Secretary does not take accurate informatiom. She had me to call another office. Then was told they wasnt coming. She didnt ask for details & very poor service. I am out in the country dealing with wreck & owner gets mad cause i didnt answer him back asap. I sent him text while on the phone with officer & my family. Rual area not good service. Someine was upset. Could have replied in simple text. He is crook. Needs to invest in good sectary who can take down details & give good info

I have never in my life been treated like thisMy daughter was in a horrible wreck,and is lucky to be here and all we wanted was her personalized tag of the front bumper of her carHer car wasn’t even towed by this place but somehow her front bumper ended up here and we were told to get the hell out and no we couldn’t have the tag unless we paid for the tow on the other drivers vehicleVery unprofessional cold hearted lazy menConsider this your very loud and very clear warning

Terrible service.

This place of business is a joke. The owner is a thief, liar and out to rip you off anyway he can. He thinks his policies over ride the state laws and actually doesnt even know what they are. I hope Tuscaloosa sheriffs office does NOT let this company tow the vehicles they call in for wrecker service. Also after speaking with other people that know Beverly Stenson personally is saying the they dont see how he even got on rotation for the county and that he shouldnt be on it at all. Im still fighting to get my personal property from vehicle and i have spoke to my lawyer and well....see you in court Mr Stenson. Hope your past doesnt come back to haunt you!

Impossible to get in touch with. Good luck if your car ends up here- It May as well be on the moon. Customer service is terrible- They might answer the phone, if they do you will be on hold forever. This is a back- woods type of place, no rules are followed here. I would pay twice as more to have my car elsewhere if I didn’t have to do business with B&V

The owner was very nice and helpful.

This business doesnt even know the state laws regarding towing, storing and personal property in vehicles. Beverly is crooked, sneaky and bullies hes customers. Never use this company they will overcharge you anyway they can and try to get away with it.

They dont even deserve one star. The most rude and judgmental people. Dont take my word for it..contact me and Ill let you hear the recording. The police had my car towed after someone used it without my permission. I tried to explain this to them and I understand the law but why the rudeness and judgemental comments like assuming the guy was my husband..i barely knew that person and accusing me of being a bad mother for having my daughter out that late.but if the police call you at 2am and you have no one to keep your baby then your baby has to come but they did not even have to speak on that. Also the next day the owner convinced me to wait until Monday because it would be cheaper so he purposely inconvenienced me because it was higher on Monday..the owner exact words well I guess Im a liar but it dont matter because the price stands. Also the older lady who answered the phone says to me how are you driving a Lexus without any money? I cant believe human beings like this even exist.

I was visiting Tuscaloosa and blew an engine at 7:30 am on a Saturday heading back to Dallas. Called two wrecker companies who told me I was out of their area. Called B & V Wrecker Services and Bev said he would be right there. He was, and towed me and my family to Firestone then took me to Enterprise Car rental and stuck around to make sure they had a car form me. Bev Stenson knows customer service!!! Thanks Bud!!

Do not use this company. The police called this company it took a long time for them to get there. He rushed, he asked for cash wouldnt wait 5 minutes for me to get it and when I didnt have it he rushed off with my car without saying anything. Very rude.
