Amy and Joe are absolutely fantastic. Robert is as well. High volume area right in the middle of a college city, and they handle it all-- hats off to them. I frequent this location and theyre always busy, but are always so kind, helpful and patient. If there were ten stars I would give it.

FedEx sucks i will never use them again. Couldnt find my address.. the post office and UPS have no problem finding it. From now on im UPS all the way. Dont use FedEx.. theyre very rude at the Tuscaloosa office on 29th st.

Rolando is outstanding! Went to have a business brochure printed, but the document was an odd size. Rolando worked through the different ways of laying out the printed product to come up with the most professional format. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

Went to pick up a package here, today. The customer service I got was appalling. I was asked to show personal documents to an employee there just to prove I am who my photo ID clearly shows I am. That employee has no right to my personal documents and gave almost no explanation for why I needed to prove my identity with my lease for my apartment. I will NEVER be using this fedex again.

Went in to drop off a package that was already in the box with a shipping label. Got in line behind a woman who had already been waiting. Finally, about 5 mins later, someone came to help. There was a girl helping a guy send a package off and she finished helping him while the woman in front of me was being helped. Instead of helping me she walked back off to the middle of the store where the computers are. There were 3 other people already back there working on the computers. The woman in front of me finished sending her package off and the woman helping her walked back to the middle to talk to the other employees. Two people walked in and walked up to the copy section right beside the packing section and both of these female employees walked over to the help them. The employee that was helping the woman in front of me walked over to the woman that had just walked in and started talking and laughing with her and walked to the middle of the store to help her. Two people walked in and got in line behind me to send packages off. We were all still ignored. Two more people walked in to the copying section and were immediately helped and rung up by the employees. I had the same two female employees plus another female and male employee walk by me and the others waiting to drop packages off MULTIPLE times and make eye contact multiple times and not once did anyone ever say a word. No do you need help? May I help you? Were not accepting packages right now NOTHING. I finally put my package up on the counter and said to the woman behind me do they not realize that they have customers waiting to be helped? And every employee behind the counter turned and stared at me. After waiting 20 minutes I finally grabbed my package and left. This store is horrible. The employees are horrible. The customer service is horrible. Fed Ex is a waste of money and everyone should avoid this store and avoid Fed Ex. If I could rate them less than a 1, I definitely would.

This place is so great for office services! Ive never had an issue and I know most of the reps by name because they are so friendly and able to get me what I need! I dont go anywhere else for my printing services!

Their system was down and having to wait on manager to come in about 45 minutes later. Didn’t know if issue would be fixed even then and I couldn’t get copies made the same day regardless.

I have used this Kinkos location for 10 years. They are fantastic!! Its not the employees there that are the issue its the customers. When you come into a business, you should have some idea of what you are trying to accomplish. Most people walk to the counter with their package, no box, no label prepared, digging around in their purse for money. If you are ready and prepared when you get there, they are fast and efficient.

Ive always had a great experience here. Friendly staff, always seem eager to help. My most recent project I used them for was to bind a brief for a law school class. I took it back twice to have it rebound after I discovered mistakes. They redid the binding and added the corrected pages twice, refusing to let me pay both times. I also love the hours. Once I had a project bound at 11 pm that was due the next morning.

Maybe because Ive usually only been there at peak hours - lunchtime, or after work, but there is always a very very long line, that moves slowly. In fact, today, luckily I had my label already on my package to ship. However, I found some cards I wanted to buy, but gave up because the line was too long. They desperately need to hire more workers.

The One Star is for the one guy who helps me Everytime I go into the tuscaloosa store in meadowbrook. I dont know his name but hes a short,light skinned guy. Very sweet,and courteous. But I called today to get some printouts and than Other Guy the want to charge me 1.75 Extra than what I paid previously. I want sumthin even smaller than what I had so I thought it would be cheaper or even the same. I just ticked me off bcuz I dont think he even bothered to even look. I guess I called too early.....

If I could give this location zero stars, I would!! Jordan was the most unprofessional, rude and racist person I’ve ever ran into at their place of employment!! Her Manager Amy was just as bad, except she was a racist! After sending me to another location to pick up my package, (which was at her location), she offered no apology! Meanwhile, she’s apologizing to the white customers for random issues loud enough for me to hear her. Let’s just say that I advise people of color to ask for your packages to be sent to the main office, if you don’t want the police called on you😡😡😡

Simply put, this place is awful. Never seen such a lack of customer service anywhere else. OfficeMax just down the road does a much better job for half of the cost and an overall better experience. And this is from a guy that worked at FedEx for a year.
