Here we go again brought car in to found out why the new brakes were making noise was told brake pads caliber could be bad then he drive it then tells me struts and now it’s over heating rotor when ask about it he tells me it’s my driving really been driving for over 40 years and had a number of brakes done not once did they make a grinding noises then was told the struts were leaking and need new ones (5 out of 7 cars that came in were told the same thing what odds) which has nothing to do with the grinding I am so done with this company I am here because if another mechanic work on the brake issue it would void the warranty by the way this is the 3rd issue with this company nothing will ever change. Update I took it to another mechanic what a surprise nothing wrong with the struts or shocks and they realigned the pads no noise now and brakes are smooth

This place was a Godsend practically. They were the only place nearby that was able to get us in today. Corey was the nice man who answered the phone and was able to get us in. Luckily they had the size we needed and were able to get the old one off. Completely professional and they saved our family vacation. Thank you Big O Tires!

Did not place the proper Grease on the joints that were fixed a month ago almost caused my car to have axle break down! Then after taking the car back due to squeaks and crackles they tried to play it off! Never again will I go there!

Big O tires service center here in Tustin. Got my new tires alignment and balance done all within the hour. I do Recommend this location to anyone in need of service. Shade with chair also the ac in side is very good.

Needed an urgent tire repair and received prompt service and excellent customer service.

When I took my car to this place it was for a noise that sounded like my serpentine belt was giving out, but the mechanic their I sister It was the air conditioning pump, of course I took their word for it and ended up paying around $1100 - 1200.00. The manager Aurelia Garcia did not ha e the courtesy to call me and I had already called Uber, they were planning to keep my car overnight! The following day I noticed my car making the same exact noise and now it had a tugging on cold start. I contacted the store and he told me to take it in, soooo..when I did he said the mechanic was out ill. He then told me to take it back and after they checked my car he said it was the tensioner and they can replace the belt, I told him this is what I initially wanted them to work on. He just kept telling me he can do this work for $200.00 plus. I refuse to put any more work in my car I told him to put in the serpentine belt which he wanted to charge me lots more including labor, I had priced it beforehand at a auto store for $7.99 he changed his tune and the end deal was I paid for their so called better belt replacement at 25.00 + tax and a free tensioner, my car drives better and no more belt noise. I will refer friends elsewhere, I wont go back! The manager Aurelia Garcia is so FOS! Females watch out.

The service was good, but a charge for filling the tires with nitrogen was not quoted as an option. Not only do I find this ridiculous, its also a gimmick as my Dad would say. If it had been an option I would have just laughed it off, but due to the assumed choice, I wont be back.

I had an unexpected nail pierce and flatten my tire and when I called Big O in Tustin, Mishonda got me a specialized tire by the next morning! She is kind, courteous and extremely professional. I absolutely recommend her store!

Excellent service after quickly stopping by to have a tech check for nail on tire and air pressure. Turns out one of them was so low but luckily there was no nail, just needed air. They didnt charge me anything but would have paid if needed.

Im not coming back to this location again for some time. I came in for an oil change and everything was fine until I came back. The clerk told me my card was declined twice and embarrassed me in front of other customers, so I had taken 30 mins to go down the street back to my bank to pull out money in which I learned that they did charge me. So I went back very upset due to this. My check tire light was still on, thanks guys for saying you would take care of this and then didnt. Furthermore, I never was asked to have my trip milage reset either. All and all a very bad experience. I would have given it a one star, but they did change my oil. So two stars. Thanks for wasting my time and embarrassing me in front of others.

These guys are awesome, very quick and very helpful. Normally I do all my car work myself but, went to go do an oil change on my car only to find out my car was too low for my jack. These guys are just around the corner and theyve done my tires and alignment in the past, have always been very reasonable when it comes to the price of things and have never let me down. I had already purchased my own oil and to my surprise they didnt charge me a thing to change it, extremely appreciated! i did not expect that at all!

Came in by destiny of a flat tire, at first I was quoted a price for my tire repair and, well, it was an unavoidable fix so I went ahead with the repair. At the end of the quick service, Mishonda the service manager helped me out with great news, my flat repair was free of charge. Happy camper, Im definitely going back for when I need new tires. You guys are awesome!

Took in for an alignment and it was completed. Very nice customer service. They are extremely helpful and nice. I love this place and always take my car here for tires. They also do service on cars. Very dependable and trustworthy.

