Savannah is absolutely wonderful! So helpful and so funny too! She really makes me feel calm and safe here. It’s always so clean and she cleans before I go back and once I’m out so I always feel like it’s clean. Everyone is so professional when I go in. Love it!

Great experience with Savannah today. I got a brazilian, brows, and upper lip wax and was out within 20 minutes. Fairly painless and very clean and professional but still friendly. Already rescheduled and will be buying product next time I’m in the salon!

My appointments are right on time. Mackenzie is fast and does a great job. Zarah is always smiling and has me checked in and out quickly!

Received a call prior to my appointment and spoke with a representative who verified my appointment time to be 8:45 pm. Got here only for another representative to tell me whoever called me made a mistake and that they close at 9. I drove an hour and 30 minutes for the appointment. Only accommodation they recommended was to schedule me an appointment the next day. i am highly disappointed and i do not recommend.

I love this place! I’d never had a wax before (ever) and decided to jump in with a Full Brazilian, and Emily made the experience so easy! She was so calm, kind, and answered all of my nervous questions! She talked with me the whole time and did an amazing job!! Would 100% recommend Emily to anybody! Genea at European Wax Center is great! She talks to you, she’s professional, she takes her time and is meticulous but at the same time it doesn’t take her a long time! If you want a great experience i recommend going and asking for Genea! She answers any questions you have and makes you feel comfortable!

Scheduled an appointment on a whim through the app to have my eyebrows cleaned up. Didn’t have to wait more than 3 minutes after checking in before Mackenzie called me back to the room. She got right to work fixing my overgrown eyebrows and had me out the door in a few minutes. Mackenzie has a great personality and will keep you entertained while she does her thing. They have great staff all around. Very efficient and professional.

I had the Brazilian wax...this was my second time going. I was late but they got in with someone else which was fine. Kaylyn was my first one that was a month ago and I had Genea yesterday. They both were very great! Explain everything to me and help me feel comfortable. I love how they talk to help you be distracted in a good way. Definitely enjoy the environment there with Tinasha. I started going about a year ago. Tinasha makes you feel very comfortable and talks you through the service. My first visit I was very nervous as this was something new but Tinasha did amazing and to this day I return only to get service from her. She leaves I follow her shes just that good!

Great overall experience! The receptionists and mobile check in were super helpful. Kaitlyn was my waxer and she was very kind and made waxing a painless experience (as painless as waxing can possibly be).

Kaitlyn is GREAT! She always welcomes me with a smile (through the mask of course) and she makes me feel very comfortable. She is always on time and very professional. I have tried to do waxing on numerous occasions but for some reason never went back after year breaks. Since I have started coming to Kaitlyn I am now a regular!

Book your services with an experienced technician to prevent any problems like the one I had at my first service here. Savannah is definitely great at what she does as my Brazilian and underarm wax with her was as painless as it could have been! I loved Savannahs work so much that I purchased a wax pass for future services. The manager is awesome, if you have any problems she is very responsive. My only complaint is that it is way too hot in there! I was sweating even before I was in the wax room!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dont be fooled by the good reviews. I am from Miami and have been getting waxed pretty much my whole life. It is my opinion that the patrons that come here either have limited experience with waxing services OR I was unlucky to have been booked for services with an inexperienced technician. This is the worst wax job I have ever had. I recently moved to Columbus and drove over an hour to have waxing done here. I am covered in bruises and have many stragglers because the person that did my waxing did not hold my skin taut during the wax! I also have a few patches that were completely missed. I know tenderness and redness are normal after a wax, bruising and breakage however is the result of bad technique. I am supremely disappointed, not only did I waste money and time but I will also have to continue my search for a wax service provider 😔

I have gone to EWC for years now and they always provide excellent service. I tried other hair removal salons around Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, and nobody compares to EWC! They are professional, kind, and are remove hair efficiently and painlessly (well, as “painless” as a wax can be). I have tried probably 15-20 different estheticians at several different wax centers and Savannah at Tuscaloosa is by FAR the best! I 100% recommend her for all of your hair removal needs!
