My family have used Your Way Furniture for 3 generations. Their on time payment plans work well with our budgets. The staff are personable and friendly.

We have been doing business with Yourway since around 2010 and have always had a good experience until now. We always conduct business with Pete and it has always been great. We just recently moved again and was in need of quite a few items. I called Pete around 4pm to let him know we were on our way. I confirmed that the store hours were until 530pm. He said they usually try to leave around 515 but no problem since he knew we were coming. We were there by 430 and he was assisting us with pieces we were looking for. Around 510pm the manager, Danny Reed, made a comment that we were already keeping them after hours and he wasnt joking. It was very rude since we were paying cash and was spending a good bit. Because of that comment we will not use this store any longer. It saddens me because Pete is a really good guy and works hard for the customers. Danny needs training in Customer Service!

Very nice people who seem to do what they can to discount the price or work out a payment plan you can afford. They seem to be very interested in building relationships with their customers for repeat business and being a household name in the community. Theyve been around a while and I think theyve accomplished that. Unique items and dont forget to check out their clearance store for scratch and dent items.

Good furniture and great deals. My issue was the financial part. They let a a good paying customer walk right on out the door.

Very reasonable and they are great working with you in your payments. And they make it very easy to own your furniture. I did 6 months same as cash no interest or finance. Love love love love. I will be spending my money here again.

I got my last piece of furniture today and I want to make an announcement to the two gentlemen that delivered my furniture today they did an amazing job very nice polite and kind and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable why they were in my house and I want to just say thank you guys did an amazing job. 1/16/2020

At first, when my wife said meet her at a store in Alberta, I was very hesitant. I found out I was wrong really fast after walking in. Had a great staff. From the sales woman on up. The quality of furniture was impressive, one piece we got was half the price anywhere else I could find it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to come check them out

Went in with all of my paperwork.Was told to wait a hour to know if I would be approved or not..Didnt hear anything else only to call this morning and was rudely put on hold and told I didnt get approved..And when I asked why the guy told me he didnt know..But everyone else that walked in was getting delivery dates..So Im puzzled as to why my application was denied.

Went to purchase new mattresses and dryer. Owner was very rude and acting unconcerned about making the sale and did not work with us regarding delivery. (And this was second visit because we were told to come back when owner was in office). They lost our business and will NEVER go back.
