101 Repair was designated to repair microwave and Stove by Fidelity home warranty. For the last 2 months they have been trying to get parts. Last time i spoke To them was 12 days back and they said parts will be there in next 7 days. I have since called them multiple times. No one picks up the phone. Their phone greeting says someone will contact us and leave a message. I did That almost 10 times. No one calls back. Please don’t use this company and if they are the DesignTed provider ask the warranty company to assign someone different.

I had a great experience with them today. It was difficult but they did a perfect job and my hood is working now. They were on time, honest and friendly. I would definitely use their services again for appliance installation and repair.

SCAMMER .tried to rip me off and overcharge for a new pump. so I went some where else and immediatly the other professionals said it was most definitely not my pump, it was a clogged hose. I would have been charged again for this place to come back after they said it was the pump but of course it wasnt so meaning they scam! they would have had to come back and figure out it was the hose, thus getting me for over $500 .

Very good service!!! I needed my oven fixed and they arrived on time and fixed what they needed to fix. They were respectful and I had no trouble with them at all. I will call them again if I need it.

We were paired up with this company through our home warranty company. When we filed the request, 101 Repairs came out right away, had us pay our deductible along with some paperwork, and the gentleman went right to work. We thought that it would be something simple, but thats not how things go for us. He came back out to tell us that it was just a simple replacement of a computer board and it would be here by tomorrow. Fast forward 4 days later of no communication, we reached out to him to find out what was going on and he informed us that it wouldnt be in until the following week. About 2 weeks went by, and we still havent heard anything so we reached out again. He said he had the part and could come by whenever we were around. Once he got here, he realized that he got the wrong part and he was gonna have to place another order. 1 week after that, we had heard nothing so we then reached out again and he informed us that we were going to get a call from our home warranty company since they were going to have to replace the whole unit. 2 more weeks went by so we checked to see what the deal was, and 101 Repairs had closed out the claim, marked it as completed and FIXED.We were very unsatisfied with this company and will never use them in the future. If anyone is looking to have a vital appliance fixed in a reasonable amount of time, find another company.

Their tech was very professional, needed repair to my dryer and they got it back up and running. Definitely reaching out to them if I ever have issues again with my appliances.

They never called back with an update still waitiing for them to call with an update on the parrt needed to fix oven/microwave. last heard from them on 12/2. so frustrating. The service technician was very kind and friendly. Not his fault that the company doesnt have very good customer servive skill and what I mean by that is the compny give a date when repairs will be completed but if date changes no one calls for weeks with an update and when i tried calling no answer. . Again, the tech was awesome. thank you Sam

They were unable to fix stove. They under paid for replacement. Will discontinue them.

I had the best experience with 101 repair. If your expecting a great customer service experience when you need a repair on a major appliance then this is the company to go to.They were in constant communication with me and answered every concern and questions I had. They repaired a dishwasher of mine that was broken and explained to me what was wrong and what was needing to be fixed. The worker showed up on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions and he was very patient and thorough in explaining the issues of the appliance. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.

I was at work when my mom called and let me know her water heater was leaking. Gave 101 Repair a called and with in one hour they were at my moms house. They were super courteous to her and called and explained everything they did to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

THE CHEAPEST LEAST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH(I’ve dealt with a lot) AFTER WAITING months after the date they told me my washer would arrive, I finally got it.. PROBLEM IS THE ONE THEY SENT is refurbished and didn’t drain all the water so all my clothes were soaking. To make it even better, they were unwilling to haul my old broken washer away even though they said they would based on the home appliance warranty. THERES TONS OF BETTER REPAIR SERVICES OUT THERE. Stay VERY CLEAR FROM THIS ONE

Left me without a dryer for two weeks

I wish could give these guys more than Five starts. I had such a great experience with them. I had problem with my Miele dishwasher wish no one was able to service this brand. 101 Repair was the only company who was able to solve the problem and repair my dish washer. They are very organize and professional. They are the only company who can service all kinds of appliances and brands with no question asked. I highly recommend them.

When our fridge broke our insurance assigned a “highly rated” company (not 101 repair) to fix it for us. After two months of try and error and replacing the fridge board they couldn’t fix it. Being desparate, we asked another 5 star company (again not 101 repair) outside of our insurance network to come and take a look. They said the compressor is broken and it cost us $1400 ro replace! So we went back to insurance company and asked them to send someone else.This time they asked 101 repair to come and take a look. They were really professionals. They gave us a time frame and true to their word came on time (towards the end of the window but still within the window). The guy looked at the fridge for 5 minutes and diagnosed the issue which was a broken fan. He replaced the fan and everything is running smoothly now for about two months.Don’t believe the bad reviews. They are polite, professionals and they know what they are doing.

This repair company came by the house after being sent by First American. The service fee had already being taken care of but the technician demanded money from my mother. He did not fix the issue and then also wrote an incorrect report to the home warranty company. End result = money spent and issue not resolved. Would not recommend this company for any kind of repairs

Don’t waste your time or money with them!They come look at my dishwasher and don’t pay attention to my concern. They take a call when i express my concern to them and the call last longer than the diagnosis of my dishwasher.Next they bring the part and say the tile is in the way which it’s not so they will not be pulling it out and doing the repair.They leave electric wires sticking out from under the dishwasher and run off the moment i tell them i will be contacting the company that hired them!You guys are a joke!

My service call required two technicians (Sam & Steven ) these guys did an excellent job and were very professional & friendly I would definitely recommend 101 repair!!

This company was sent by a home warranty. When the appointment was made, they showed up 1 hour after the window I was given. The repair man spent about 2 minutes then said he had to order parts. One month later, they never followed up or returned to complete the repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This place is a joke, they charge and are too lazy to even check the motor of a dryer. Took our money said nothing is wrong with machine, but here it is 2 days later not working again and they are trying to squeeze another service call fee. Dont waste your money using this place!!

Dont use them! They diagnosed our washer with the drain pump was bad and it turned out being perfectly fine after we paid for the part. I would NOT recommend them!
