Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. The office is extremely clean and would meet even the highest standards of care. The staff is very attentive to all patients. They have a very professional and calm demeanor. Youre very personable and understanding. Appointments are always pulled up with a reminder call. Theyre able to accommodate patients requests. Even the lobby and elevator are very clean the general area of the building. Large spacious office waiting room align for physical distancing if needed between patients. I would more than highly recommend this office based on the above.

I have gone to this practice for the last chance,doctors involved here have left here cause one dr got involved in insurance fraud,havent seen anybody there other than a physicians assistant for several years.Not happy,now go to Stanford derm.

Nice staff and they were able to help my babys skin problem. Only 4 stars because they do not accept any kind of card as payment. No credit card or debit card. You also cannot pay online or over the phone. You must either go to the office in person and pay by cash or check (not sure about money orders) or mail in a check. I think thats odd in the year 2020.

This place doesnt even deserve a one star rating. The front office staff is rude, the wait times are ridiculous and the Physicians assistant (Edward) our daughter has seen seems inadequate in his profession. All of our daughters photographed records were lost after a 6 month checkup. The medication prescribed didnt effectively work and no advice was given for an alternate treatment plan. Their billing department is horrible. We received a bill for $23.00 (we are duly covered by 2 accepted insurance plans.) and they couldnt even tell me what the charges were for... Needless to say, our daughter will no longer be a patient of record at the Advanced Skin Institute.

The front office staff are surprisingly bad. Billing issues dont get addressed in a timely manner, unless you call 3 months timely. And only with repeated follow ups from me. They forget that they left you on hold. No apologies for delays. Office manager wont call back. There is a lot of support staff in the front office area chatting to each other, but no one seems particularly interested in the patients at the counter. Just terrible all around. One would expect that they would try to gain some goodwill in the community after all the legal troubles.... but no.

Pretty good place. Their pretty simple, they diagnose, explain in simple English, then fix the problem...no complaints here..

My partner went in today and he said her skin looked really well no skin cancers.Very gentle and good bedside manner.

They make you wait extremely long times and then bill you a year later for procedures the insurance didnt cover. Then after you pay those bills, they find all of a sudden find more bills to send you just before your next appointment. Id rather get skin cancer then be jerked around paying them above my co-pay.

This office doesnt deserve a one star. But due to Google it is neccesary. I used to attend this doctors office monthly due to acne and after I saw the news a couple months ago I refuse to go. I was almost a victim of the insurance fraud that was going on in this office. They told my mom that we NEEDED to call our insurance and tell them that microdermabrasion was MEDICALLY NECESSARY. Thank goodness we never did. The office was telling the insurance that microdermabrasion was a surgery. When it simple was a chemical peel. They were getting paid through the insurance for things that they didnt do.

Beware of hidden charges. Disappointed in how front office handled the overall hidden fees. Last time my daughter will have any procedures conducted there..

Got charged for missing an appointment I never scheduled. Receptionist was rude and didnt care for what I had to say.
