As a woman, I usually dread getting car repairs. No one likes to be taken advantage of, but it happens all the time. This place, however, was honest, competent, and a great value compared to other places, and I will always give them my business from here on out! THANK YOU for fixing my car and doing it right!

While my husband was cutting grass, his back glass got shattered. I called the Glass Doctor at 4:50 (10 minutes until closing) and the sweet lady that answered the phone had him an appointment set up for the next day at 8:00am and his glass that had to be ordered from the warehouse was on the way. He was all fixed up by 8:30 the next morning. Very quick, professional, caring, and great prices!

Glass Doctor was super busy when I called and now I see why. All of the people I spoke with on the phone were super courteous and helpful. I had no clue what some of the terminology was when trying to explain my problem, and they were super kind and took the time to educate me without being demeaning.Once they came out, the gentlemen were super polite and got to work immediately. They cleaned up the glass, cleaned up the window, even took care in cleaning up my temporary fix while I waited for them to come out. While it was a bit pricey, it was worth it to have such reliable people who come to you and take care of the clean up AND the repair.They have my business for any of my window repair needs.

My experience was more than great. Fast service with excellent pricing. SafeLite AutoGlass wanted to charge me $480 to replace my windshield opposed to Glass Doctor’s $249 price tag. I arrived there at the beginning of my lunch break and was out in no time. The guys there were professional and made sure everything was clean at the end.

I went to glass doctor after my window was broken when someone broke into my vehicle. The part I needed was an hour away. They went to retrieve the part & fixed my vehicle in the same day. Patti who assisted me was very helpful & the gentleman working on the vehicle was very professional. Will use them for all my future needs!

Facilities are lacking; however they hugely make up for it with speed, price, and quality. Furthermore, their warranty for replacement windshields is very good. The only downside was that no one was wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic!!

Made an appointment to replace my windshield after they gave me the cheapest quote in town and it took about an hour. The techs were very friendly and took great care of my car during the process. Everything was clean and perfect afterwards. I highly recommend them!

Replaced my windshield perfectly. I had no issues for a couple of weeks, but it developed a small leak. I dropped by unexpectedly and the gentleman who installed it dropped what he was doing and fixed the issue. Great service!

Came in for a glass chip repair. Turned out it had already been fix. They told me and didn’t charge me. They could have easily “fix” it again and charged me.

Lonnie went above and beyond when replacing the broken pane in my double paned window. Add to that the frame was wooden, not vinyl, and I was impressed he had the carpentry skills needed to remove the frame and put it all back together like nothing had ever happened. Did I mention the poor guy didnt let the rain stop him?Every other quote / company told me Id need to replace the whole window and I was looking at paying triple what Glass Dr charged me.Its worth mentioning that this company gave me an up front price and time frame and held to both without any hassles or delays.When was the last time a contractor kept their word or came when they said they would not to mention ordered the parts and returned when they said they would.Highly recommend. I wont hesitate to call them should I need another glass service.
