I think Dr.Tickle is a great Dentist but the assistant is very rude she never explained anything in a way for you to understand. They never have the correct amount that you need to pay. They tell you one thing and ask for another amount. Dr.Tickle need to get get a better administrative employees, especially the one that works with him.My husband and I will never use them again.

Dr.Tickle is amazing I feel like he’s very caring and gentle and explains everything that has to be done. His staff is great and friendly the only problem is when I’m in the back his dental assistant is always referring to my insurance and payments and it’s crazy because before I even go to the back I always make my payment and discuss it with the receptionist honestly it’s really starting to make me uncomfortable because it has happened a couple of times.

My husband, son, and I had appointments at Mark Tickle DMD Family Dentistry. I was worried about going to the dentist during the pandemic. A staff member met us outside the office to take our temperature, and once we entered the building, we were given hand sanitizer. I would rate the environment a 10 out of 10 on cleanliness of their facility. During our visit, the staff were extremely professional, but very friendly. They made us feel like we were the most important patients. The hygienist explained everything she was about to do, so there were no surprises. The dentist was very thorough. After the examination, he explained our plan of action to take care of my dental needs. If you are looking for a dentist, please consider this office. You will not be disappointed.

Mark Tickler DMD family & implants were good before covid. I have used there services for almost 2 years but the last two visits were awful. I called and made an emergency appointments for extreme tooth pain waiting a week! then nothing done about it at the appointments and told would have to wait 2 more weeks! Would recommend someone else.

I always enjoy my visits to Dr Tickles office. Everyone is very friendly and they always do a great job cleaning my teeth. My whole family comes here. My son has anxiety and used to be nervous about going to the dentist. He has had 2 cavities filled with Dr Tickle and never felt a thing. I love the whole staff at Dr. Tickle’s office. Everyone is very knowledgeable and polite. I have never had a bad experience here. My four year old daughter is excited when she hears she’s going to the dentist. Any place that make a four year old excited about going to the dentist deserves five stars!!

The staff is nice but they did not let me know that they were outside of network for my insurance and charge a pretty extravagant fee for routine cleanings. Make sure and check if they are in network before scheduling an appointment.
