Ive rented cars twice so far from this location. Both times, the service was fantastic. Ashley, the manager is very efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating to the customers needs. I will definitely rent a car from this location in the future.

Going back to Enterprise. We only tried Hertz because of ad on Experian. With the problems we had it wasnt worth the money supposedidly saved. First problem was Experian said my daughter could use her debit card to pay for rental. We took and paid for a Lyft to Hertz only to be told we had to have a major credit card for the SUV we reserved. We dont have one so I had to call a friend to come down and use their credit card. We had the car for a week and guess what??? They let us pay with her debit card. GEEZ their policies suck.

You gave my car to a higher bidder even though I HAD a RESERVATION WITH a confirmation number? Seriously? Hertz reservation booked me a convertible car in Tustin 2 days prior to my trip. I received a call from Ashley a day before saying that a convertible may night be available but they try or will give me another car. I desperately called twice again until 30 minutes before their closing time Ashley said sorry we have NO cars available. So what happens to my reservation or the confirmation number?My dear daughter, sorry, I know for your sweet 16th birthday you wanted to have fun in a convertible car (or any car on that matter), but Ashley from Hertz gave away your car to a higher bidder. I ended up paying double (because of the last minute) and rent from my reliable and favorite car rental Enterprise. No wonder Hertz went bankrupted!...So she ended up posting the story on her social networks.

These guys are great. I have rented cars due to work travel for a few decades now. While this is a small remote location in a Mazda dealership, they are well stocked with a diverse selection. I also had a great experience with Ashley. She was very professional yet personable too.I will definitely come back to these guys again for future rentals!

Just be careful about what is being said and what is being reflected in your paperwork. Not a good experience with this Hertz but unfortunately they are the only local branch that is around Irvine and Tustin area. Staff was not accommodating but i cant expect everyone to have stellar service. But at least be consistent, dont change terms at check out.

This location rocks!! I absolutely love them, they have taken care of me every single time I have rented a car from them when I come back into the States. From their customer service (Ciao Ashely!) to going above and beyond what their duties are, I mean, you cant get any better. You wont be disappointed!

Brent and all the guys at the Tustin auto center location made renting a breeze. Even extending the rentals was simple and painless. Enjoyed both rentals in May, even though my primary reason for renting was due to my own car being down. Very professional, courteous service every step of the way. Thank you.

Avoid this location at all costs. They are unethical and run a very shady business.They filed a claim against me saying that I caused damage to the rental when I clearly didnt. Im pretty certain they knew about the damage prior to renting it out to me - they asked me to get optional liability coverage through them 4 or 5 times (which I declined each time). I believe they knew about the damage so they wanted me to get the extra insurance, which they were going to report anyway.I did a inspection prior to renting but the damage was underneath the car! (lessons learned for me) Looking back I can see how the worker rushed me a bit when I was looking near the damaged area - saying he wanted to get out of the rain.On top of that - they tried to keep my umbrella which I forgot at the hertz office. During pick up I described my umbrella that I forgot - he looked in the drawer and said he didnt see anything. When I told I called earlier asking to hold it for me - he picked the umbrella out from the same drawer he was looking at! Shady!

Such a bad customer service, I was put on hold for ten minutes to then hear I was more than 6 miles away when am only 3.8 miles away. when I asked the name they hanged up. call back and second person refuse to day name and told me they cant do en ya thing for me and it was not their problem.good customer service has no excuses.

