They got me my refund but less fast forward two months from that.I signed up for a direct deposit but they sent me a check, no big deal right? Wrong!I’m trying to get a home loan and the only thing stopping me is that h&r put my refund in as an advance (IT WAS NOT). I’ve called them for the past 5 days asking for documentation of why the put me it in for an advance and a paper trail showing two thing, a statement showing that I never got an advance and where my refund actually went.For 5 days now I’ve been told “Yea we can send that to you today!” 5 lies in 5 days. I have yet to receive anything and now all they can say is “You don’t owe us any money but we don’t know how to help you”.DO NOT GO HERE GO TO AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL THAT KEEPS RECORDS!

Good customer service

I paid for the next day return 357.95 and was denied 30 minutes later. I feel as though my rep (Gracie Burns) knew this and still took my money. I feel swindled and I am not satisfied.

Agent was really nice but didnt seem knowledge about systems and proper functioning. She was helpful as she helped me print some needed documents. Personally found credit that increased take return by 1200.00....seems overall maybe I should do my taxes myself. She was also late to the appointment due to returning from returning an item to the store.

Dorothy Scott was one of the most sweetest and caring people Ive had the pleasure of working with when filing taxes. She blended casual conversation along with helpful information about my filing. I recommended my entire staff to file with her this year.

Had them do my taxes this year, 1 it was extremely overpriced, and 2 they screwed me because now i have to straighten things out with the IRS because they didnt set up any sort of payment for the amount i owed even though she claimed to do so. In the time of my taxes she also had another appointment set up during my time. Will not use this company again.
