Our packages are always in great condition when they arrive. If its raining the driver wraps the packages in plastic. Best customer service! He is always pleasant and happy.

Not a good place to work for unprofessional they give u a 10 minutes break for working almost 8 hours and 6 days a week hard labor work. And u won’t get paid on time for the work u already done
The service was horrible. The employee I spoke with was totally reluctant to do her job, and furthermore lied to me and sent me on a wild goose chase instead of helping me.

This is by far the worst UPS station ever. Very rude and uncaring representatives. Hours posted say theyre open till 6 but I went there at 5 both days and they were closed. They told me to come back saturday and I did and they were closed. They dont know anything and I will never ship with UPS as long as I can help it.

They lied about delivering a package that was bought on Amazon so they wouldnt miss the 2 day delivery promise. Amazon said they do this all the time. UPS will be a thing of the past shortly anyway. I hope I never have to use you guys again.
They delivered my package to a entirely different city!!! When called they told me I have to wait 3 days and contact the sender it could still show 🤦🏾♀️How can a package magically appear after it was delivered to the wrong place? They had the correct address but for some reason it ended up delivered 40 miles away. I hate UPS !!! Someone should really replace them.
One of the most unprofessional misguided misdirected no direction having delivery business it could possibly be. If you live in a black community you get packages when ever they feel fit for you to get them no customer service help. Every experience has been awful not to mention how late my packages always arrive. No problems til its in this facility 🤷🏽♂️
Today makes the second time they have lost a package of mine. Then if you call customer service, they act like its your fault that their drivers are incompetent. They need to be shut down or either retrained!!!!
Never been more disappointed in UPS! Tuscaloosa drivers are a joke. My two day delivery has turned into four! Said they tried to deliver a package to me at 10:48 pm (Was due by 8 p.m.) and I was clearly home at that time. They never even tried. I saw the truck go my apartment at 2 am and deliver a package to a house across the street. Amazon again said it was out for delivery the following day. Once again did not get said package and someone was home ALL DAY. Now I have a notice that I have to go to the UPS store to pick up.
I wish I could never use UPS again. Every time they just cannot deliver the package to my apartment. I am a graduate student and barely got time during the day, and I have to waste more than an hour coming here queuing a long line, in such a limited working time. Seriously, why do they even make a commitment for successful deliveries?
Needs to have a bigger lobby. Due to COVID-19, they are only allowing 2 customers in the small lobby at a time.

These cooters said they attempted to delivery a $50 package on Saturday during a Memorial day weekend. I was home the entire day; no attempt was made, no notice slip was left. They did this to fulfill Amazons two-day shipping guarantee without actually fulfilling it. Surprise, surprise! Tuesday rolls around and its waiting on my doorstep. One of the trashiest moves Ive seen from a professional company. If I had the choice, I would not use again. Unfortunately, I dont have a choice when using two-day delivery.

While the representative at the front desk was helpful and efficient, the management is an absolute nightmare. We had a customer service issue that required addressing, and the manager was as unhelpful as any person can possibly be. She threatened to send my package back even though I was in the store just because she wanted to exert her petty authority. Avoid at a costs.

Order after order after order, never a change in address. They could deliver some of my deliveries before, now the last 5+ have been failures. UPS REALLY sucks at delivering packages, I live in the middle of town at an easy address, not that hard
All online hours say they open at 9:30AM, but the piece of taped cardboard outside the building has the hours adjusted to open at 11AM. Trucks don’t leave until 9:30 to deliver packages either. Customer service is horrendous, and they will lose your package in a heartbeat. Online tracking is hardly accurate and a pain in the butt to request changes. I have never had a single issue with FedEx. Extremely nice people that no matter how many packages are coming in or what holiday, they still get to work on time. Seriously, if there is any way to avoid UPS, especially in Tuscaloosa, DO IT.
UPS has always taken care of our business but since they have changed their hours 9:30-12:30 and then 3:30-5:30 it is extremely frustrating to use them. This is my second attempt to ship this item two days ago they closed just as I arrived. Today, Im back at the beginning of the afternoon hours standing in line behind 8 other customers. Waiting now for 40 minutes and still have two in front of me. They shortened their business hours and only have ONE person working the counter. Toooo much for one person...especially a new and inexperienced person!!! UPS...get some workers or open the center for more hours! This is ridiculous! Now there are 7 people behind me and its raining and cold and weve all had to stand out in the rain and cold! Poor management!!!
Wow, anyone needing a job with a long lunch break needs to apply at UPS. Hours: 9:30-12:30 then 3:30-5:00. I witness at least 20 people going to door and had to leave, boy were they upset. All stating the hours were better bad, especially when people need to take care of thier business while on thier lunch break. After the long wait all I can say about customer service was it needs improving.

