Ill be posting that on YouTube this weekend.

I had a problem with my shipping address and they called me to try and resolve the issue within a couple of hours. He even took the time to tell me about some of the new toys they are releasing. My stunt cycle was delivered just a few days after I ordered it. This is an awesome company!

This company is awesome and friendly and they make great toys and if you have a problem they solve it quickly and they have treated me fantastic and have always been kind to me thanks again for all the awesome transactions!!!!!!!!!!