The service writers are very kind and personable. They are sometimes understaffed and under pressure during sales events. I needed new tires but had a major concern that was ignored: tire noise is substantial. I came in to get that issue resolved. Instead, the noise (tire or some other issue) is even greater a substantial howl at highway speeds. I am so disappointed. Also, I brought my wifes car in and it was determined that an axle was leaking and needing replacement. After the repair by Big O, the car was undrivable the next day - something had come loose and power was not being transmitted to the wheels. This occurred in a difficult and dangerous location and my wife and I are both seniors. To the companys credit, they provided a tow and a complete fix.

I am updating this review. I originally stated that they did not do an alignment that I paid for, I found the receipt and this is not the case. They did not charge for an alignment nor did they do one when I asked for it. Either way, I’m still upping my review because they took one more car before the holiday, and who doesn’t want to call it a day and relax. The lady in front of was super cool. I was on a donut, and really needed tires to get home on the 405, otherwise would have waited. Big O beat the price of their competition, they were nice.

I took my car in to get all four tires replaced and have the alignment done. I made the appointment the night before and was able to select the tires I wanted so I knew roughly what my bill was going to be. When I arrived I was told that they didnt have the tires in the store but they sent out someone to their warehouse to pick them up for me. I had my two kids ages 3 and 18 months with me so we walked around to the many shops and eateries while we waited. We even walked to the library for their storytime. If you have to bring your kids, this is the place to go. We came back a little over 2 hours later and it still wasnt done. We waited another 20ish minutes and finally were ready to go. Im understanding that a job like this takes a long time plus they didnt even have my requested tires in stock so although I was stressed out with the kids in the small office, I wasnt upset. Plus the manager knocked some money off the bill to account for the extra wait time. All in all a great experience for it being not the most appealing errand to run!

These guys are fast, affordable, and they have been my go to for 15 years for tires. Need to return a lease? They get it, and they will make it happen for you. They are kind of an old school shop. And I like that.

Needed a flat tire fixed for work Monday morning called to make an appointment was put on hold for 10 minutes to hung up call back accepted my call right away was told they could not fix my flat on that day I would have to bring it in on Monday told him I needed to go to work Monday they said if I leave drop it off they might be able to fix it today not very happy with this place

Good service. They helped me with price arrangements and Roger, at the Tustin store, was very courteous and flexible. The only downfall was that it took all day from dropping off my car, to getting it inspected, to getting a price quote and installation (but I understand that it was on a busy weekend day).

I order my tires, set an appointment online, called to confirm but when I showed up they didnt have my tires in stock but had some that were much more expensive. They were terrific to me. Tire pressure light came on they put air in right away. It came on a couple of days later. They double. Checked air all was good. They said it was probably battery in one of sensors. Ill get that fixed once employed again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Came in to Big O on an Emergency Tire Repair service. Big screw in my tire. Planned on replacing the tire but the Service Manager MISHONDA noticed other tire repair needs. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got me on my way in no time! Definitely coming to this Tustin Big O again for my other car needs.

After having bought tire and had appointment to get 2 new tires, I was told they would call in about 1 hr when doneI called them at 1hr 35 minute. Was told almost done. Would be complete when I arrived if I left now.I arrived at 1hr 45 minutes and they had just jacked the car up and pulled the spare.I was lied to. I had a 6PM appointment so I pull the vehicle and left. I will try to get what I have already paid for in the morning.They better get to me fast.I will not be returning after this experience.

Thank you for making it possible to get my F-150 home 250 miles away by replacing suspension components in a very timely manner, with excellent workmanship and communications. My vehicle had been in a collision and required parts replaced and an alignment in order for me to drive it home. Otherwise it would have been stranded in Tustin for a couple of weeks. You promised to get the job done right by the end of the workday and you came through. Thanks to all who worked on it and to Mishonda the Service Manager. My vehicle drives perfectly!

Ive been coming to this location for almost 5 years. Theyve cared for 3 of my vehicles... tires, oil, diagnosed suspension problems, and have always been professional. Sometimes there is a wait, but thats because they always have business. They do good work and are consistent. I previously worked in the tire business and always wonder why people want immediate and fast service on their vehicle. I wouldnt rush my barber, because I want a great haircut. Im not going to rush the mechanic, because I appreciate the consistent quality service I receive from Big O. Oh yeah, the waiting area and bathroom are always clean too!