I live 28 mins away from this place, I came to the center around 3 p.m today Christmas eve to pickup my order. I was told to come back between 8-830p.m to get my package. I confirmed she was sure someone would be there, she said yes. Well I arrived at 7:57 and stood at the door with roughly 9-11 other people in cold temperatures from 7:57 till 8:20 to finally be told by a driver they were not opening and not sorting the 12 packages on their truck. HOW FREAKING RIDICULOUS roughly 10-12 people waiting to get their Christmas gifts after being told to come back at said time only to be turned away! I called the UPS 800 # and the woman said they were suppose to be open and she doesnt know why they shut down early and that this was absolutely unacceptable, I agree with her it is! Thanks making all of us stand in the cold and not get some of our loved ones gifts in time!
Bad work experience, office employee deleted my hours out of computer and didnt put them back, I noticed the error and after reporting the error I have yet to be compensated. Driver signed my time sheet himself and that cost me hours. Didnt receive a check for my last day there. Basically i got screwed by UPS and its probably going to cost me more than its worth. Seasonal UPS worker never again!!!!! Im staying away from UPS all together.

Today I watched the UPS truck enter my neighborhood go to one of my neighbors homes and then I watched him drive out of sight at just that time I got an alert that my package was just delivered so I immediately call the 1 800 number for UPS and explained the situation the lady on the other end sent an email notification of the delivery error and said someone from UPS local office would be calling me. I then received a call from Kristen from the local UPS office who said they received a message of a delivery I was reporting. I then explained the situation and now keep in mind this is all taking place within 35 minutes. She rudely said that they will notify the driver of the delivery error and IF he has time today he will go back and get the package and delivery to me tomorrow. I then said I paid for that package to be delivered today and need the package. I explained the small amount of time that has gone by and she said Like I said IF the driver has time he will pick it and to deliver it to me tomorrow. She had an I dont care attitude and when I asked about getting a refund of the money for the guarantee delivery she said you are going to have to call the 1 800 number they dont do refunds there. Absolutely terrible service!!!!!

They say my package is undeliverable because of no apartment number, yet they have my apartment number in the address they have, they just fail at delivering my package EVERY TIME and come up with different lies about why they cant.
I never received my package from the The delivery driver and I was standing outside waiting on my package when I was tracking it and it said it was delivered. I never seen or heard the truck close by. I ordered a package on Nov. 26th, the order was sent out on time and was supposed to have been here on thursday and the order was delayed!!! I had an event to go to that Thursday....today is Sunday they are closed and ups have delayed my delivery again!!! I still havent received my package, Ive wasted my money!They messed up my event!! The waiting time for customer service is over 30min!!!! This place is ridiculous!!!! And now I have another delayed message saying it wont be here until the 5th!!!!

They were to deliver a package on the Thursday before Christmas. It was changed to a Friday arrival. Friday came around and it was out for delivery the entire day until it updated at 11PM to say it would be delayed again. I said screw it and requested to pick it up at the customer center 20 minutes from my house on Monday. On Christmas Eve I arrive at 10:30am, but there is a sign posted on the door for pick up hours of 11AM to 6 PM and then again from 8 to 8:30 PM. We had family dinners to attend so we came back and got there at 7:55 PM to pick up. There was already a line of about 10 people out the door, some who said they had been there earlier in the day and were told to come back. At 8:10 they still haven’t let anybody in. A guy comes out to tell us they wouldn’t be opening that night and couldn’t do anything, despite a supervisor having told people earlier in the day to come back at 8. Several angry people left with nothing and were told to come back Wednesday, thanks UPS. Don’t post hours if you can’t keep them, poor customer service.