Poor customer service - basic philosophy is NOT MY PROBLEM AND LET THE CUSTOMER DO THE WORK.***Update: 7/2/2019I filled out the form on 6/18/2019 and have not received any reply. It is basically a form to request a receipt. I also called the phone number. There is a recorded message that says they are really busy so use the website. The good news is my credit card was charged, if you call that good news. Still waiting for a receipt, but I wont hold my breath.***Update: 6/18/2019So the response from the owner looked very promising to me. I was looking forward to a resolution but was disappointed to find the link goes to a form that you have to fill out. I will update this as things happen. Still nothing resolved. Wow!6 days ago:Besides the car having brake problems and not moving two hours before I was going to return it, their customer service is beyond appalling. I called their 24 hour road side assistance line, which they answered after a good 12 minutes. You might want to plan ahead for this, extra water, shade, etc. because if you have a pet or child in the car on a hot day good-luck. Once they answered the phone they told the car would need to be towed to the airport and to give the keys to the towing company or in the car, which I did. I got an automated call to confirm and the towing company showed up 15 minutes later. That all went smoothly but the next day I found out that the Tustin location had record that the car was still in my possession.Ashley, refused to straighten out the problem. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. She asked if I had a case number, which I was never given. Stupid me for not knowing that I was supposed to ask for a case number when the car was picked up. Im being sarcastic.Then she told me, how does she know if I gave the keys to another towing company that was not part of Hertz. She said she couldnt do anything if she didnt physically have the vehicle. Hello! Its her company that has the vehicle. Apparently, the right hand does not work with the left hand. She said that usually Road Side (UN)Assistance makes a note on the rental record, which they didnt.She told me that I would have to call Road Side (UN)assistance again, or the airport location but I was never told the airport location. When I pressed further, she said she cant make the call because she is just the front counter person. I thought she was the manager! I called road side assistance again, they transferred me to Oakland. I am in Southern California. I doubt it is in Oakland. The lady at the Oakland location was very nice and said she would check and call back. I appreciate her effort even though I know the car was not towed from Tustin to Oakland.I called Road Side (UN)assistance a second time. This time I got a case number to show that Hertz has possesion of the car.and they gave me the number of a location that was no longer existed, 4000 Campus. I called and I kept getting a busy signal.I called a third time and was told that I need to call customer service or the airport myself but it would be better if I call the airport myself because customer service would have to call the airport. What??? Isnt that what customer service is for? I called both....I was hold with customer service for over 16 minutes and finally gave up. I called the airport location at least seven times and the line was always busy. SO, the situation is still not resolved. Oh brother.Im not sure how many hours Ive spent on this but it is not worth it to rent from this location!!!!

Very rude to the customer. I have rented with Hertz in many places before. But this is the worst experience. I made a reservation online previous day, and called this location for a pick-up at 7:30AM. The speaker confirmed my pickup at 8:30AM. But no one showed-up. I called up at 8:45 AM and then they told, they are too busy and cannot talk to me. Repeated phone calls same answer. Finally had to cancel my reservation and book with Enterprise rental car near my house. Pathetic rude customer care. Will never go back to Hertz again though I was their Gold rewards member. Cancelled my membership as well with Hertz.

Do not go to this location, employees doesn’t care about their customer. I was in a car accident and my insurance arranged for me to have my car fix and pick up from this rental place. They were suppose to call me but they didn’t and so I called them and told them I was on my way. They were supposed to close at 6pm. At 5.50pm I realized I will be running 5 mins behind and I called them but nobody picked up, I was routed to Hertz central office who also called on my behalf, also did not get a live person.I ended up being left stranded with no ride home.1) Unprofessional not to pick up and close the store 10 mins before closing time2) You can be upfront and tell customer the store close right at 6pm and could not wait for any customer. At least you communicate with your customer and they will find another company.3) Knowing a customer was in an accident and on his way and not wait nor tell him and left him stranded without a car is UNKIND, INCONSIDERATE and IRRESPONSIBLE.

TERRIBLE services in Hertz EVER....I return back on Sunday that is not working hour, double check with the counter before the return date, just tell us to return to the key box and one week later until now I found the bill still paying the bill!!! I have return the car last Sunday and put the key in the box they mentioned ( triple checked before) and they didnt do anything til I give a couple calls from overseas........... what a joke for me ?

Use any other branch but this one. Although I had a reservation, they wanted to increase price by double as they did not have the correct vehicle available. They refused to call to other branches and when I walked out telling them I am going to report the experience to corporate, they became abusive and threatening.