Mishonda was extremely helpful. I scheduled my appointment online for tires, alignment and oil change, arrived 5 minutes early on a Sunday. They took my car, applied the needed repairs, and also found a faulty axel. Mishonda was kind enough to wait at the garage past closing time so I could pickup my vehicle to have it in time for work. I’ll update my review if anything faulty happens with the repairs, but everything seems great. Thanks!

Great experience. Had a tire change and coolant change. Technician was very friendly. They were super busy so in all, it took 3 hours, but I cant complain, they were very busy.

The salesgal knows her stuff! She listened to my concerns and made very good recommentations - I just couldnt be happier with my new tires or the service that I was given. The only thing is, while the store was well kept and clean, I ended up with flea bites that I know I didnt have before. Maybe use flea bombs one day at closing? It does work!

Moshonda is a rude service manager. I had gotten new tires from another Big O Tires location and I was told tire puncture repair and rotations are free. I went to this location and he didn’t honor to repair my tire.Just as I thought any other location would honor my request. And 30 mins after I was at the La Mirada Big O Tires and sure enough they helped me.Avoid the TUSTIN BIG O TIRES if you don’t want unpleasant experience. All because of Mishonda Kruis!

Third time visiting this location. This time to fix a nail in the tire. I was warmly greeted and they fit me in even though there were already customers ahead of me. Overall in and out within 25 minutes. I have had consistently good experiences at this location.

I am so grateful to Big O Tires Tustin for taking me in at the last minute on a Monday night. I had a nail in my tire and the tires were also all going bald. They helped me out with a full set of tires quick! Mishonda Kruis was the Service Manager that night and she was extremely friendly and helpful! This was my 2nd time at this Tustin location and both times were perfect.

I was very dissatisfied with one of the employee, he didnt put plastic seat cover and paper floor . He wasnt listening to me as I requested, and when he said he us done, I told its not fixed, you need to check the tire pressure sensor, he oh thats automatically rest I said no this car doesnt auto rest you have to reprogram it!! At that I talked to the manager and she got me a different employee and he was respectfully and fixed the problem. This was my first time there I will never go back there, the best service is in Orange location

I am very disappointed! My husband took his Honda for an oil change everything went well with that. We got a suggestion from Manager George to replace a part because the car was smoking. He assured us that would take care of that problem...So we went ahead and trusted him but when we picked up our car the problem was another...he said engine was no good... so why would we spend 250 dollars if the engine was the problem.. Now we leave with the car still smoking. I will not be coming back here...

I had to file a complaint at corporate Report #452384. I was lied to by the store manager Aureliano Garcia on more than one occasion. Was promised a phone call from the District Manager by Mr. Garcia over 5 weeks ago. Still have not received a call regarding the new warranty for my second transmission that had be put in my car within 3 months. Requested an itemized list on 2nd rebuild and received a partial list. Left off Valve Body and pump that were NOT changed the first time in May. Had to wait 16 days for my car second time around in August because the shop failed the rebuild the first two times. The first transmission had only 8K miles before it failed. Second one is running ok but not perfect as I would expect it to be the second time in 3 months. I believe I have no choice but to contact corporate again and file another complaint and also resort to social media to get my point across. I repaired my car because it has some noise. But there still has noise after repairing. The told me I still need to change some components. But I went to another store, they told me I didn’t need to change and they fixed it easily. I’ll not trust this store again.

(I am using someone elses sign in because I dont have my own) My husband and I have gone to BigO for about 20 years. We have not used BigO exclusively for all of our cars due to various circumstances (moved and work location), but we always return to BigO in Tustin because they are consistent and can be trusted. The gentleman who wanted to bring in his own oil shocked me. I have been driving for over 40 years and it never occurred to me to take my own oil to a business, so please be fair in your review. We have found the service to be excellent and this has been with all managers at the time of our visits over the years. Like dealerships, you can get a ride home if you choose not to wait. In all fairness, please remember that we have a lot of options for buying tires and having repairs done, decide if you want excellent customer service, or a bargain shop that will may not treat you as a valued customer.PS I highly recommend getting the extended alignment - my tires last longer because I can have my alignment checked while getting my oil changed & tires rotated.

These guys are super honest and do what they can to really help your situation. They talk with you personally, as an individual, about whats needed and not just as dollar signs like other Big O Tires locations do.

Great prices around for installation but the really take forever to do anything. From a mechsnics perspective they work well usuing a torque wrench on my car not just zapping the lug nuts on
