Needs better salespeople. Its a nice little dealership it has good people in back and at the front desk and good products they just need salespeople that know how to sell stuff the salesperson I talked to didnt seem interested in selling me a tractor

If you want good customer service, and quality work dont go here. Charged me twice for a part that they put on and it fell off on the job. Owner will accuse you so that he can get money from his mechanics screw ups.

Lawnmower is useless Bolt keeps slipping cant tighten belt. Would not recommend getting this mower. Call badboy they cant do nothing about it. Tried different bolts still no success. Recommendations by a different Lawn mower.

I brought them a Craftsman mower that was a colossal lemon, and they ran interference with the warranty company and got me a refund. The mower that they recommended has been superb. Great customer service.

I took my mower in to be repaired, and told them exactly what I wanted. He quoted me “less than $200”. So I took the mower off the trailer. He called me back and said it would be over $500. I said “just sell me the parts and I’ll do it”. He said they wouldn’t do that. I said I’ll come get the mower. He said “it’ll be $95”. That’s no way to do business and I won’t be back.

They had what I was looking for and I got it for a good price. The people are polite and easy to deal with. Good experience 👍

Would give no stars but that wasnt an option.... Dont no take your lawn equipment to this place. They replace parts and now my lawn tractor will not run with the new parts!!!! It was there almost a month, hundreds of dollars later all management could offer is $150.00 off the new 1700.00 model!!!

Pushy salesman... when I was in his office I found out why. He came from car sales. He was helpful and answered the questions I had, he was just way too much in my face.

Drove 40 milesto get here after website open until 2pm. At 12:15 they were closed already. Bad for business. Going back to get lawnmower from other place that is open. You lost a sell today. Another guy pulled up and said he had called and was told you would be open until 2pm

Asked about price on a disc and phone receptionist asked what kind of tractor I had when I told her John Deere she talked to salesman and he said I needed to check with John Deere they weren’t interested in selling me a disc.
