I was thrilled to see Clay Hassett back in the office. He cares about his clients and listens to their hearing problem needs. I have always had good experiences at this place, but was shocked and disappointed that the Hearing Specialist had gone to another site leaving only the assistant there! Fortunately she seems quite capable. She changed the size of an ear bud at my request and cleaned the hearing aids. She referred me to the Ear, Nose and Throat facility for wax cleaning.Looking forward to a new hearing specialist.

2nd time theyve cancelled on me. Only this time, no one bothered to let me know. I got there and the door was locked. Id received no call or text. I wont be going back.

Purchased Audible Via Edge 2400 BTE and they work great. I would recommend these hearing aids to anybody with a moderate to severe hearing loss. I have a severe hearing loss, but with my new hearing aids I hear as I have never heard before. These aids have opened a whole new world of sound for me.

They are top of the line and I have been doing very well with them. Mitch Underwood gave be great advice and I am hearing much better than before, especially watching TV, with my new streamer. It works great! I have had a few problems in learning all the ins and outs with these new hearing aides, but Mitch has always been there to eagerly help me understand how to make adjustments or to help me fix a problem. From my first visit more than 10 years ago to my last a couple of months ago, Clay Hassett has always given me concerned and valuable assessments, and assisted me in making decisions on how to overcome barriers in understanding what people are saying in person and on electronic media. He and his staff have allowed me to perform better in my work environment, helped in conversation with family, friends, and in social arenas, and allowed me to enjoy the pleasure of clarity in hearing. I always look forward to my visits personally but mainly because I always leave with improvement in my hearing ability. Best bang for the buck if you want to hear better.

I have had another expensive name brand for several years. When I would go in for servicing, telling them of my concerns I was always told I needed to up grade. Needless to say I did that a couple of times. Still not satisfied I started looking at other companies. That is when I found Mitch at Pattillo Balance and Hearing Center.He devoted time and energy to me. First giving me a state of the art hearing test. Showed me my hearing loss chart. Telling me it wasnt as bad as i thought.He then showed me the DIFFERENCE in the products available thru them.No pressure. Telling me of the commitment the Starky company has for hearing loss clients.I purchased from them after hearing CLEARLY in a very long time. He set up settings for my job(flight attendant noisy airplanes).I cannot say enough good things about them.More expensive than I planned but what is money when you can hear Grammie can you play with me? and not say what.I am very happy with the staff and the product. I went to Pattillo Balance after seeing an advertisement in the newspaper. I got my hearing aids in a couple of weeks and they are a great help. I can hear many things I had been missing. I can make visits if I have questions and the staff is courteous and always fix any problem that I have experienced. Many times the people I am around do not know that I have hearing aids.

Wanted hearing aides adjusted & was talked Into ear molds, bad the mistake, made me feel like I was talking in a tunnel and the molds were way too long and bottoms out and hurt my ear, this was the second time they tried the moles and didnt offer to refund any money had to go back to the original tips
